The locking pump for locking the slide block oil cylinder of the rapid punching machine is small in size and ingenious in design, and through the cooperation among the first piston 2, the second piston 23, the unloading one-way valve 100, the ejection one-way valve 200 and the suction one-way valve 300, when oil seepage is caused by abnormal conditions (sealing of the slide block oil cylinder or pipe joints of the punching machine) of the slide block oil cylinder, loss caused by insufficient pressure can be compensated, the locking pump can be prevented from being influenced by oil pressure change in the slide block oil cylinder in the rapid punching process, the stability of the oil cylinder pressure can be better maintained, and the abrasion of the oil cylinder is reduced; and the locking pump for locking the slide block oil cylinder of the quick punch has good pressure maintaining performance and high reaction speed, can meet the locking requirement of the slide block oil cylinder of the quick punch, and can not be influenced by the oil pressure change in the slide block oil cylinder in the quick punch process of the machine, so that the stability of the oil pressure is better kept, and the locking accuracy of the oil cylinder is enhanced.

Claims (6)

1. A locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a quick press, comprising:
locking the pump housing;
the first piston is arranged at the left end side of the locking pump shell, the push rod is fixedly arranged at the right side of the first piston, and the surface of the push rod is sleeved with the reset spring;
an unloading one-way valve arranged on the right side of the first piston;
the oil return port is arranged at the bottom of the locking pump shell and is communicated with the unloading one-way valve;
the pressure switch is arranged at the top of the locking pump shell and is communicated with the unloading one-way valve;
the cylinder cover is arranged at the left end side of the locking pump shell and wraps the first piston, an unloading air supply port is arranged in the middle of the cylinder cover, and the unloading air supply port is communicated with the first piston;
the oil outlet is arranged in the middle of the front side of the locking pump shell, a discharge one-way valve is arranged at the oil outlet, and the discharge one-way valve is arranged on the right side of the unloading one-way valve;
the oil suction port is arranged at the bottom of the locking pump shell, and a suction one-way valve is arranged at the oil suction port;
the air pump is arranged on the right side of the locking pump shell and comprises an air pump head, an air pump air inlet is arranged on the air pump head, a second piston is arranged in the air pump head, the air pump air inlet is communicated with the second piston, a piston rod is arranged on the second piston, a piston reset spring seat is arranged at the joint of the piston rod and the second piston, the piston reset spring is sleeved on the piston rod, one end of the piston reset spring is arranged on the piston reset spring seat, one end of the piston rod is inserted into a sealing sleeve, and the sealing sleeve is communicated with an inhalation one-way valve arranged at an oil suction port;
the unloading one-way valve comprises an overflow valve sleeve, a one-way valve seat, a one-way valve, a spiral spring and a one-way valve pad, wherein the one-way valve seat is sleeved on the outer side of the reset spring, the overflow valve sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the one-way valve seat, the one-way valve is arranged on the one-way valve seat, the one-way valve pad is arranged at the joint of the one-way valve and the one-way valve seat, the spiral spring is arranged in the middle of the right side of the one-way valve, the left end of the spiral spring is in contact with the one-way valve, and the right end of the spiral spring is in contact with the sealing baffle shell;
the one-way valve comprises a valve sleeve, a valve cover, a one-way valve support, a steel ball and a valve seat, wherein the valve seat is arranged at the inner end part of the oil outlet, the valve sleeve is sleeved on the valve seat, the one-way valve support is arranged in the valve sleeve, the steel ball is arranged on the one-way valve support, and the valve cover seals the steel ball in the valve sleeve.

The locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a rapid punch according to claim 1, wherein: the suction check valve comprises a check valve bracket, a steel ball and a suction valve seat, wherein the suction valve seat is arranged on the inner side of the oil suction port, the check valve bracket is arranged on the suction valve seat, and the steel ball is arranged on the check valve bracket.
3. The locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a rapid punch according to claim 1, wherein: and a pressure gauge is arranged at the oil outlet.
4. The locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a rapid punch according to claim 1, wherein: an exhaust valve is arranged on the air pump head.
5. The locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a rapid punch according to claim 1, wherein: the cylinder cover is in compression connection with the locking pump shell through a gland.
6. The locking pump for locking a slide cylinder of a rapid punch according to claim 1, wherein: the air pump head is connected with the locking pump shell through a cylinder barrel, and the second piston, the piston return spring and the piston rod are all installed in the cylinder barrel.
