As shown in fig. 1, the included angle between the primary filtering component 2 and the horizontal plane is 45-65 degrees; the included angle between the secondary filtering component 5 and the horizontal plane is 5-15 degrees.
The large-angle inclination of the first-stage filtering component 2 is used for rapidly treating a large amount of water, and the larger the inclination angle is, the first-stage filtered substances and the first-stage purified water flow down to the first-stage filtering component 2 more rapidly, so that the rapid treatment is realized, but the installation of the large inclination angle enables the filtering times of the first-stage filtering component 2 to be low, and the water content in the first-stage filtered substances to be high; the secondary filter component 5 is used for concentrating and filtering the primary filter again, and the secondary filter flow is very small after primary filtration, so that the number of the secondary filter components 5 can be reduced, the installation is small, and the flow ratio is enough.
The filtering bottom plate 21 is an aluminum alloy corrugated plate, the filtering net 22 is a stainless steel filtering net, the surface of the filtering net 22 is attached with a filtering film, and the filtering precision of the filtering net 22 is 300-500 meshes. The aluminum alloy corrugated plate is universal and easy to obtain, is much lighter than a steel metal plate, can greatly reduce the total weight of equipment, and is convenient to transport; the stainless steel filter screen is used for the filter screen 22 which is in contact with water for a long time in order to prevent rust and the like, the filter screen attached to the surface of the filter screen 22 can be better filtered, the filtering precision of the filter screen is 300-500 meshes, a metal plate with the filtering mesh number is not easy to process, and the filter screen can be easily and accurately produced to obtain the precision. When the included angle between the first-stage filtering component 2 and the horizontal plane is 60 degrees and the filtering precision of the filter screen 22 is about 400 meshes, the first-stage filtering can concentrate the water body to be treated by about 50 times, and when the included angle between the second-stage filtering component 5 and the horizontal plane is 5 degrees and the filtering precision is about 400 meshes, the second-stage filtering can concentrate the first-stage filtering object by about 20 times.
As shown in fig. 4, an auxiliary fixing bar 91, a pressing plate 92 and a bolt 93 are arranged in the main frame 9, the auxiliary fixing bar 91 is located between the primary filter distribution pipe 13 and the primary filter assembly 2, the pressing plate 92 is located on the primary filter distribution pipe 13, the bolt 93 connects the fixing plate 23 and the pressing plate 92, and the primary filter distribution pipe 13 abuts against the bolt 93.
