Abstract
The application discloses a method and a device for determining public praise scene coverage cell, which relate to the technical field of mobile communication and are used for determining a public praise scene coverage cell list according to a base station database, a geographical area frame of a public praise scene and measurement report MR information reported by a terminal so as to meet the requirement of improving the accuracy of the obtained public praise scene coverage cell list. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for determining a public praise scene coverage cell.
Background

determining a main service cell corresponding to each grid according to the MR information; the main service cell corresponding to each grid is the cell with the maximum number of reporting times of the MR information in the grid;
and combining the cells in the cell list with the main service cell to obtain a public praise scene coverage cell list.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining the geographic region bounding box of the public praise scene specifically comprises:
determining information of the public praise scene by using a map tool, wherein the information comprises a geographic position and an area range;
and drawing a geographical region frame of the public praise scene according to the information.
3. The method of determining public praise scene coverage cells according to claim 1, further comprising, after said determining a primary serving cell corresponding to each grid from the MR information:
acquiring the position of each main service cell;
and determining and deleting the main service cells which are positioned outside the geographic area border and are more than a preset distance away from the geographic area border according to the position of each main service cell.

after the determining the primary serving cell corresponding to each grid according to the MR information, the method further includes:
determining the mean value of the signal intensity of the main service cell according to the MR information;
and optimizing a target main service cell to increase the signal intensity of the target main service cell, wherein the target main service cell is a main service cell of which the mean value of the signal intensity is smaller than a preset threshold value.
