Abstract
The invention provides a water pan assembly and an air conditioner. The water collector subassembly includes the water collector body, the bottom of water collector body is provided with circuit location portion. Because the bottom of the water pan body is provided with the circuit positioning part, when the water pan is actually assembled, the motor arranged in the water pan body and the wiring of the electric heater arranged on the water pan body can be fixed through the circuit positioning part, and other wiring structures are not required to be arranged, so that the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner is improved, the production cost of the air conditioner is reduced, and the problem of safety of the motor wire and the wiring of the electric heater is solved.

The water pan component and the front support frame structure of the existing air conditioner form the water receiving work of the whole air conditioner and are used for receiving condensed water generated in the evaporator component and the air duct component.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner, particularly a cabinet air conditioner, is provided.
The air conditioner in this embodiment includes an evaporator stand 10, a water pan assembly, a front support 30, an air inlet panel assembly 50 and an evaporator assembly 40, wherein the water pan body 20 is detachably mounted on the air inlet panel assembly 50 and located at the bottom of the evaporator stand 10, the front support 30 is connected with the water pan assembly, the evaporator stand 10 is mounted inside the air inlet panel assembly 50, and the evaporator assembly 40 is mounted inside the evaporator stand 10.
The water pan assembly comprises a water pan body 20, and a circuit positioning part is arranged at the bottom of the water pan body 20. Because the bottom of the water collector body 20 in this embodiment is provided with the circuit location portion, during actual assembly, the motor of installing inside the water collector body 20 and the wiring of installing the electric heater on the water collector body 20 can be fixed through the circuit location portion, need not to set up other wiring structures again, have improved the assembly efficiency of air conditioner, have reduced the manufacturing cost of air conditioner, have solved the problem that motor line and electric heater walk line safety.
Referring to fig. 6, a positioning block 22 is provided at the bottom of the water pan body 20 in this embodiment, and a line positioning portion includes a positioning hole 23 provided on the positioning block 22, so as to facilitate positioning of the wiring of the motor and the spot heater.
Preferably, the routing positioning part further comprises a clamping hook 24 arranged at the bottom of the water pan body 20, so that the routing of the motor and the electric heater can be positioned conveniently. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the routing positioning portion may be configured as a wire groove or a positioning lock catch, which is within the scope of the present invention as long as other modifications are possible under the concept of the present invention.
Referring again to fig. 6, the water pan body 20 in this embodiment is further provided with a positioning groove 27 for fixing the evaporator pipe, and has a simple structure and is convenient to install.
The water pan body 20 in this embodiment is provided with a connection portion 25 for fixedly connecting with an air intake panel assembly 50 of an air conditioner. The connecting portion 25 in this embodiment is a connecting hole, and when actually assembled, the water pan body 20 is fixed on the air inlet panel assembly 50 by a screw penetrating through the connecting hole. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the connection portion 25 may be configured as a connection buckle, and any other modification forms under the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
The top of the water pan body 20 is provided with an electric heater mounting structure 26 for conveniently mounting an electric heater, and the electric heater mounting structure 26 can be provided as a mounting hole or a mounting buckle, etc.
The foam tray 21 is arranged on the water tray body 20 in the embodiment, and the foam tray 21 is embedded in the water receiving groove on the water tray body 20 to prevent the water tray body 20 from being corroded, so that the service life of the whole water tray assembly is convenient to improve.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6 again, the front support frame 30 in the present embodiment includes a water receiving portion 32 and a support frame 31, the water receiving portion 32 is disposed at the top of the support frame 31, and the water receiving portion 32 is connected to the water receiving tray body 20 to convey the liquid in the water receiving portion 32 to the water receiving tray body 20.
During actual installation, only the water pan body 20 needs to be installed at the bottom of the evaporator bracket 10, then the front support frame 30 is installed on the water pan body 20, the evaporator assembly 40 is installed on the evaporator bracket 10, after the installation is finished, the water pan body 20 is used for collecting condensed water generated by the evaporator assembly 40, the water receiving part 32 is positioned at the front end of the water pan body 20, the condensed water generated by the air duct component is conveniently collected, the condensed water generated by the air duct component is conveyed to the water pan body 20 through the water receiving part 32, and finally the condensed water is discharged to the outside through a drainage pipeline connected with the water pan body 20.
