本发明涉及室内展示灯领域，具体地说，涉及一种柜台灯。
背景技术
展示灯的作用是使光源可以控制，提高光的利用率，提升单位面积的亮度，使出光更加均匀，满足不同应用场合的需求，因响应现在节能减排，采用LED制成的柜台灯屡见不鲜。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种结构简单，布置方便，环保、节能、寿命长并且占地空间小的柜台灯。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所述一种柜台灯，其包括灯座、灯杆、铰接设置在灯杆上的灯头；所述灯座安装在展示柜的铝型材立柱上，所述铝型材立柱上设置有轨道，所述轨道上设置有与安装螺丝相配合的穿螺丝孔，所述灯座上设置有插接安装螺丝的第一通孔，所述安装座通过螺帽与安装螺丝相互配合固定在铝型材立柱上；所述灯座上还设置有第二通孔，所述灯杆通过灯头固定螺丝穿过第二通孔固定在灯座上；所述灯头上连接有导线，所述导线穿过铝型材立柱与电源电性连接。
作为优选，所述灯杆上端设置有与灯座内部螺接的外螺纹。
本发明的一种柜台灯，结构简单，布置方便，环保、节能、寿命长并且占地空间小。

如图1和图2所示：本发明所述一种柜台灯，其包括灯座1、灯杆6、铰接设置在灯杆6上的灯头7；所述灯座1安装在展示柜的铝型材立柱5上，所述铝型材立柱5上设置有轨道(图中未标识)，所述轨道(图中未标识)上设置有与安装螺丝2相配合的穿螺丝孔51，所述灯座1上设置有插接安装螺丝2的第一通孔11，所述灯座1通过螺帽3与安装螺丝2相互配合螺接在一起固定在铝型材立柱5上；所述灯座1上还设置有第二通孔12，所述灯杆6通过灯头固定螺丝4穿过第二通孔12固定在灯座1上；所述灯头7上连接有导线(图中未标识)，所述导线(图中未标识)穿过铝型材立柱5与电源电性连接。
上述的一种柜台灯，所述灯杆6上端设置有与灯座1内部螺接的外螺纹61，然后通过灯头固定螺丝4穿过第二通孔12将灯杆6和灯头7一起固定在灯座1上，所述灯杆6和灯头7是铰接在一起，所述灯头7可以旋转来调节其照射角度。
工作原理：将灯座1贴合在展示柜的铝型材立柱5的一侧，先将安装螺丝2的大头卡入轨道(图中未标识)中，另一头穿过第一通孔11并且向外延伸一段距离，将螺帽3拧在安装螺丝2上，将其拧紧这样灯座1就很稳定的设置在铝型材立柱5上了；然后将灯头7与灯杆6铰接在一起，安装的时候，将灯杆6上设置有外螺纹61卡入灯座1的下端作为第一步固定，然后然后通过灯头7固定螺丝4穿过第二通孔12将灯杆6和灯头7进一步固定在灯座1上。
本发明的一种柜台灯，结构简单，布置方便，环保、节能、寿命长并且占地空间小。

1.一种柜台灯，其特征在于：其包括灯座、灯杆、铰接设置在灯杆上的灯头；所述灯座安装在展示柜的铝型材立柱上，所述铝型材立柱上设置有轨道，所述轨道上设置有与安装螺丝相配合的穿螺丝孔，所述灯座上设置有插接安装螺丝的第一通孔，所述安装座通过螺帽与安装螺丝相互配合固定在铝型材立柱上；所述灯座上还设置有第二通孔，所述灯杆通过灯头固定螺丝穿过第二通孔固定在灯座上；所述灯头上连接有导线，所述导线穿过铝型材立柱与电源电性连接。
