Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to an environment-friendly wallboard.
Background
Partition boards, especially prefabricated partition boards, have a wide application market in construction, and among them, lightweight partition boards, which are one of the prefabricated partition boards, are very popular among consumers because of their various advantages of lightweight, sound insulation, heat insulation, and fast installation speed. In addition, the method for treating sludge generated after the treatment of domestic sewage or industrial sewage on the market generally adopts a landfill mode, and although the method is also used for producing building materials such as square bricks and the like, the product can contact rainwater, heavy metals in the sludge raw materials in the product can permeate into underground water along with the rainwater, so that secondary pollution is caused, and therefore, the mode of using the sludge as one of the raw materials of the building materials such as the square bricks and the like is still not ideal, and the wide application of the sludge in the field of building materials is also restricted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of an environment-friendly partition board containing waste sludge for sewage treatment aiming at the existing defects.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of an environment-friendly partition board containing sewage treatment waste sludge comprises the following process steps:
1) waste sludge generated by sewage treatment is subjected to dehydration, low-temperature cracking, drying and chemical treatment to obtain usable sludge materials;
2) mixing 100-400 parts of water, 1-10 parts of mixed fibers and 100-500 parts of available sludge materials in parts by weight, fully stirring, adding 1-10 parts of cement reinforced foaming additives, uniformly mixing and stirring, adding 500-800 parts of Portland cement with the strength of 32.5 or 42.5, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture;
3) taking 1-15 parts of foaming liquid, carrying out foaming treatment by a foaming machine to form foam, placing the foam and the mixture obtained in the step 2) in a foaming mixer for physical foaming treatment, wherein the foaming time is 1-10 min, and obtaining foamed cement slurry;
4) injecting the foamed cement slurry obtained in the step 3) into a mould, curing, removing the mould, maintaining, cutting and obtaining a finished product.
Specifically, the low-temperature cracking in the step 1) of the invention can remove most of carbon-containing harmful components and heat values in the waste sludge, greatly reduce VOC of the waste sludge, and effectively improve the environmental protection property of the waste sludge.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the portland cement in the step 2) is ordinary portland cement or composite portland cement.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the mixed fiber in the step 2) comprises 0.5-5 parts by weight of 10-30 mm anti-cracking glass fiber and 1-10 parts by weight of 5-15 mm dispersive anti-shrinkage PP fiber.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the cement-enhanced foaming admixture in the step 2) comprises 1-4 parts of dispersible latex powder, 1-5 parts of 1-20 ten thousand viscosity cellulose, 1-10 parts of high-efficiency water reducing agent and 1-10 parts of VAE emulsion in parts by weight. Specifically, the cellulose is selected from at least one of hydroxyethyl mixed cellulose, methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose, and the high-efficiency water reducing agent is selected from a lignin water reducing agent, a naphthalene water reducing agent or an anthracene water reducing agent.
As a further improvement of the scheme, in the step 1), the dehydration is to reduce the water content to 70% by using a centrifugal dehydrator and then reduce the water content to below 30% by using a heat pump type drying device.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the drying in the step 1) is drying treatment for 10-30 min at the temperature of 300-600 ℃. In particular, the physical high temperature treatment can further reduce VOCs and other volatile harmful components in the waste sludge.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the chemical treatment in the step 1) is spraying treatment on the waste sludge by using a mixed solution containing EDTA, polyethylene glycol and sodium cellulose. Specifically, the chemical treatment can further solidify harmful components such as heavy metals and VOCs in the waste sludge.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the stirring time of the stirring in the step 2) is 1-10 min.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the density of the foamed cement slurry in the step 3) is 300-1000 kg/m3The water-cement ratio is (30-50): 100. in particular, the appropriate density and water-cement ratio are beneficial to improving the comprehensive performance of the partition board after post-curing forming.
The invention also aims to provide the environment-friendly partition board containing the sewage treatment waste sludge prepared by the preparation method.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the waste sludge generated by sewage treatment is suitable to be used as one of the raw materials of the partition board through special treatment, and the partition board prepared by perfecting the preparation process of the partition board not only meets the quality requirement of GBT23451-2009, but also has zero VOC (volatile organic compounds), excellent environmental protection property and greatly improved recycling rate of the waste sludge.
