Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The hanging bed behavior described in the invention is hanging bed hospitalization, and is also called false hospitalization. It is generally prescribed that the patient in a hospital or for more than three consecutive days can be called a bed hanging without a fee for diagnosis and treatment. For example, the patient is ill, the hospital can see that the patient takes care of medical insurance, then the patient is required to do various examinations, and finally the patient is recommended to be in hospital, and the hospital can pay most of the cost due to taking care of medical insurance, but the patient is not truly in hospital, still in home or on duty. Thus, the patient enjoys medical insurance reimbursement, and the hospital can also "collect" from the patient, which can be called a stake of "win-win" transaction for both sides of the doctor and patient.
However, at present, medical resources are relatively tense, particularly, in some big hospitals, sickbeds are tense, so that a patient who enjoys medical insurance is in hospital while taking a hospital, not only the medical resources are occupied, but also the medical insurance fund is wasted without end.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the invention provides a hospitalization supervision method based on biological feature recognition, which is applied to a terminal, wherein the terminal can collect environmental information of an environment where a user is located, detect whether the environmental information meets preset conditions, and output prompt information when the environmental information meets the preset conditions. Further, the terminal can receive the check-in information input by the user, compare the check-in information with the pre-stored check-in sample information, and determine that the user has a hanging-up behavior if the check-in information is not matched with the check-in sample information. By adopting the invention, the hanging bed behavior of the user can be detected, and the hospitalization supervision of the user is realized.
The terminal can be terminal equipment deployed in a fixed-point hospital or a fixed-point area, wherein the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the hospitalization supervision platform or is a terminal corresponding to the hospitalization supervision platform; the system can also be a personal handheld terminal (such as a smart phone) of the user, wherein the handheld terminal is in communication connection with the hospitalization supervision platform, or is provided with an APP corresponding to the hospitalization supervision platform, or can directly log in a webpage corresponding to the hospitalization supervision platform, and the like. That is, the terminal and the hospitalization supervision platform can interact data. For example, the terminal may invoke its own light sensor to obtain light intensity information of the environment in which the user (i.e., the participating patient) is located; the user can also input own face information through the camera of the terminal, input own fingerprint information through the touch control area of the terminal (such as a home key of a mobile phone), and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawing, the hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification may include:
101. The terminal collects environment information of the environment where the user is located and detects whether the environment information meets preset conditions. The environment information comprises time information and/or light intensity information, and the preset condition comprises a light intensity condition and/or a time condition. The time information indicates the time (e.g., beijing time 09: 00) currently corresponding to the environment in which the user is located.
In one embodiment, the preset conditions may include a light intensity condition and a time condition. In this case, the developer may set that when both the light intensity condition and the time condition are satisfied, it is determined that the preset condition is satisfied. Illustratively, the preset conditions are: the light intensity of the environment where the user is located is greater than or equal to the preset light intensity threshold (namely, the light intensity condition), and the current time corresponding to the environment where the user is located is preset time (such as 10:00) (namely, the time condition), in this case, the terminal can analyze the collected environment information of the environment where the user is located, and on one hand, whether the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information in the environment information is greater than or equal to the preset light intensity threshold is detected; on the other hand, it is detected whether or not the time indicated by the time information in the environment information is equal to a preset time. Further, when the terminal detects that the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is greater than or equal to the preset light intensity threshold value and the time indicated by the time information is equal to the preset time, it may be determined that the environmental information meets the preset condition.
In one embodiment, the preset condition may include any one of a light intensity condition and a time condition. For example, the preset condition includes a light intensity condition that the light intensity of the environment where the user is located is greater than or equal to a preset light intensity threshold. Under the condition, after the terminal collects the environment information of the environment where the user is located, the light intensity information can be analyzed from the environment information, whether the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is larger than or equal to a preset light intensity threshold value is detected, and if the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is larger than or equal to the preset light intensity threshold value, the environment information is determined to meet the preset condition.
For another example, the preset condition includes a time condition, where the current time corresponding to the environment where the user is located is a preset time (e.g. 10:00). In this case, after the terminal collects the environmental information of the environment where the user is located, the time information can be parsed from the environmental information, and whether the time indicated by the time information is equal to the preset time is detected, if so, it is determined that the environmental information meets the preset condition.
