Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, it is; the fault detection and control method for the water pan comprises the following steps:
step 100, acquiring the water level of a water pan in real time;
set up level sensor 2 in the water collector to can acquire the water level of water collector in real time, thereby be convenient for carry out follow-up judgement and operation according to the water collector water level.
Step 200, judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is greater than a first water level threshold value;
wherein, first water level threshold value is 2/3 of the highest water level of water collector, marks it as 2/3L, wherein, L represents the highest water level that the water collector can splendid attire or hold, if the water collector does not mark the highest water level when producing, then can regard as the highest water level L in this application with the highest water level that the water collector can hold (can spill over the water collector more), if the water collector when the highest water level is known in production, can be according to this highest water level that marks or the highest water level that the water collector can hold be the highest water level L in this application.
Step 300, if yes, judging that the water receiving tray is blocked by foreign matters, and controlling the air conditioning unit to stop;
2/3 is used as a condition for judging whether the foreign matter is blocked, which is determined according to actual conditions, and in the normal process, the water level does not exceed 2/3 of the highest water level, so 2/3 is used as a judgment condition; if the numerical value is too low, the situation that the water receiving tray is often judged to be blocked by foreign matters and then faults are reported can occur, but the faults are reported due to the fact that the numerical value is too low, the faults can be reported by mistake with a high probability, the judgment accuracy is reduced, and the using effect of a user is influenced; if the numerical value is too high, the situation that the water level in the water receiving tray rises to the highest water level and overflows due to the fact that the water receiving tray is not timely repaired after failure reporting is possibly caused, house damage is caused, and the using effect of a user is influenced.
Step 400, if not, judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is larger than a second water level threshold value;
the value range of the second water level threshold is 0.4L-0.6L, where L represents the highest water level that the water receiving tray can contain or hold, which is specifically described above. If the value of the second water level threshold is too high, the second water level threshold is easy to be repaired after a fault, so that the water level continues to rise and overflows the water receiving tray to cause house damage; if the value is too low, the fault is easily considered to occur frequently, and the false alarm can occur with a high probability, so that the judgment accuracy is reduced, and the use effect of a user is influenced.
Preferably, the value range of the second water level threshold is 1/2L, so that the condition of high probability of false alarm or frequent fault reporting is avoided, and the fault cannot be repaired later, so that the water receiving tray overflows or exceeds the first water level threshold, and the direct shutdown is caused, thereby improving the experience effect of users.
And 500, if yes, controlling the air conditioning unit to perform deicing operation according to the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc.
Like this, can judge whether the water level that can pass through the water collector blocks up by the foreign matter to water collector water drainage mouth, can also judge whether the water collector water level and temperature butt joint water drainage mouth is frozen by the comdenstion water and blocks up, thereby can be when the comdenstion water freezes to block up water drainage mouth and foreign matter and block up water drainage mouth, in time judge or discover, and then take and shut down or melt corresponding measures such as ice, prevent because consequences such as leaking that unable drainage caused, improve air conditioning unit's result of use and user's experience.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the method for detecting and controlling a fault of a water receiving tray, after step 500, the method includes:
step 600, after a first preset time, judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is less than or equal to a second water level threshold value;
the first preset time is determined according to actual conditions, and can be the time for the air conditioning unit to perform the deicing operation, that is, after the air conditioning unit completes the deicing operation, whether the water level of the water pan is less than or equal to the second water level threshold value or not is judged, so that the effect of the deicing operation of the air conditioning unit can be judged, and whether the water pan is blocked or not and whether the reason for blocking the water pan is blocking due to foreign matter or freezing and blocking are judged; the first preset time can also be a specific time period, and the specific time period is greater than or equal to the time of the ice melting operation of the air conditioning unit, so that whether the ice melting operation of the air conditioning unit is completed or not is not required to be judged, and the time for judging the water level of the water receiving tray again can be directly determined in terms of time, so that the flow steps can be simplified and the judgment time can be saved on the basis of judging the ice melting operation effect of the air conditioning unit; the first preset time can be other specific time periods, and the value of the first preset time can be 20min-30min, so that the frequency of judging the water level of the water pan again can be limited, frequent switching of the air conditioning unit caused by frequent judgment is prevented, or untimely or inaccurate judgment caused by too low judgment frequency is prevented, and the judgment efficiency and accuracy are improved.
