Abstract
本发明提供一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法,S1:将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管置入破碎机内进行破碎;S2:将破碎后的物料倒入自动分离机的入料口内,利用自动分离机将塑料与镶嵌于其内的铁进行机械式分离;S3:通过机械式分离的物料通过网板落入蓄水槽内,蓄水槽内装有水,水的深度不低于所述蓄水槽高度的四分之三;S4:沉淀半小时后,将浮于水面的塑料打捞,塑料打捞完成后将沉于槽底的铁进行打捞。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法。
背景技术
钢骨架聚乙烯复合管是用高强度过塑钢丝网骨架和热塑性塑料聚乙烯为原材料,钢丝缠绕网作为聚乙烯塑料管的骨架增强体,以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体,采用高性能的HDPE改性粘结树脂将钢丝骨架与内、外层高密度聚乙烯紧密地连接在一起,使之具有优良的复合效果。因为有了高强度钢丝增强体被包覆在连续热塑性塑料之中,因此这种复合管克服了钢管和塑料管各自的缺点,而又保持了钢管和塑料管各自的优点,适用于长距离埋地用供水、输气管道***。
但是当钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废弃后其回收成为本领域内的难题,由于其由高密度聚乙烯以及钢丝骨架构成,即无法当作铁回收利用也无法当作聚乙烯回收利用,需要将两者进行分离,行业内普遍采用的方法为对其进行焚烧处理,将聚乙烯熔化而后得到铁,该方法不仅会造成环境污染,而且聚乙烯焚烧后无法回收进行再次利用;另外也有采用人工拔取的方式,通过工具手动将钢丝逐一从聚乙烯基体内拔出,该方式劳动强度极大,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法,采用机械式分离的方式自动对破碎后的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管碎块进行塑料与铁的分离,不仅效率高,而且无污染,此外利用塑料与铁的浮力不同将破碎后的混合物料彻底将铁与塑料分开。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管置入破碎机内进行破碎;
S2:将破碎后的物料倒入自动分离机的入料口内,利用自动分离机将塑料与镶嵌于其内的铁进行机械式分离,所述自动分离机包括机箱、设置于所述机箱顶部的护罩,所述护罩分为左护罩以及右护罩,所述左护罩通过铰链转动设置于机箱的左侧,所述右护罩通过铰链转动设置于所述机箱的右侧,所述护罩上设置有进料口,所述机箱内设置有分离装置,所述护罩罩设于所述分离装置的上方,所述分离装置包括转动设置于所述机箱上的转轴、沿着所述转轴的轴向等距分布的若干圆形挡片,所述圆形挡片与所述转轴同心且固定设置,若干所述圆形挡片之间固定连接有四根悬挂杆,所述悬挂杆与所述转轴平行设置,所述悬挂杆均匀分布于所述转轴的四周,相邻所述圆形挡片之间设置有若干合金刀片,所述合金刀片的一端部分别套设于所述悬挂杆上,相邻所述悬挂杆上的合金刀片交错设置,所述机箱内固定设置有半圆形的网板,所述网板位于所述分离装置的下方,所述网板上密布有网孔,所述左护罩以及所述右护罩内固定设置有左挡板以及右挡板,所述左挡板与所述右挡板拼接形成与所述网板相配合的半圆形,所述左挡板或者所述右挡板上开设有与所述进料口相连通的入料口,所述左挡板以及所述右挡板的内侧具有若干合金凸点,所述合金凸点与所述合金刀片相交错设置;
S3:通过机械式分离的物料通过网板落入蓄水槽内,蓄水槽内装有水,水的深度不低于所述蓄水槽高度的四分之三;
S4:沉淀半小时后,将浮于水面的塑料打捞,塑料打捞完成后将沉于槽底的铁进行打捞。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:通过破碎机将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管破碎成一定规格的碎块,而后自将碎块由入料口投入分离机内,启动电机带动转轴转动,转轴带动圆形挡片、悬挂杆以及合金刀片转动,由于合金刀片套设在悬挂杆上,因此合金刀片在分离机内作离心甩动,此外由于左挡板以及右挡板内侧的合金凸点,其与合金刀片交错配合对碎块进行击打,将聚乙烯与钢丝进行分离,分离后从网板的网孔落入分离机的机箱内,由于设定了网孔的规格,因此未分离的碎块无法通过网孔,继而分离机分离出的产品干净利落,效率高,而且无环境污染,此外破碎后的塑料与铁的混合物料利用塑料与铁在水中浮力不同的原理将塑料与铁彻底分离。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
其中如图1-图3所示,一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管置入破碎机内进行破碎;
