Abstract

The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal configuration shown in fig. 4 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
Furthermore, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the first to eighth embodiments of the guaranteed transaction based user behavior monitoring method as described above.
Since the technical solution of the computer-readable storage medium in this embodiment at least includes all technical solutions of the above embodiment of the user behavior monitoring method based on guaranteed transaction, at least all technical effects of the above embodiment are achieved, and details are not repeated here.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a computer-readable storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above, and includes several instructions for enabling a terminal device to enter the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. A user behavior monitoring method based on guarantee transaction is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a transaction item type and a monitoring consumption data type corresponding to a transaction item of a guarantee effect purchased by a user on a transaction guarantee platform;
acquiring user consumption data, and acquiring target consumption data corresponding to the monitoring consumption data type from the user consumption data;
determining daily behavior data of the user according to the target consumption data;
when detecting that the user sends a transaction guarantee request to the transaction guarantee platform, judging whether the daily behaviors of the user have merchant exemption behaviors or not according to the daily behavior data;
and when the daily behavior of the user does not have merchant exemption behavior, judging that the user meets the condition of sending a transaction guarantee request to the transaction guarantee platform.
2. The guaranteed transaction-based user behavior monitoring method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining daily behavior data of the user according to the target consumption data comprises the steps of:
judging whether the target consumption data reach a preset condition or not so as to judge whether the daily behavior of the user is normal or not;
when the target consumption data reach a preset condition, determining that the daily behavior of the user is improper;
and when the target consumption data does not reach the preset condition, determining that the daily behavior of the user is normal.
3. The user behavior monitoring method based on the guaranteed transaction as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preset condition is that the amount of money of each type of the target consumption data exceeds a preset amount of money, or the number of times of each type of the target consumption data exceeds a preset number of times;
the step of judging whether the target consumption data reaches a preset condition so as to judge whether the daily behavior of the user is normal comprises the following steps:
acquiring the amount of each type of the target consumption data, and acquiring the preset amount of each type of the target consumption data;
judging whether the daily behavior of the user is normal or not according to whether the amount of each type of the target consumption data exceeds the corresponding preset amount or not;
or
Acquiring the times of each type of the target consumption data, and acquiring preset times of each type of the target consumption data;
and judging whether the daily behavior of the user is normal or not according to whether the frequency of each type of the target consumption data exceeds the corresponding preset frequency or not.
4. The user behavior monitoring method based on the guaranteed transaction as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preset condition is that the ranking of the target consumption data in each type of consumption data exceeds a preset ranking;
the step of judging whether the target consumption data reaches a preset condition so as to judge whether the daily behavior of the user is normal comprises the following steps:
obtaining the ranking of each type of consumption data of the user;
and judging whether the daily behavior of the user is normal or not according to whether the ranking of the target consumption data reaches a preset ranking or not.
5. The method for monitoring user's behavior based on ensured transaction as claimed in claim 2, wherein after the step of determining whether the target consumption data reaches a preset condition to determine whether the user's daily behavior is normal, the method further comprises:
when the daily behavior of the user is not proper, acquiring the target consumption data and acquiring the preset condition;
and sending the target consumption data and the preset conditions to a user and the transaction guarantee platform, and sending out a prompt of improper daily behaviors of the user to the user and the transaction guarantee platform.

The guaranteed transaction-based user behavior monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of acquiring user consumption data and acquiring target consumption data corresponding to the type of the monitored consumption data from the user consumption data comprises the following steps:
acquiring a consumption data keyword according to the monitoring consumption data type;
acquiring the user consumption data, and searching the user consumption data related to the consumption data key words in the user consumption data according to the consumption data key words;
and determining the user consumption data related to the consumption data keywords as the target consumption data.

The method for monitoring user behavior based on guaranteed transaction according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the step of judging whether the daily behavior of the user has merchant exemption behavior according to the daily behavior data when detecting that the user sends a transaction guarantee request to the transaction guarantee platform, the method further comprises:
and when the daily behavior of the user has merchant exemption behavior, sending the user daily behavior data corresponding to the merchant exemption behavior to the user and sending information for rejecting the transaction guarantee request to the user.

The method for monitoring user behavior based on guaranteed transaction according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the step of judging that the user meets the condition of issuing a transaction guarantee request to the transaction guarantee platform when the daily behavior of the user does not have merchant exemption behavior, the method further comprises:
determining a transaction guarantee scheme according to the transaction guarantee request and a guarantee contract corresponding to the transaction item;
and carrying out transaction guarantee operation on the user account according to the transaction guarantee scheme.
9. A terminal, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the guaranteed transaction based user behavior monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the guaranteed transaction based user behavior monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