Preferably, the first preset time is 25 min.
Step 700, if not, accumulating the times of one-time deicing operation, and judging whether the times of deicing operation are more than three times;
if the water level of the water receiving tray is greater than the second water level threshold, the ice melting operation of the air conditioning unit is not successful, and the ice may be re-frozen after the ice melting due to incomplete ice melting or too high freezing speed, or the ice may be smoothly melted, but the blockage of the water discharging nozzle of the water receiving tray cannot be improved; therefore, the number of times of the deicing operation is accumulated so as to facilitate accurate determination in the subsequent process.
Step 800, if the deicing operation times are more than three times, judging that the water pan is blocked by foreign matters, clearing the deicing operation times, and controlling the air conditioning unit to stop;
if the number of times of the deicing operation is more than three, the deicing operation can be performed by the air conditioning unit for three times continuously, the problem of blockage of the water discharge nozzle of the water receiving tray cannot be solved, and if the blockage is caused by icing, the blockage problem can be obviously improved by the deicing operation of the air conditioning unit for three times continuously, so that the water discharge nozzle of the water receiving tray is not blocked by icing, namely, the water discharge nozzle is blocked by foreign matters; like this, through judging after the accumulation to the operation number of times of melting ice, got rid of single operation trouble of melting ice, the erroneous judgement that icing speed is fast etc. caused for the judgement to the foreign matter jam is more accurate, thereby can provide the operation of pertinence, spills over the damage building with the comdenstion water that avoids the foreign matter jam to cause, further improves user's experience.
And 500, if the times of the deicing operation are less than or equal to three times, controlling the air conditioning unit to perform the deicing operation according to the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc.
The times of the deicing operation are less than or equal to three times, and the water level of the water receiving tray does not drop to a safe position, so that the deicing operation failure of a single time, the icing speed and the like are possible to cause, the deicing operation of the air conditioning unit is repeated, and the blockage of the water discharging nozzle caused by icing is reduced.
Like this, the operation of melting ice through continuous cubic is cumulative, can prevent that the false alarm foreign matter from blockking up, if the water collector is still unable to the water drainage net in continuous cubic, the factor that probably exists is that the water collector leads to filthy stifled because of the foreign matter, the non-reason that freezes leads to, perhaps freeze very thickly, the operation that can't pass through air conditioning unit itself is eliminated and is blockked up, at this moment, also can regard it as the foreign matter to block up, report the trouble, thereby can effectively remind the user to inspect the condition in the water collector, reach and remind the user to clear away and block up or temporarily stop using, prevent that the comdens.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in the method for detecting and controlling a fault of a water pan, in step 500, the controlling the air conditioning unit to perform an ice melting operation according to the temperature of the inner pan and the temperature of the water pan includes:
step 510, acquiring the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc of the air conditioning unit;
the temperature of the inner tray and the temperature of the water pan can be obtained through a temperature sensor 3 arranged in the air conditioning unit and a temperature sensor 3 arranged on the water pan; thereby facilitating subsequent judgment.
Step 520, judging whether the temperature of the water pan is less than 0 ℃;
when the temperature of the water receiving tray is less than 0 ℃, ice accumulation begins in the water receiving tray, and the ice accumulation condition can cause the blockage of a water discharging nozzle of the water receiving tray.
Step 530, if yes, judging whether the duration time that the temperature of the water receiving tray is less than 0 ℃ is greater than a first time threshold value;
wherein the value range of the first time threshold is 0.5min-2 min; in this way, by setting the first time threshold, it is possible to prevent a measurement error of the temperature sensor 3 due to a sensor failure or other external disturbance (such as cold air blowing), thereby improving the accuracy of the determination.
Preferably, the first time threshold is 1 min; therefore, the accumulated ice of the water tray can be timely processed (the first time threshold is too large, the judgment and processing of the accumulated ice condition of the water tray can be delayed), the interference of external factors or sensor faults can be prevented, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
And 540, if the duration time is greater than the first time threshold, judging that the water pan is frozen, and controlling the air conditioning unit to perform deicing operation on the water pan.
