In the high-temperature dry distillation process of coal, pyrolysis products separated out in a gaseous state are called raw coke oven gas, and the raw coke oven gas contains a large amount of substances such as tar, graphite, naphthalene and the like. According to the field practice experience, because the pressure fluctuation of the bridge pipe is large in the production process, a large amount of tar, graphite and naphthalene can enter the pressure measuring pipeline along with the raw gas, and the pressure measuring pipeline is easy to block, so that the pressure measurement is ineffective. Therefore, the pressure tapping pipeline needs to be cleaned manually at regular intervals, so that manpower and material resources are wasted, the pressure adjustment of a carbonization chamber of the coke oven is influenced, and the normal production of the coke oven is influenced.

Before, in the middle and later coking periods, the computer system can automatically adjust the opening of the water seal valve disc in real time according to the measured value of the bridge pipe pressure to keep the pressure in the carbonization chamber stable. Therefore, the bridge pipe pressure measuring system can be switched to a bridge pipe pressure measuring working state, and the T2 time can be set according to the actual situation on site.
c. Coking last stage (T3)
In the final stage of coking, in order to prevent the problem that negative pressure appears at the bottom of the coking and carbonization chamber and causes the blowby of the furnace wall of the carbonization chamber, the computer control system can automatically close the bridge pipe water seal valve disc of the carbonization chamber without adjusting according to the pressure measurement value. 4) Flow switch realizes pipeline blockage alarm function