It can be seen that, through the structure of the air conditioner in this embodiment, the problem of difficulty in water receiving and guiding of the evaporator assembly 40 and the air duct component can be solved, and the air duct component is further conveniently and stably supported through the action of the front support frame 30, so that the structural stability of the air conditioner is conveniently improved.
After the air conditioner is assembled, the water pan assembly and the water receiving part 32 are surrounded to form an installation cavity, and through the action of the installation cavity, the cross-flow fan blade motor in the air duct component can be fixed, so that condensate water generated by the air conditioner can be collected in an omnibearing manner, and the condensate water is prevented from damaging the driving motor. Therefore, the invention not only solves the problems of electric safety and reliability of the air conditioner, but also improves the overall assembly efficiency of the whole air conditioner, and saves certain cost to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the water receiving portion 32 in this embodiment has a water receiving groove 321, so that condensed water generated by the air duct component is collected, the water receiving groove 321 is inclined towards the water receiving tray body 20, so that condensed water in the water receiving groove 321 is conveyed into the water receiving tray body 20, and finally discharged through a drain pipe on the water receiving tray body 20.
Preferably, the water receiving portion 32 in this embodiment includes an arc block, the water receiving disc body 20 is an arc disc, and the arc block and the arc disc are abutted to form a circular installation cavity, so that the structure is simple and convenient to implement. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the water receiving portion 32 and the water receiving tray body 20 may be configured as a semi-ring structure with other shapes, for example, a semi-ring structure formed by connecting several straight line segments, and any other modification forms within the scope of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
During actual assembly, the arc blocks and the arc discs can be butted together through screws or through buckles.
Of course, in order to convey the condensed water in the water receiving portion 32 into the water receiving tray body 20, a conveying pipe may be connected between the water receiving tray body 20 and the water receiving portion 32, and any other modification forms under the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring again to fig. 1-4, the evaporator stand 10 in this embodiment is a circular arc frame to facilitate mounting and supporting the evaporator assembly 40.
The circular arc frame includes first ribs 11 extending in the circumferential direction of the circular arc frame and second ribs 12 extending in the axial direction of the circular arc frame, so as to improve the structural strength of the evaporator stand 10 in the present embodiment. The air conditioner further includes an air inlet panel assembly 50, and after the evaporator stand 10 and the air inlet panel assembly 50 are installed, a predetermined guide gap is provided between the evaporator stand 10 of the support frame assembly and the air inlet panel assembly 50 for guiding the filter screen to enter.
As can be appreciated from the above embodiments, the air conditioner of the present invention includes the evaporator assembly 40, the evaporator stand 10, and the front support bracket 30, the air intake panel assembly 50, and the water pan assembly. Wherein, the water pan component and the front support frame 30 jointly receive the evaporator component 40 and condensed water in the air duct; then the water pan assembly is fixed on the air inlet panel assembly 50 by three screws, and the front support frame 31 is positioned by a bolt and two screws are fixed on the air inlet panel assembly and the water pan assembly; wherein, the front supporting frame 31 and the air inlet panel assembly 50 form a supporting structure to support the whole air conditioner; the evaporator bracket 10, the water pan assembly and the front support bracket 30 form an installation cavity for collecting condensate water in an omnibearing manner; the front support frame 30 is used for collecting condensed water generated by the air duct, and the front support frame 30 is higher than the front support frame 30 as a whole and is inclined at a certain angle, and then the condensed water in the front support frame 30 is collected at the matching position of the front support frame 30 and the air duct, flows into the water receiving tray assembly and is finally discharged integrally. The water pan component is used for collecting condensed water generated by the evaporator, positioning and installing the electric heater, wiring the motor wire and fixing the evaporator.