Therefore, the ice accumulation condition of the water pan is judged through the temperature of the water pan, and the judgment accuracy is improved through setting a first time threshold value due to sensor faults or other external interference, so that the icing condition of the water pan is judged, and the ice melting operation is adopted in time.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the step 500 further includes:
step 550, if the temperature of the water pan is not less than 0 ℃, judging whether the temperature of the inner pan is less than 0 ℃;
condensed water contained in the water pan drips from the evaporator, and the water pan freezes if the temperature of the water pan is lower than 0 ℃; if the temperature of the evaporator (i.e., the temperature of the inner pan) is lower than 0 ℃, the evaporator may freeze, which may result in that condensed water is difficult to drip or that the dripping condensed water is easy to accumulate ice on the water-receiving pan, thereby blocking the condensed water drain nozzle, and thus requiring the judgment of the temperature of the inner pan.
Step 560, if the inner disc temperature is less than 0 ℃, determining whether the duration time of the inner disc temperature being less than 0 ℃ is greater than the first time threshold;
wherein the value range of the first time threshold is 0.5min-2 min; in this way, by setting the first time threshold, it is possible to prevent a measurement error of the temperature sensor 3 due to a sensor failure or other external disturbance (such as cold air blowing), thereby improving the accuracy of the determination.
Preferably, the first time threshold is 1 min; therefore, the icing condition of the evaporator can be timely processed (the first time threshold is too large, the judgment and the processing of the icing condition of the water tray can be delayed), the interference of external factors or sensor faults can be prevented, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
And 570, if yes, judging that the evaporator is frozen, and controlling the air conditioning unit to perform evaporator ice melting operation.
Therefore, the icing condition of the evaporator is judged through the temperature of the inner disc, and the accuracy of judgment is improved through setting a first time threshold value due to sensor faults or other external factors, so that the icing condition of the evaporator is judged, and the deicing operation is timely adopted.
Wherein, the temperature of the water pan is judged firstly, and the temperature of the inner pan is judged only when the temperature of the water pan is more than 0 ℃, which is determined by the methods of the deicing operation of the evaporator and the deicing operation of the water pan; in this application, because can't directly melt ice to the water tray, so influence the water collector through the temperature that improves the evaporimeter to melt ice to the water tray, consequently, as long as judge that it is the water collector ice deposition, will be when melting ice to the water tray, detach freezing of evaporimeter simultaneously (if the evaporimeter also freezes), consequently, earlier judge the water tray temperature, thereby make the operation of melting ice more convenient, swift.
In addition, if other water pan deicing modes are added, such as the mode of independently connecting the water pan to melt ice by arranging a heating belt on the water pan, the temperature of the inner pan can be judged in the judgment, the temperature of the water pan can be judged only under the condition that the temperature of the inner pan is greater than 0 ℃, or the temperature of the inner pan and the temperature of the water pan can be judged simultaneously, and then the deicing operation is adopted aiming at the icing of the water pan and the icing of the evaporator.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the step 570 includes:
step 571, controlling the external fan and the compressor to stop running, and recording the shutdown time of the external fan;
step 572, controlling the inner fan to start running;
wherein, will melt the ice to the evaporimeter, because in the current air conditioning unit, there is the anti-icing function to the evaporimeter, so the evaporimeter even freezes, also can not be very thick ice, under general condition, the evaporimeter is only frosted, only under comparatively special circumstances, just can knot very thin ice, consequently when the evaporimeter melts ice, and need not extra heating action, only need directly blow the wind (outside temperature is generally greater than 0 ℃) of outside and just can to the evaporimeter on, consequently, stop outer fan and compressor, only allow interior fan, can reach the purpose that external wind directly blown the evaporimeter, thereby carry out the evaporimeter and melt ice.
Step 573, determining whether the shutdown time of the outer fan is greater than a second time threshold and whether the temperature of the inner disk is greater than a first temperature threshold;
wherein the value range of the second time threshold is 2min-5 min; therefore, the shutdown time of the compressor (the compressor and the outer fan stop simultaneously, and the shutdown time of the outer fan is also the shutdown time of the compressor) is longer, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to frequent shutdown.
Preferably, the second time threshold is 3min or 4 min; therefore, the compressor can be started after the high-low pressure in the air conditioning unit is recovered to be balanced, and the damage to the compressor caused by the unbalanced high-low pressure is prevented.
