Abstract
本发明实施例涉及一种非授权上行传输方法和装置,该方法包括根据接收到的配置信息,确定目标非授权传输区域和所述目标非授权传输区域对应的目标空口传输参数,所述目标非授权传输区域为通过指定的时间范围和频率范围构成的空口时频资源,所述配置信息包括至少一个非授权传输区域和各所述非授权传输区域对应的空口传输参数;根据所述目标非授权传输区域和所述目标空口传输参数向基站发送上行数据。本申请中能够保证基站可以正确接收到上行数据。
