Specifically, the electrocoagulation filler 2 serves as an anode, and the electrocoagulation cathode plate 8 serves as a cathode. Preferably, the electrocoagulation cathode plate 8 is a stainless steel plate.
In one example, the electropolymerization bonding filler 2 comprises a plurality of layers of structures which are stacked with each other, each layer of structure comprises a frame body and barrier strips which are arranged on the frame body at intervals, the intervals of the barrier strips of each layer of structure are sequentially increased along the vertical direction, the arrangement directions of the barrier strips of the adjacent two layers of structures are different, and a supporting structure is arranged between the adjacent two layers of structures.
Preferably, the barrier strips are stainless steel strips. The frame body is made of stainless steel. The included angle of the arrangement directions of the barrier strips of the two adjacent layers of structures is 90 degrees or 45 degrees.
Oil drops with negative electricity in the sewage move towards the anode, namely the direction of the electrocoagulation packing 2, in an electric field formed by the electrocoagulation cathode plate 8 and the electrocoagulation packing 2. After the tiny oil drops are adsorbed on the electric aggregation filler 2, the tiny oil drops collide with each other and are aggregated, the particle size gradually increases, and the coarse granulation process is completed. In one example, the bottom of the sewage treatment device below the oil removing part is of an opposite slope type, and a first sewage discharge port 9 is arranged at the lowest part of the slope.
The first sewage discharge port 9 is convenient for discharging deposited sludge or emptying sewage when the sewage treatment device is empty.
In one example, the electroflocculation unit comprises a first anode plate 12, a second anode plate 13, a first cathode plate 14 and a second cathode plate 15 arranged in sequence, the first anode plate 12 and the first cathode plate 14 are positioned on the third baffle plate 20, the second anode plate 13 and the second cathode plate 15 are positioned on the second baffle plate 19, and the four plates are arranged in a staggered manner.

Suspended matters and oil drops with small particle sizes in the sewage form large alum flocs and oil drops through coagulation and flocculation, the settling and floating speeds are greatly increased, and the suspended matters and the oil drops are easy to remove from the water.
In one example, the suspended matter inclined plate sedimentation unit comprises a second electrified inclined plate 16, a third inclined plate electricity receiving groove 22 and a fourth inclined plate electricity receiving groove 23, wherein the third inclined plate electricity receiving groove 22 and the fourth inclined plate electricity receiving groove 23 are respectively positioned at two ends of the second electrified inclined plate 16, the third inclined plate electricity receiving groove 22 is connected with a negative electrode of a power supply, and the fourth inclined plate electricity receiving groove 23 is connected with a positive electrode of the power supply.
Preferably, the second charging slanting plate 6 is made of a stainless steel plate.
The sewage after the electric flocculation enters the suspended matter sloping plate sedimentation unit from the lower part of the second negative plate 15, and because the lower part of each group of sloping plate channels of the second electrified sloping plate 16 is the anode and suspended matter is generally negatively charged, the adsorption of the lower layer electrified sloping plate on the suspended matter is facilitated, and then the sedimentation of the suspended matter is accelerated, and the removal of the suspended matter is facilitated.
After the sewage passes through the suspended matter sloping plate sedimentation unit, the oil stain in the sewage floats to the water surface and is collected and removed through the oil collecting tank 17 and the oil collecting tank 18.
Preferably, the water outlet 21 is arranged below an oil stain layer formed after the suspended matter inclined plate sedimentation unit, so that oil stains and purified water after purification can be better separated.
In one example, the sludge settling concentration unit is funnel-shaped, and the bottom of the sludge settling concentration unit is provided with a second sewage outlet 24.
The suspended matters settled by the suspended matter inclined plate settling unit are further gathered and concentrated by the sludge settling and concentrating unit and finally discharged through the second sewage outlet 24.

oil removing treatment, namely enabling oil drops to float upwards and enrich above the water surface in an accelerated manner by the sewage subjected to the oil stain coalescence treatment through an oil stain inclined plate precipitation unit, and collecting oil stains through an oil collecting tank;
coagulation flocculation treatment, namely enabling the sewage subjected to the oil removal treatment to enter the electric flocculation unit, and performing the coagulation flocculation treatment on suspended matters and residual oil stains in the sewage under the action of electric flocculation;
deoiling and suspended solid are handled, process the sewage that the flocculation and coagulation was handled passes through suspended solid swash plate subsides the unit and realizes that the suspended solid sinks with the come-up of residual greasy dirt with higher speed, and then makes the suspended solid that sinks passes through sludge settling concentration unit discharges, the residual greasy dirt is collected through receiving the oil groove, and the sewage after the purification passes through delivery port (21) are discharged.