Wherein the value range of the first temperature threshold is 5-10 ℃; therefore, whether the evaporator is iced or not can be judged according to the temperature of the inner disc, and the accuracy is high.
Preferably, the first temperature threshold is 7 ℃, so that the judgment accuracy is higher.
574, if the shutdown time of the outer fan is longer than a second time threshold and the inner disc temperature is longer than a first temperature threshold, judging whether the duration time that the inner disc temperature is longer than the first temperature threshold is longer than a third time threshold;
the third time threshold is 5s-20s, so that the measurement error of the temperature sensor 3 caused by sensor failure or other external interference (such as external air blowing) can be prevented by setting the third time threshold, and the judgment accuracy is improved; and the ice melting condition of the evaporator can be determined in time, so that the ice melting operation efficiency of the evaporator is improved (the judgment and the processing of the ice melting condition of the evaporator are slowed due to the overlarge third time threshold).
Preferably, the third time threshold is 10 s; therefore, the accuracy of judgment and the timeliness of the deicing operation are further improved.
And 575, if the duration time is greater than a third time threshold, controlling the air conditioning unit to be switched to a cooling mode.
Like this, through fan in the operation, blow the evaporimeter with the ambient air to melting ice operation is carried out to the evaporimeter, and through inner disc temperature and duration, in time and accurately judge the evaporimeter condition of melting ice, thereby improves the accuracy and the efficiency of evaporimeter operation of melting ice.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the step 540 includes:
step 541, controlling the air conditioning unit to switch to a heating mode, and recording the running time of a compressor;
after the air conditioning unit is switched to the heating mode, the four-way valve is reversed, then the compressor and the outer fan are started, and the inner fan is started after being preheated for a period of time, so that warm air is blown out by the inner fan.
Step 542, controlling the inner fan to stop running;
in the application, the air conditioning unit is switched to the heating mode, the purpose is to heat the evaporator and further melt ice on the water pan (the high-temperature area of the evaporator can reach 30-40 ℃ in the heating mode), but not to heat the indoor space, so that the operation of the inner fan is stopped (after the heating mode, the inner fan is started after being preheated for a period of time, and therefore in an actual situation, the inner fan is controlled to stop when the inner fan is not started, so that the inner fan is not started all the time), and therefore hot air is prevented from being blown to the indoor space; on the one hand, the use experience of a user cannot be reduced, on the other hand, hot air is not blown, and the heat can be kept in an air conditioner internal unit as much as possible, so that ice melting can be carried out more quickly.
Step 543, judging whether the running time of the compressor is greater than a fourth time threshold and whether the temperature of the inner disc is greater than a second temperature threshold;
wherein the value range of the fourth time threshold is 2min-10 min; thus, the running time of the compressor is longer, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to frequent stopping and starting.
Preferably, the second time threshold is 3min or 6 min; therefore, the compressor can be stopped after the balance of high pressure and low pressure in the air conditioning unit is restored, and the damage of the compressor caused by the unbalance of the high pressure and the low pressure is prevented.
Wherein the value range of the second temperature threshold is 1-5 ℃; like this, can judge whether the evaporimeter melts ice through the water collector temperature and accomplish, and the accuracy is high.
Preferably, the second temperature threshold is 2 ℃, so that the judgment accuracy is higher.
Step 544, if the operation time of the compressor is longer than a fourth time threshold and the temperature of the inner disc is longer than a second temperature threshold, controlling the outer fan and the compressor to stop operating;
by stopping the operation of the outer fan and the compressor, the evaporator can be kept in a high-temperature state, so that the water pan is stopped from being iced; therefore, heating does not need to be stopped by switching the operation mode of the air conditioning unit (after the operation mode is changed, the four-way valve also needs to be reversed again, which is not necessary), and unnecessary control conversion of the air conditioning unit can be omitted.
And step 545, controlling the air conditioning unit to be switched to a refrigeration mode after a second preset time.
Wherein the value range of the second preset time is 2min-5 min; therefore, the stop time of the compressor is longer, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to frequent stop and start.
Preferably, the second preset time is 3min or 4 min; therefore, the compressor can be started after the high-low pressure in the air conditioning unit is recovered to be balanced, and the damage to the compressor caused by the unbalanced high-low pressure is prevented.