102. When the terminal detects that the environment information meets the preset condition, the terminal outputs prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input sign-in information for sign-in, and the sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user.
The biological characteristic information is biological characteristic which can be used for uniquely identifying the identity of the user, such as face information, fingerprint information, iris information and the like of the user.
In one embodiment, the biometric information includes face information, and when the terminal detects that the environmental information meets a preset condition, the terminal may turn on the camera and output prompt information for prompting the user to enter the face information in the designated area so as to check in. For example, the prompt message may be "please move your face to a designated area for sign-in recognition".
In one embodiment, the biometric information includes fingerprint information, and when the terminal detects that the environmental information meets a preset condition, prompt information may be output, for prompting the user to enter the fingerprint information in the designated area, so as to check in. The designated area may be a display area of the terminal, or a home key corresponding to the terminal, etc.
103. The terminal receives the check-in information input by the user and compares the check-in information with the pre-stored check-in sample information.
104. If the terminal compares the check-in information with the check-in sample information, the user is determined to have the bed hanging action.
The sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information of a user and medical insurance card information, and the medical insurance card information comprises medical insurance card identification.
In one embodiment, when a participant (i.e., a user) is hospitalized in a hospital, the terminal enters medical insurance card sample information of the user, acquires biological sample characteristic information of the user, and further generates sign-in sample information according to the entered medical insurance card sample information and the acquired biological sample characteristic information of the user, and stores the sign-in sample information in a database. Under the condition, after receiving sign-in information input by a user, the terminal can acquire pre-stored sign-in sample information, and compare the first similarity between the medical insurance card sample information in the sign-in sample information and the medical insurance card information in the sign-in information, and if the similarity between the medical insurance card sample information and the medical insurance card information obtained by comparison is greater than or equal to a first preset similarity threshold value, then the medical insurance card sample information and the medical insurance card information are determined to be matched; and if the similarity between the medical insurance card sample information and the medical insurance card information obtained through comparison is smaller than a first preset similarity threshold value, determining that the medical insurance card sample information is not matched with the medical insurance card information. Further, the terminal compares the biological sample characteristic information in the check-in sample information with the biological characteristic information in the check-in information in a second similarity, and if the similarity between the biological sample characteristic information and the biological characteristic information obtained by comparison is greater than or equal to a second preset similarity threshold value, the biological characteristic information is determined to be matched with the biological sample characteristic information; if the similarity between the biological sample characteristic information and the biological sample characteristic information obtained through comparison is smaller than a second preset similarity threshold value, determining that the biological sample characteristic information and the biological sample characteristic information are not matched. Further, when any one of the medical insurance card information and the biological feature information is not matched, the terminal determines that the check-in information is not matched with the check-in sample information, and further determines that the user has a bed hanging action.
In one embodiment, after determining that the user has a hanging action, the terminal may record a time and a place corresponding to the hanging action, and add a hanging tag to the user, where the hanging tag is used to identify that the user has a hanging action, and the time and the place corresponding to the hanging action. In a specific implementation, after the terminal records the time and place corresponding to the hanging bed behavior, the hanging bed label can be generated according to the biological characteristic information input by the user, and the hanging bed label and the biological characteristic information are associated and stored in the database (namely, the hanging bed label is added to the user). By adopting the mode, when the user inputs the biological characteristic information again to check in, the terminal can identify the hanging tag, and execute the processing strategy corresponding to the hanging tag (such as outputting alarm information or prohibiting the check-in, etc.), thereby being beneficial to controlling the hanging risk of the user.
The preset time in the preset time condition can be set for all users in a unified way, or can be set differently according to different users. In one embodiment, the terminal may acquire hospitalization information of the user after detecting that the user handles registration of hospitalization in the fixed-point hospital, where the hospitalization information may include one or more of disease information corresponding to the user, hospitalization department, bed information, hospitalization room number, and daily diagnosis and treatment plan of the user. The terminal may divide the user into a first area and a second area according to the room number of the user, and set a first preset time for a first user corresponding to the first area and a second preset time for a second user corresponding to the second area. In this case, the terminal may determine a preset time corresponding to the user according to the hospitalization information of the user, acquire time information from the environment information, and determine that the environment information satisfies a preset time condition when detecting that the time corresponding to the time information is the preset time.
