An intaglio printing press comprising a casing (1), a power unit mounted on the rear side of the casing (1) for operating the press and a controller for controlling the operation of the press, characterized in that: the printing machine also comprises a feeding roller (2), a discharging roller (3), a guide roller set (4), an ink groove (5), an ink roller (6), a printing plate roller (7) and an impression roller (8) which are rotatably arranged on the machine shell (1), and a scraping mechanism (9) arranged on the machine shell (1); the ink tank (5) is arranged at the bottom of the machine shell (1), and an ink roller (6) is arranged in the ink tank (5); a plate cylinder (7) is arranged above the ink cylinder (6), and the ink cylinder (6) is used for uniformly coating the ink in the ink tank (5) on the plate cylinder (7); the printing plate cylinder (7) is provided with a scraping mechanism (9), the scraping mechanism (9) is used for scraping off ink on the blank part of the printing plate cylinder (7) and leaving ink in image-text gravure, the printing plate cylinder (7) is arranged below the impression cylinder (8), the printing plate cylinder (7) is contacted with the front side of a printing stock, and the impression cylinder (8) impresses on the back side of the printing stock; wherein,
the ink scraping mechanism (9) comprises an ink scraping roller (91), an air cylinder, a mounting plate (92), a first servo motor, a mounting seat (93), a mounting groove (94), a U-shaped clamping plate (95), a supporting plate (96), an ink scraping knife (97), a second servo motor, a screw rod (98) and a polishing unit (99); the mounting plate (92) is provided with an output end of an air cylinder; the fixed end of the cylinder is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the shell (1), and the cylinder is used for pushing the mounting plate (92) to move; the first servo motor is fixedly connected to the mounting plate (92), one end of the ink scraping roller (91) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the first servo motor, and the other end of the ink scraping roller (91) is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate (92); the ink scraping roller (91) is provided with a mounting seat (93), and one side of the mounting seat (93) close to the plate roller (7) is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves (94); a U-shaped clamping plate (95) is arranged in the mounting groove (94) in a sliding manner; a doctor blade (97) and a supporting plate (96) are clamped between the U-shaped clamping plates (95); the supporting plate (96) is positioned above the doctor blade (97), and the supporting plate (96) is used for supporting the doctor blade (97); the scraping blade (97) is used for scraping off ink at a blank part on the printing surface of the plate cylinder (7); the second servo motor is fixedly connected to one side, away from the doctor blade (97), of the U-shaped clamp plate (95), the output end of the second servo motor is fixedly connected with a screw rod (98) through a coupler, the screw rod (98) penetrates through a threaded hole formed in the side wall of the mounting groove (94) in a threaded mode, and the second servo motor is used for driving the U-shaped clamp plate (95) to retract into the mounting groove (94); the polishing unit (99) is arranged inside the mounting groove (94), and the polishing unit (99) is used for polishing the doctor blade (97).
