Examples
Manufacturing a tank body 22:
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, an iron plate with the thickness of 5mm is welded into a square box body with the height of 750mm and the width of 590mm, a tubular water outlet with the inner wall diameter of 152mm is arranged on the bottom surface, two valves are arranged on a pipeline through a tee joint, one valve is used for being connected with a water outlet pipe 25, the other valve is used for being connected with a recoil pump pipe 24, and threads with the diameter of 10mm are arranged around the tank opening at the other end, so that the recoil pump pipe can be conveniently combined and sealed with a tank cover.
A convex edge with the width of 10mm and the thickness of 10mm is arranged on the inner wall of the tank at the position 20mm away from the end combined with the tank cover 21 and surrounds the tank.
Manufacturing a can cover 21:
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, iron sheets with the thickness of 5mm are welded into a funnel shape, the top end of the iron sheets is a water inlet pipe 23 with the inner wall diameter of 152mm, a branch communicated backflushing water drain pipe is arranged on the water inlet pipe 23, and valves are arranged on the water inlet pipe 23 and the backflushing water drain pipe. The connecting plate of the bottom opening of the tank cover 21 is provided with a screw hole with the diameter of 10mm, so that the screw hole is convenient to combine with the tank body 22.
The net rack in the manufacture:
as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the upper side is 529mm, the lower side is 489mm, the length is 700mm, the cross section of the ejector rod 111 is square with the side length of 20 mm. Manufacturing a reel 33 and a crank 34:
as shown in fig. 11, the reel 33 is made of wood.
Manufacturing a filter screen holding strip:
is a rubber strip which is buckled with the groove 115.
Manufacturing a filter screen 12:
the filter screen 12 was cut to 490mm width and 16 m length and rolled up smoothly with the reel 33 on the cartridge mount 3.
The installation method of the invention comprises the following steps: the whole device is divided into two parts, namely a filter element mounting frame 3 and a filter tank 2. After the reel 33 and the crank 34 are installed, the filter element mounting frame 3 facilitates the installation and the disassembly of the filter screen 12 through the rotation of the reel 33 and the crank 34. When installing the filter screen 12, the filter screen holders 11 are installed together with the filter screen 12 one by one in order. After completion, the capped long pins 14 are inserted into the perforated fixing plates 114 on the sides of the screen frame 11 to fix all the screen frames 11 with the screens 12 mounted thereon and fastened at the ends with nuts. Mesh clamping bars clamp the screen 12 within the recess 115.
The filter tank 2 mainly comprises a tank cover 21, a tank body 22 and a filter element 1, wherein the filter screen 12 and the filter screen frame 12 which are fixed in the last step are integrally placed in the tank body 22, the tank cover 21 and the tank body 22 are fixed into a whole by using bolts, and a sealing rubber ring, a sealing cover plate and a sealing rubber gasket are arranged between the tank cover 21 and the tank body 22.
After the installation is completed, a valve on the water inlet pipe 23 of the tank cover 21 is opened to allow water to enter, water is discharged from the water outlet pipe 25 at the bottom of the tank body 22, and the purpose of filtration is achieved through the filter screens 12 with different meshes in the middle.
The invention can filter out the eggs (20 microns) of harmful animals in the sea water seedling production by using a five-stage filter group.
The water nondestructive grading filtration system for cultivation comprises a tank body 22 and a tank cover 21, wherein a filter screen frame 11 is arranged in the tank body 22 and is vertically arranged. The long screen cloth is rolled up by a crank 34 and a scroll 33, then the middle screen frame and the side screen frames are hung on a rectangular frame 31 of a filter element mounting frame 3, then a filter screen 12 on the scroll 33 is pulled up and clamped according to the mode shown in fig. 2 (the lower filter screen 12 in fig. 2 presents a V-shaped sharp angle, the filter screen 12 is U-shaped after being supported), the front section of a long bolt 14 with a cap at the head is a polished rod, fixing sheets 114 penetrating through the filter screen frames 11 in sequence are tightly matched, the tail ends are threads, the tail ends penetrate out of the outermost fixing sheets 114 and are fastened by nuts, then the finished filter element 1 is placed in a tank body 22, the hanging lugs 113 are hung on the filter element frame, and then a sealing rubber gasket, a sealing cover plate, a sealing rubber ring and a tank cover 21 are sequentially covered and are fixed into a whole.
Closing the backflushing valve during filtering, and opening the valves of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe; after the filtration is completed, the liquid to be filtered is stopped, and a back flushing valve is opened to add the cleaning liquid into the back flushing pump pipe 24 for back flushing.

