Background
The lead-acid accumulator is a gradually-changed failure product, and in the normal use process, the active substances on the polar plate can fall off by themselves as the polar plate is continuously expanded and contracted along with the repeated charge and discharge of the accumulator. Under normal conditions, the falling of the active substance is slow, and the influence on the storage battery is small, but if the active substance is improperly used, the falling of the active substance is quickened, falling sediment is formed at the polar plate and the bottom of the storage battery, and the storage battery is extremely easy to generate short-circuit fault. The existing method is to blow air into the battery through a duct by using an air pump, and blow the active falling object attached to the polar plate to the bottom of the battery liquid. However, the method can not remove the falling object deposited at the bottom of the battery liquid, only the falling object on the polar plate is purged to the bottom, or the risk of short circuit of the battery is high, and the safe operation of the battery pack can not be effectively improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the device for purging and sucking the falling object of the polar plate of the lead-acid storage battery provided by the invention comprises a pneumatic diaphragm pump 1, a pneumatic diaphragm pump water inlet 2, a pneumatic diaphragm pump water outlet 3, a pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4, a polypropylene PP bag filter 5, a filter water inlet 6, a filter water outlet 7, a polypropylene filter bag 8, a manual reversing valve 9, a lead-acid storage battery 10, a first transparent tetrafluoro tube L1, a second transparent tetrafluoro tube L2, a third transparent tetrafluoro tube L3, a fourth transparent tetrafluoro tube L4, a fifth transparent tetrafluoro tube L5 and a sixth transparent tetrafluoro tube L6. The pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4 of the pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 is connected with one end of a sixth transparent tetrafluoro tube L6. The pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 adopts compressed air as a power source, the pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 is connected with the pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4 through a sixth transparent tetrafluoro tube L6, and the pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 starts to operate after the pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4 is opened. The pneumatic diaphragm pump water inlet 2 of the pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 is connected with the filter water outlet 7 of the polypropylene PP bag filter 5 through a fifth transparent tetrafluoro pipe L5, and the filter water inlet 6 of the polypropylene PP bag filter 5 is connected with the end A of the manual reversing valve 9 through a first transparent tetrafluoro pipe L1; a polypropylene filter bag 8 is arranged in the polypropylene PP bag filter 5. The end B of the manual reversing valve 9 is connected with the lead-acid storage battery 10 through a second transparent tetrafluoro tube L2, and the end part of the second transparent tetrafluoro tube L2 is inserted into the lead-acid storage battery 10; the end C of the manual reversing valve 9 is connected with the lead-acid storage battery 10 through a third transparent tetrafluoro tube L3, and the end part of the third transparent tetrafluoro tube L3 is inserted into the lead-acid storage battery 10; the pneumatic diaphragm pump outlet 3 of the pneumatic diaphragm pump 1 is connected with the end D of the manual reversing valve 9 through a fourth transparent tetrafluoro tube L4.
As shown in fig. 2, the suction process of the purge suction device for the falling object of the lead-acid storage battery plate provided by the invention is as follows: the manual reversing valve 9 is turned to the A-C, B-D conduction state, and sulfuric acid solution with the same concentration as the battery liquid of the lead-acid storage battery 10 is injected through the polypropylene PP bag filter 5, so that the battery liquid level in the lead-acid storage battery 10 is not lower than the minimum requirement in the working process. Then the pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4 is opened, and the sulfuric acid solution in the lead-acid storage battery 10 sequentially passes through the third transparent tetrafluoro tube L3, the manual reversing valve 9 and the first transparent tetrafluoro tube L1, and flows into the polypropylene PP bag filter 5 from the filter water inlet 6. After being filtered by a polypropylene filter bag 8 in a polypropylene PP bag filter 5, the water flows into the water inlet 2 of the pneumatic diaphragm pump from the water outlet 7 of the filter. And then the lead-acid storage battery 10 is filled with the fourth transparent tetrafluoro tube L4, the manual reversing valve 9 and the second transparent tetrafluoro tube L2 from the pneumatic diaphragm pump outlet 3 in sequence.
As shown in fig. 3, the purging process of the purging and sucking device for the falling object of the lead-acid storage battery plate provided by the invention is as follows: the manual reversing valve 9 is turned to the A-B, C-D conduction state, the pneumatic diaphragm pump air valve 4 is opened, and sulfuric acid solution in the lead-acid storage battery 10 sequentially passes through the second transparent tetrafluoro tube L2, the manual reversing valve 9 and the first transparent tetrafluoro tube L1 and flows into the polypropylene PP bag filter 5 from the filter water inlet 6. After being filtered by a polypropylene filter bag 8 in a polypropylene PP bag filter 5, the water flows into the water inlet 2 of the pneumatic diaphragm pump from the water outlet 7 of the filter. And then the lead-acid storage battery 10 is filled with the fourth transparent tetrafluoro tube L4, the manual reversing valve 9 and the third transparent tetrafluoro tube L3 from the pneumatic diaphragm pump outlet 3 in sequence. The polar plate of the lead-acid storage battery 10 is purged by the liquid pressure, so that the falling object attached to the polar plate of the lead-acid storage battery 10 is sunk into the bottom of the lead-acid storage battery 10.