The preset time may be a fixed time point (e.g. 9 a.m. to 9 a.m. 30 a. each day), or may be dynamically adjusted based on a preset rule. In one embodiment, the environment information includes time information, and the terminal may acquire the time information from the environment information, detect whether the time corresponding to the time information is the time indicated by the preset time rule, and if the time is the time indicated by the preset time rule, determine that the environment information meets the time condition. The preset time rule may specify a user's daily check-in time (i.e., a preset time) or randomly set a user's daily check-in time. For example, monday check-in time is 9 am: 00, tuesday check-in time is 12:00, wednesday check-in time is 14:00 pm, and so on. By adopting the mode, the check-in time of the user can be dynamically adjusted, so that the user is prevented from checking in at fixed time every day and is not in the fraudulent signing behavior of a hospital at other times.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can collect the environmental information of the environment where the user is located, detect whether the environmental information meets the preset condition, and output the prompt information when the environmental information meets the preset condition.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of another hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a terminal, and as shown in the drawing, the hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification may include:
201. the terminal acquires pre-stored disease information of the user from the database.
The database can be a database corresponding to a hospital supervision system, or a database corresponding to a hospital management system of the fixed point hospital, and the terminal can acquire the disease information of the user from the database. Wherein the disease information indicates a disease name, a disease type, and the like of a disease suffered by the user.
In one embodiment, after a user registers for a hospital stay at a point of care, during the user's stay, the user's stay information is uploaded by the person at the point of care through a terminal to a stay administration system or a hospital management system of the point of care, which stores the user's stay information in a database. The hospitalization information can comprise one or more of disease information corresponding to the user, hospitalization departments, bed information, hospitalization room numbers and daily diagnosis and treatment plans of the user. In this case, the terminal may acquire the hospitalization information stored in advance in the hospitalization supervision system or the hospital management system of the fixed-point hospital itself, and parse the disease information of the user from the hospitalization information.
202. The terminal analyzes the disease information to determine whether the user suffers from photophobic disease.
203. And if the terminal determines that the user suffers from photophobic diseases, acquiring environment information of the environment in which the user is located, wherein the environment information comprises light intensity information of the environment in which the user is located.
204. And the terminal detects whether the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is smaller than or equal to a preset light intensity threshold value, and if so, the terminal determines that the environment information meets the preset light intensity condition.
The photophobia disease may be, for example, a haemaggluting disease, also called porphyrin, and a patient suffering from the disease is afraid of seeing sunlight, and when the patient is exposed to sunlight, skin of the patient is soaked, and the skin is painful and glowing.
In one embodiment, the terminal may build a photophobic disease database in which various preset photophobic diseases are stored. In this case, the terminal may analyze the disease information of the user, determine the disease name of the disease suffered by the user, search in a preset photophobic disease database according to the disease name, and if the photophobic disease corresponding to the disease name is found, determine that the user suffers from the photophobic disease. Further, the terminal can start the light sensor to collect environment information of the environment where the user is located, the environment information comprises light intensity information of the environment where the user is located, whether the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is smaller than or equal to a preset light intensity threshold value is detected, and if the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is smaller than or equal to the preset light intensity threshold value, it is determined that the environment information meets preset light intensity conditions.
Illustratively, the preset photophobic diseases stored in the photophobic disease database include haustorium, and the preset light intensity threshold is I m. In this case, the terminal analyzes the disease information of the user, determines that the disease name of the disease suffered by the user is haustoria, searches a preset photophobia disease database according to the disease name, and determines that the user suffers from the photophobia disease if the search result shows that the disease corresponding to the disease name (i.e. haustoria) exists in the photophobia disease database. Further, the terminal starts the light sensor to collect environment information of the environment where the user is located, the environment information comprises light intensity information of the environment where the user is located, it is determined that the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is I, I is compared with I m, it is determined that I is smaller than I m, and then it can be determined that the environment information meets preset light intensity conditions.