Claims (3)

1. The manufacturing method of the nondestructive grading filtration system for the water for cultivation is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Manufacturing a filter tank (2): the manufacturing method of the tank body (22) is that an iron plate is welded into a cuboid without a cover, a water outlet hole is formed in the bottom, a connecting plate is arranged at the edge of the top opening, a threaded hole is formed in the connecting plate, and a circle of convex edges are arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the tank body (22) and used as a filter element frame; the manufacturing method of the tank cover (21) comprises the steps of welding an iron plate into a bottomless cone shape, arranging a water inlet at the cone tip, arranging a connecting plate at the bottom opening of the cone tip, and arranging a threaded hole on the connecting plate; the sealing gasket is manufactured by cutting a rubber gasket with the same shape and size as the connecting plate;
(2) Manufacturing a filter element (1): the filter element (1) is installed by using an external filter element installation frame (3), the filter element installation frame (3) comprises a rectangular frame (31) surrounded by main rods, vertical support rods (32) are arranged at four corners of the rectangular frame (31) to support the rectangular frame (31), hanging lugs (113) of the filter element net frame (11) on a pair of main rods opposite to the rectangular frame (31), the middle net frame is arranged between two side net frames, and grooves (115) of the side net frames face inwards; the device comprises a reel (33) and a crank (34), wherein a clamping rod groove with the same length is formed in the outer wall of the reel (33), one end of the crank (34) stretches into a central hole of the reel (33) and penetrates out, the outer wall of the crank (34) is fixed with the wall of the central hole of the reel (33), mounting rods (35) which are upwards arranged at two ends of a main rod are arranged on a rectangular frame (31), bearings (36) are respectively fixed on the mounting rods (35), the penetrating end of the crank (34) is embedded in one bearing (36), the rocker end of the crank penetrates out of the other bearing (36) and is tightly matched with the inner hole of the other bearing (36), and the rocker end is connected with the rocker (37); one end of the filter screen (12) is embedded into a clamping rod groove to be fixed by a clamping rod, the whole filter screen (12) is wound on a scroll (33) and is wound up and stored by a crank (34) and the scroll (33) driven by a rocker (37); pulling out the winding end of the filter screen (12), starting from one side net frame, covering the inner surface of the side net frame from top to bottom, then covering one surface of the middle net frame from bottom to top from the middle net frame adjacent to the side net frame, bypassing the top end of the middle net frame, and covering the other surface of the middle net frame from top to bottom until the side net frame covers the inner surface of the other side net frame and the filter screen (12) is completely separated from the scroll (33); pressing the part of the filter screen (12) positioned on the groove (115) into the groove (115) to be fixed by using a clamping strip; the long bolt (14) with the cap is arranged to penetrate through the holes of each fixing piece (114), the holes of the fixing pieces (114) are fixed with the outer wall of the polish rod part of the long bolt (14), and the tail end of the long bolt (14) penetrates out of the hole of the most distal fixing piece (114) through threads and is fixed by nuts;
(3) And (3) assembling: putting the filter element (1) prepared in the step (2) into a tank body (22) of a filter tank (2), and hanging each hanging lug of a filter screen frame (11) on the filter element frame; the sealing rubber ring, the sealing cover plate and the sealing rubber pad are sequentially arranged between the tank cover (21) and the tank body (22) from top to bottom, connecting plates are arranged on the bottom edge of the tank cover and the top edge of the tank body, screw holes are formed in the connecting plates on the bottom edge of the tank cover and the top edge of the tank body, the sealing rubber ring, the sealing cover plate and the sealing rubber pad are consistent in shape with the connecting plates and clamped between the two connecting plates, and the bottom edge connecting plates of the tank cover, the sealing rubber ring, the sealing cover plate, the sealing rubber pad and the top edge connecting plates of the tank body are butted from bottom to top and fixed by bolts, so that the connecting plates of the bottom edge connecting plates, the sealing rubber ring, the sealing cover plate, the sealing rubber pad and the top edge of the tank body (22) are fixed into a whole by bolts;
(4) And (3) connecting a pipeline: the water inlet of the tank cover (21) is connected with a water inlet pipe (23) with a valve, the water outlet of the tank body (22) is connected with a three-way pipe, the other two joints of the three-way pipe are respectively connected with a backflushing pump pipe (24) and a water outlet pipe (25), and the backflushing pump pipe (24) and the water outlet pipe (25) are respectively provided with the valve;
the non-destructive grading filtration system for the aquaculture water is manufactured through the steps (1) - (4), and comprises a filtration unit, wherein the filtration unit comprises a filter element (1) and a filter tank (2):
the filter element (1) comprises a plurality of filter screen frames (11) which are arranged in parallel and side by side, the filter screen frames (11) comprise horizontal ejector rods (111) and vertical downward side rods (112) which are arranged on two sides of the ejector rods (111), two ends of each ejector rod (111) extend out of the side rods (112) to form hanging lugs (113), a plurality of fixing plates (114) with holes are arranged on the outer sides of the side rods (112) in parallel with the filter screen frames (11), the filter screen frames (11) are divided into middle frames and side frames, the middle frames are arranged between the side frames on two sides, grooves (115) are arranged on two sides of the side rods (112) of the middle frames, grooves (115) are arranged on the inner surfaces of the side rods (112) along the height of the side rods (112) and extend to the top surfaces of the ejector rods (111),
the whole filter screen (12) with the same width as the filter screen frames (11) rotates in a serpentine shape, is bent and sequentially attached to the surface of each filter screen frame (11) with the groove (115), and is buckled and pressed in the groove (115) to be fixed by a clamping strip; the method comprises the steps that a long bolt (14) with a cap is arranged to penetrate through holes of all fixing plates (114), the holes of the fixing plates (114) are fixed with the outer wall of the long bolt (14), and the tail end of the long bolt (14) penetrates out of the holes of the most-far fixing plates (114) and is fixed by nuts;
the filter tank (2) comprises a tank cover (21) and a tank body (22), wherein the tank body (22) is non-topped and a water outlet is arranged on the bottom surface; the tank cover (21) is in a bottomless reverse cone shape, the cone tip at the top of the tank cover is provided with an opening and is communicated with the water inlet pipe (23), and the bottom edge of the tank cover (21) is matched with the top edge of the tank body (22) and is in butt joint and fixed;
the filter element (1) is arranged in the tank body (22), a circle of convex edges are arranged on the upper portion of the side wall of the tank body (22) and used as a filter element frame, and each hanging lug of the filter element frame (11) is hung on the filter element frame.