Therefore, the evaporator is heated by operating the heating mode and closing the inner fan, so that the ice melting operation is carried out through the second water pan of the evaporator, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to frequent shutdown by setting the interval of the shutdown time of the compressor.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7, the water pan fault detection and control device includes:
the water level sensor 2 is used for acquiring the water level of the water receiving tray in real time;
the controller 1 is used for judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is greater than a first water level threshold value or not;
if yes, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to stop;
if not, judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is larger than a second water level threshold value;
if yes, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to perform deicing operation according to the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc.
Example 3
As described above, the present embodiment is different from the above-mentioned water receiving tray fault detecting and controlling device in that the controller 1 is further configured to:
after the first preset time, judging whether the water level of the water receiving tray is less than or equal to the second water level threshold value;
if not, accumulating the times of one-time deicing operation, and judging whether the times of deicing operation are more than three times;
if the number of times of the deicing operation is more than three, the controller 1 clears the number of times of the deicing operation and controls the air conditioning unit to stop;
and if the times of the deicing operation are less than or equal to three times, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to perform the deicing operation according to the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc.
Example 4
As above-mentioned water collector fault detection and controlling means, this embodiment lies in rather than the difference, controller 1 is according to inner pan temperature and water collector temperature, and control air conditioning unit carries out the operation of melting ice, includes:
acquiring the temperature of the inner disc and the temperature of the water receiving disc of the air conditioning unit through a temperature sensor 3;
the controller 1 judges whether the temperature of the water pan is less than 0 ℃;
if so, judging whether the duration time that the temperature of the water receiving tray is less than 0 ℃ is greater than a first time threshold value;
and if the duration is greater than the first time threshold, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to perform defrosting operation of the water pan.
Therefore, the ice accumulation condition of the water pan is judged through the temperature of the water pan, and the judgment accuracy is improved through setting a first time threshold value due to sensor faults or other external interference, so that the icing condition of the water pan is judged, and the ice melting operation is adopted in time.
Example 5

if the temperature of the water pan is not less than 0 ℃, the controller 1 judges whether the temperature of the inner pan is less than 0 ℃;
if the temperature of the inner disc is less than 0 ℃, the controller 1 judges whether the duration time of the temperature of the inner disc less than 0 ℃ is greater than the first time threshold value;
if yes, the evaporator is judged to be frozen, and the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to carry out evaporator ice melting operation.
In addition, if other water pan deicing modes are added, such as the mode of independently connecting the water pan to melt ice by arranging a heating belt on the water pan, the temperature of the inner pan can be judged in the judgment, the temperature of the water pan can be judged only under the condition that the temperature of the inner pan is greater than 0 ℃, or the temperature of the inner pan and the temperature of the water pan can be judged simultaneously, and then the deicing operation is adopted aiming at the icing of the water pan and the icing of the evaporator.

the controller 1 controls the outer fan and the compressor to stop running and records the shutdown time of the outer fan;
the controller 1 controls the inner fan to start to operate;
the controller 1 judges whether the shutdown time of the outer fan is greater than a second time threshold and whether the temperature of the inner disc is greater than a first temperature threshold;
if the shutdown time of the outer fan is longer than a second time threshold and the inner disc temperature is longer than a first temperature threshold, the controller 1 judges whether the duration time that the inner disc temperature is longer than the first temperature threshold is longer than a third time threshold;
and if the duration time is greater than a third time threshold, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to be switched to a cooling mode.
Example 7

the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to be switched into a heating mode, and records the running time of the compressor;
the controller 1 controls the inner fan to stop running;
the controller 1 judges whether the running time of the compressor is greater than a fourth time threshold and whether the temperature of the inner disc is greater than a second temperature threshold;
if the running time of the compressor is longer than a fourth time threshold and the temperature of the inner disc is greater than a second temperature threshold, the controller 1 controls the outer fan and the compressor to stop running;
and after the second preset time, the controller 1 controls the air conditioning unit to be switched to the refrigeration mode.
Therefore, the evaporator is heated by operating the heating mode and closing the inner fan, so that the ice melting operation is carried out through the second water pan of the evaporator, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to frequent shutdown by setting the interval of the shutdown time of the compressor.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