205. When the terminal detects that the environmental information meets the preset conditions, the terminal outputs prompt information, wherein the preset conditions comprise the preset light intensity conditions, the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input sign-in information for sign-in, and the sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user.
206. The terminal receives the check-in information input by the user and compares the check-in information with the pre-stored check-in sample information.
207. If the terminal compares the check-in information with the check-in sample information, the user is determined to have the bed hanging action.
The specific implementation manner of step 205 to step 207 may be referred to the description of step 102 to step 104 in the above embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can acquire the pre-stored disease information of the user from the database, analyze the disease information, determine whether the user has the photophobic disease, and acquire the environment information of the environment where the user is located if the user is determined to have the photophobic disease, wherein the environment information comprises the light intensity information of the environment where the user is located. Further, the terminal detects whether the light intensity indicated by the light intensity information is smaller than or equal to a preset light intensity threshold value, if so, the environment information is determined to meet the preset light intensity condition, when the terminal detects that the environment information meets the preset condition, prompt information is output, the preset condition comprises the preset light intensity condition, the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input sign-in information for sign-in, and the sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user. Further, the terminal receives the check-in information input by the user, compares the check-in information with the pre-stored check-in sample information, and determines that the user has a hanging-up behavior if the check-in information is not matched with the check-in sample information through the terminal comparison. By adopting the invention, the hanging bed behavior of the user can be detected, and the hospitalization supervision of the user is realized.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of still another hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a terminal, and as shown in the drawing, the hospitalization supervision method based on biometric identification may include:
301. the terminal collects environment information of the environment where the user is located, and the environment information comprises time information.
302. The terminal acquires a pre-stored diagnosis and treatment plan of the user from the database.
The database can be a database corresponding to a hospital supervision system, or a database corresponding to a hospital management system of the fixed point hospital, and the terminal can acquire the disease information of the user from the database. Wherein the diagnosis and treatment plan indicates a diagnosis and treatment schedule of a certain day of the user, such as a period of 9:00-10:00 of 24 th 7 th 2018 for B-ultrasonic examination.
In one embodiment, after a user registers for a hospital stay at a point of care, during the user's stay, the user's stay information is uploaded by the person at the point of care through a terminal to a stay administration system or a hospital management system of the point of care, which stores the user's stay information in a database. The hospitalization information can comprise one or more of disease information corresponding to the user, hospitalization departments, bed information, hospitalization room numbers and diagnosis and treatment plans of the user. In this case, the terminal may acquire the pre-stored hospitalization information in the hospitalization supervision system or the hospital management system of the fixed-point hospital itself, and parse the diagnosis and treatment plan of the user from the hospitalization information.
303. And the terminal analyzes the diagnosis and treatment plan, and if the analysis results in that the user is not in a diagnosis and treatment state at the target time, the environment information is determined to meet the preset time condition, and the target time is the time indicated by the time information.
Illustratively, the target time (i.e., the current time of the environment in which the user is located) is 2018, 7, 24, 08:00, and the user's medical plan indicates that the user is performing a B-ultrasound examination during 2018, 7, 24, 9:00-10:00. In this case, the terminal analyzes the diagnosis and treatment plan of the user, and determines that the user is not in a diagnosis and treatment state in the target time 2018, 7, 24, 08:00, and the environmental information of the environment in which the user is located can meet the preset time condition.
304. When the terminal detects that the environmental information meets the preset conditions, the terminal outputs prompt information, wherein the preset conditions comprise the preset time conditions, the prompt information is used for prompting a user to input sign-in information for sign-in, and the sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user.
305. The terminal receives the check-in information input by the user and compares the check-in information with the pre-stored check-in sample information.
306. If the terminal compares the check-in information with the check-in sample information, the user is determined to have the bed hanging action.
For a specific implementation manner of step 304 to step 306, reference may be made to the description of step 102 to step 104 in the above embodiment, which is not repeated here.
