本发明公开了一种新能源环保防腐蚀性燃油添加剂,涉及环保新能源燃油添加剂技术领域,该新能源环保防腐蚀性燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚30%‑40%、聚醚胺20%‑30%、加氢脱硫煤油10%‑20%、腐蚀抑制剂8%‑12%、抗氧化剂4%‑6%、防冻剂2%‑4%、表面活性剂2%‑4%、破乳剂1%‑3%;本发明中合理添加了腐蚀抑制剂,通过腐蚀抑制剂分子中碱性基团能与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了甲醇与金属件的接触,从而使新能源燃料达到减小或抑制腐蚀的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保新能源燃油添加剂技术领域,具体为一种新能源环保防腐蚀性燃油添加剂。
背景技术
环保新能源燃料是指化工原料和石油提取物按特定工艺和流程充分反应得到的综合聚合物,是一种"以煤代油"路径,可以作为汽油的替代物从而实现对原油的部分替代。
环保新能源燃料中的聚合物既是一种能源,又是汽油品质的改良剂和绿色增氧剂。由于聚合物富含氧原子,使汽油充分燃烧,能有效降低汽车尾气排放有害气体总量的50%以上,有利于保护大气环境。所以环保新能源燃料环保、成本低,节省资源节省外汇造福人类。
燃油添加剂作为环保新能源燃料中的重要组成部分,起到改善燃料油性能的作用,现有技术中的燃油添加剂,在一定程度上改善了燃油的燃烧特性,使燃油能够获得更高的动力性与燃值,但是无法进一步改善燃料的防腐蚀性,而国内生产的新能源燃料中的粗甲醇原料中醇含量为78%-96%,水分含量相差近20%,在高温条件下会对不锈钢等容器造成严重的腐蚀,因此改善新能源燃油的防腐蚀性能就成为一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源环保防腐蚀性燃油添加剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有技术中的燃料添加剂无法进一步改善燃料的防腐蚀性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新能源环保防腐蚀性燃油添加剂,所述燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚30%-40%、聚醚胺20%-30%、加氢脱硫煤油10%-20%、腐蚀抑制剂8%-12%、抗氧化剂4%-6%、防冻剂2%-4%、表面活性剂2%-4%、破乳剂1%-3%。
优选的,所述燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚40%、聚醚胺20%、加氢脱硫煤油12%、腐蚀抑制剂12%、抗氧化剂6%、防冻剂4%、表面活性剂4%、破乳剂2%。
优选的,所述燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚36%、聚醚胺24%、加氢脱硫煤油16%、腐蚀抑制剂10%、抗氧化剂5%、防冻剂3%、表面活性剂3%、破乳剂3%。
优选的,所述燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚34%、聚醚胺26%、加氢脱硫煤油18%、腐蚀抑制剂10%、抗氧化剂5%、防冻剂2%、表面活性剂2%、破乳剂3%。
优选的,所述燃油添加剂包括以下重量组分:聚异丁烯苯酚32%、聚醚胺30%、加氢脱硫煤油20%、腐蚀抑制剂8%、抗氧化剂4%、防冻剂3%、表面活性剂2%、破乳剂1%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中合理添加了腐蚀抑制剂,通过腐蚀抑制剂分子中碱性基团能与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了甲醇与金属件的接触,从而使新能源燃料达到减小或抑制腐蚀的目的。