S2:将破碎后的物料倒入自动分离机的入料口内,利用自动分离机将塑料与镶嵌于其内的铁进行机械式分离,所述自动分离机包括包括机箱1、设置于所述机箱1顶部的护罩,所述护罩分为左护罩2以及右护罩3,所述左护罩2通过铰链转动设置于机箱1的左侧,所述右护罩3通过铰链转动设置于所述机箱1的右侧,所述护罩上设置有进料口4,所述机箱1内设置有分离装置,所述护罩罩设于所述分离装置的上方,所述分离装置包括转动设置于所述机箱1上的转轴5、沿着所述转轴5的轴向等距分布的若干圆形挡片6,所述圆形挡片6与所述转轴5同心且固定设置,若干所述圆形挡片6之间固定连接有四根悬挂杆7,所述悬挂杆7与所述转轴5平行设置,所述悬挂杆7均匀分布于所述转轴5的四周,相邻所述圆形挡片6之间设置有若干合金刀片8,所述合金刀片8的一端部分别套设于所述悬挂杆7上,相邻所述悬挂杆7上的合金刀片8交错设置,所述机箱1内固定设置有半圆形的网板13,所述网板13位于所述分离装置的下方,所述网板13上密布有网孔,所述左护罩2以及所述右护罩3内固定设置有左挡板10以及右挡板11,所述左挡板10与所述右挡板11拼接形成与所述网板13相配合的半圆形,所述左挡板10或者所述右挡板11上开设有与所述进料口4相连通的入料口,所述左挡板10以及所述右挡板11的内侧具有若干合金凸点12,所述合金凸点12与所述合金刀片8相交错设置;
S3:通过机械式分离的物料通过网板落入蓄水槽内,蓄水槽内装有水,水的深度不低于所述蓄水槽高度的四分之三;
S4:沉淀半小时后,将浮于水面的塑料打捞,塑料打捞完成后将沉于槽底的铁进行打捞。
破碎机为现有技术中常规的破碎机,其具体结构在此不再赘述。
工作原理:通过破碎机将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管破碎成一定规格的碎块,而后将碎块由入料口4投入分离机内,启动电机带动转轴5转动,转轴5带动圆形挡片6、悬挂杆7以及合金刀片8转动,由于合金刀片8套设在悬挂杆7上,因此合金刀片8在分离机内作离心甩动,此外由于左挡板10以及右挡板11内侧的合金凸点12,其与合金刀片8交错配合对碎块进行击打,将聚乙烯与钢丝进行分离,分离后从网板13的网孔落入分离机的机箱1内,由于设定了网孔的规格,因此未分离的碎块无法通过网孔,继而分离机分离出的产品干净利落,效率高,而且无环境污染,此外破碎后的塑料与铁的混合物料利用塑料与铁在水中浮力不同的原理将塑料与铁彻底分离。
如图1所示,本实施例中优选的实施方式为,所述合金刀片8呈矩形。
如图3所示,为了使得合金刀片8仅仅进行径向运动,所述悬挂杆7上套设有对所述合金刀片8进行间距定位的定位套管9,通过定位套管9对合金刀片8进行轴向定位,而且调节间隙时,只需要更换不同长度的定位套管9即可。
如图1所示,本实施例中优选的实施方式为,所述左挡板10以及所述右挡板11上的合金凸点12为焊接固定于所述左挡板10以及所述右挡板11内侧的合金螺母,由于左挡板10以及右挡板11上的合金凸点12配合合金刀片8对碎块进行击打,因此其极易磨损,为了方便加工以及降低成本,当其磨损以后,只需将挡板拆卸将已磨损部分磨平后焊上新的合金螺母即可,大大延长了挡板的使用寿命。
为了防止噪音影响生产环境,降低噪音污染,因此所述机箱1以及所述护罩的外侧固定设置有中空的隔音板,所述隔音板内填充有隔音棉。
为了防止未分离的碎块从网孔内漏出,需要对网板13上网孔的尺寸进行设计,所述网板13上网孔的面积小于物料在水平面上的最小投影面积,所述网板13上网孔的面积为物料在水平面上的最小投影面积的三分之一至二分之一,此处最小投影面积为由于物料碎块为不规则碎块因此其每个面在水平面上的投影的面积均不同,因此选择其最小面积,从而有效防止分离不够彻底的现象产生。

1.一种钢骨架聚乙烯复合管废料的自动分离方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将废弃的钢骨架聚乙烯复合管置入破碎机内进行破碎;
S2:将破碎后的物料倒入自动分离机的入料口内,利用自动分离机将塑料与镶嵌于其内的铁进行机械式分离,所述自动分离机包括机箱、设置于所述机箱顶部的护罩,所述护罩分为左护罩以及右护罩,所述左护罩通过铰链转动设置于机箱的左侧,所述右护罩通过铰链转动设置于所述机箱的右侧,所述护罩上设置有进料口,所述机箱内设置有分离装置,所述护罩罩设于所述分离装置的上方,所述分离装置包括转动设置于所述机箱上的转轴、沿着所述转轴的轴向等距分布的若干圆形挡片,所述圆形挡片与所述转轴同心且固定设置,若干所述圆形挡片之间固定连接有四根悬挂杆,所述悬挂杆与所述转轴平行设置,所述悬挂杆均匀分布于所述转轴的四周,相邻所述圆形挡片之间设置有若干合金刀片,所述合金刀片的一端部分别套设于所述悬挂杆上,相邻所述悬挂杆上的合金刀片交错设置,所述机箱内固定设置有半圆形的网板,所述网板位于所述分离装置的下方,所述网板上密布有网孔,所述左护罩以及所述右护罩内固定设置有左挡板以及右挡板,所述左挡板与所述右挡板拼接形成与所述网板相配合的半圆形,所述左挡板或者所述右挡板上开设有与所述进料口相连通的入料口,所述左挡板以及所述右挡板的内侧具有若干合金凸点,所述合金凸点与所述合金刀片相交错设置;
