The positioning nut is connected to the straight operating rod in a threaded mode, abuts against the lower portion of the pushing device, rotates, moves up and down on the vertical operating rod, pushes the pushing device to move up and down, and accordingly height of the welding gun is adjusted, and meanwhile the height of the welding gun in the surfacing process is prevented from changing by the positioning nut.

A bearing processing method applying a large-scale hydrostatic bearing processing device comprises the following specific steps:
(1) fixing a hydrostatic bearing at the circle center of the positioner ring, wherein the hydrostatic bearing is of a cylindrical structure, and when the positioner ring rotates, the hydrostatic bearing rotates along the axis of the hydrostatic bearing;
(2) arranging contacts along the edge of the positioner ring, determining the number and the positions of the contacts according to the number and the positions of rectangular grooves of the hydrostatic bearing to be processed, wherein the number of the contacts is equal to that of the rectangular grooves of the hydrostatic bearing, and the connecting line of each contact and the corresponding rectangular groove is intersected with the shaft of the hydrostatic bearing;
(3) adjusting the positioner to enable the static pressure bearing to be horizontal to the axis of the welding gun, and keeping the distance between the gun head and the inner wall of the static pressure bearing unchanged when the welding gun moves along the axis of the welding gun;
(4) adjusting the height of the pushing device to enable the distance between the gun head and the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing to be the distance required by work;
(5) setting a time relay according to the rotating speed of the circular ring of the positioner and the width of the rectangular groove of the hydrostatic bearing to be processed, wherein the time relay controls the time interval from powder feeding stop to powder feeding restart of the plasma powder feeding device, and the powder feeding stop is to prevent a welding block from being formed in the rectangular groove of the hydrostatic bearing, so that the larger the width of the rectangular groove is, the larger the time interval from power failure to power re-energization of the time relay is, the slower the rotating speed of the circular ring of the positioner is, the larger the time interval from power failure to power re-energization of the time relay is, and vice versa;
(6) preheating the hydrostatic bearing to prepare for surfacing;
(7) the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing is subjected to surfacing welding by using a welding gun, a plasma powder feeding device starts to feed powder, a positioner ring starts to rotate at the same time, a pushing device pushes the welding gun to slowly move along the axial direction of the welding gun, and the surfacing path of the gun head to the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing is spiral;
(8) when the ring of the positioner rotates, the ring of the positioner drives the contact to rotate, when the contact moves to the vicinity of the proximity switch, the proximity switch sends a signal to a time relay, the time relay starts timing, meanwhile, the time relay sends a signal to an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve closes a powder feeding pipe, a plasma powder feeding device stops feeding powder to a welding gun, the welding gun performs arc empty melting on the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing, the time relay sends a signal to the electromagnetic valve after a period of time, the electromagnetic valve opens the powder feeding pipe, the plasma powder feeding device feeds the powder to the welding gun again, and the welding gun starts overlaying welding again;
(9) the inner side wall of the static pressure bearing after overlaying is milled, because the invention adopts interrupted overlaying during overlaying, and when the gun head passes through the position of the rectangular groove, the plasma powder feeding device stops feeding powder, thicker welding blocks formed by overlaying are not formed at the position of the rectangular groove, meanwhile, the periphery of the rectangular groove is not smooth, the rectangular groove needs to be milled first, and the rectangular groove is milled, because the welding blocks formed by overlaying in the rectangular groove area are few, the time of milling the groove is greatly reduced, meanwhile, welding materials are saved, and the processing efficiency can be improved by about 80 percent by adopting the invention;
(10) a panel made of the same material as the hydrostatic bearing is placed in the rectangular groove on the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing;
(11) the inner side wall of the hydrostatic bearing is turned, the thickness of overlaying is adjusted, the hydrostatic bearing after groove milling is directly turned in the turning process of the traditional technology, due to the existence of the rectangular groove, when a tool bit passes through the rectangular groove, a section of neutral space exists, the tool bit is easy to generate edge jumping, and the service life of the tool is short.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) because the invention adopts the discontinuous overlaying welding during the overlaying welding, when the gun head passes through the position of the rectangular groove, the plasma powder feeding device stops feeding powder, thicker welding blocks formed by the overlaying welding are not formed at the position of the rectangular groove, meanwhile, the periphery of the rectangular groove is not smooth, the rectangular groove needs to be milled first, and the rectangular groove is milled, and because the welding blocks formed by the overlaying welding in the rectangular groove area are few, the time for milling the groove is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the welding materials are saved, and the processing efficiency can be improved by about 80 percent by adopting the invention; (2) the panel made of the same material as the hydrostatic bearing is placed in the rectangular groove part, so that the intermittent turning is changed into continuous turning, the edge jumping is effectively avoided, and the service life of the cutter is greatly prolonged; (3) the positioning nut is rotated, moves up and down on the vertical operating rod, pushes the pushing device to move up and down, so that the height of the welding gun is adjusted, and meanwhile, the positioning nut prevents the height of the welding gun from changing in the surfacing process; (4) the gun head protective cover and the gun body protective cover protect the gun head and the gun body, so that the gun head and the gun body are not directly heated, and the temperature of the gun head and the gun body is reduced.