In one embodiment, the medical insurance card information includes a medical insurance card identifier, if the terminal compares the check-in information and the check-in sample information, the information (i.e. object information) of the mismatch can be recorded, and the information of the mismatch and the medical insurance card identifier are associated and stored in the database. Under the condition, when the terminal compares the check-in information with the check-in sample information, the medical insurance card identification can be obtained from the medical insurance card information, and the object information which is stored in advance in association with the medical insurance card identification is obtained in the database, wherein the object information records the history times of the mismatch of the check-in information of the user and the check-in sample information. Further, the terminal can analyze the object information to determine whether the historical times of unmatched user check-in information and check-in sample information are larger than a preset times threshold, and if the historical times are larger than the preset times threshold, the user is determined to have a bed hanging action.
Or if the terminal determines that the historical times of the mismatch between the user check-in information and the check-in sample information is not greater than the preset times threshold, the terminal can output prompt information for prompting the user that the times of the mismatch between the check-in information and the check-in sample information are too high and the reasons of the mismatch (such as medical insurance card mismatch). In this way, occasional mistakes by the user (e.g., mishandling of another person's medical insurance card) may be avoided, while determining that the user has bed hanging activity.
In one embodiment, if the terminal obtains that the sign-in sample information is not matched with the sign-in information, a historical sign-in record of the user can be obtained, if the historical sign-in record shows that the user does not have sign-out, sign-out or hanging-bed behaviors within a preset time range, the user can be not determined to have hanging-bed behaviors, and prompt information is output, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a reason (such as a medical insurance card mismatch) that the sign-in information of the user is not matched. In this way, occasional mistakes by the user (e.g., mishandling of another person's medical insurance card) may be avoided, while determining that the user has bed hanging activity.
In one embodiment, before the terminal outputs the prompt information, the pre-stored disease information of the user may be further obtained from the database, a target disease suffered by the user is determined according to the disease information, target biological characteristic information matched with the target disease is determined from one or more preset biological characteristic information, and prompt information is generated, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user to input sign-in information for sign-in, and the sign-in information includes the target biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user.
In one embodiment, the terminal may pre-establish correspondence between different diseases and biometric information, that is, disease 1 corresponds to biometric information 1 and disease 2 corresponds to biometric information 2. In this case, after the terminal determines the target disease suffered by the user according to the disease information, the terminal may determine the target biological feature information corresponding to the target disease according to the corresponding relationship between the different diseases and the biological feature information, so as to prompt the user to input the target biological feature information for sign-in.
For example, a certain user suffers from a severe facial burn, i.e. the identity of the user cannot be recognized by face recognition, and the biometric information corresponding to the severe facial burn is other biometric information (such as fingerprint information or iris information) except for the face information. In this case, the terminal determines that the target disease suffered by the user is a severe facial burn according to the disease information of the user, and can determine that the target biometric information corresponding to the severe facial burn is other biometric information except the facial information, and can output prompt information to prompt the user to input check-in information for checking in, wherein the check-in information comprises the other biometric information except the facial information and medical insurance card information of the user.
For another example, the terminal determines that the target disease suffered by the user is hand desquamation according to the disease information of the user, and can determine that the target biological characteristic information corresponding to the severe facial burn is other biological characteristic information except fingerprint information, and then can output prompt information to prompt the user to input check-in information for checking in, wherein the check-in information comprises the other biological characteristic information except fingerprint information and medical insurance card information of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal collects the environmental information of the environment where the user is located, the pre-stored diagnosis and treatment plan of the user can be obtained from the database, the diagnosis and treatment plan is analyzed, if the analysis results in that the user is not in a diagnosis and treatment state under the target time, the environment information is determined to meet the preset time condition, and the target time is the time indicated by the time information. Further, when the terminal detects that the environmental information meets the preset condition, the preset condition comprises the preset time condition, the prompt information is used for prompting the user to input sign-in information for sign-in, the sign-in information comprises biological characteristic information and medical insurance card information of the user, further, the terminal receives the sign-in information input by the user, compares the sign-in information with pre-stored sign-in sample information, and if the sign-in information is obtained by comparison and the sign-in sample information is not matched, the user is determined to have a hanging bed behavior. By adopting the invention, the hanging bed behavior of the user can be detected, and the hospitalization supervision of the user is realized.
