According to the invention, the auxiliary brake is pre-ground to eliminate the defects of burrs, concave-convex and the like on the surfaces of the friction plates of the auxiliary brake and the brake disc, so that the friction plates of the auxiliary brake and the surfaces of the brake disc are better attached, the friction force of the brake disc of the main drive after the pre-grinding is more stable, the device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the pre-grinding of the auxiliary brake of the main drive can be rapidly realized, meanwhile, the high-precision detection is ensured, the output torque force is more stable, and the elevator is stable in operation and small in fluctuation when used in the later stage of the elevator.

Technical Field

When the motor and the speed reducer work, power is transmitted to the driving sprocket through the chain, the driving sprocket is connected with the step sprocket to rotate, the step sprocket is fixed with the shaft tube, and the step sprocket drives parts such as steps to move through the step chain while rotating around the main driving shaft. The main drive shaft plays an important role in the escalator drive, wherein the magnitude of the static friction of the tensioning sleeve of the main drive shaft directly influences the performance of the main drive shaft.
