Claims (7)

1. A SIM card hot plug testing apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a base, a first platform support, a tested device fixing assembly, a second platform support and a SIM card telescopic control assembly, wherein the first platform is arranged on the base through the first platform support; the SIM card telescopic control assembly comprises a telescopic device, a stepping motor, a communication cable and a communication control module, wherein the telescopic device is connected with the stepping motor, one end, close to the tested equipment fixing assembly, of the telescopic device is fixedly provided with a SIM card fixing device, and the stepping motor is connected to the communication control module through the communication cable; the SIM card expansion control assembly further comprises a tact switch, and the tact switch is arranged on one side of the expansion device; the communication control module comprises a GSM module, a main control module and a motor driving module, wherein the GSM module is connected to the motor driving module through the main control module, the motor driving module is connected to the stepping motor, and the main control module is connected to the tact switch; the GSM module is connected with the main control module in a PCB wiring mode and is in bidirectional communication with the main control module, the GSM module uploads information corresponding to the testing machine to a PC client of the platform through a GSM network, the code of the GSM module is unique and fixed, each machine is identified through the GSM module, the main control module drives a chip to drive a stepping motor through a motor driving module, the main control module is connected with a tact switch in the stepping motor through a signal wire, the expansion of a telescopic device is judged by reading the high and low levels output by the tact switch, the telescopic device is in an extending state, and the tact switch outputs high levels; the telescopic device is in a contracted state, the tact switch outputs low level, the main control module is in bidirectional communication with the tested equipment through a signal wire to inquire the state of the tested equipment in real time, and sends an instruction to reset the tested equipment.
2. The SIM card hot plug testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the width of the SIM card fixing apparatus is greater than the width of the telescopic apparatus, and the tact switch is disposed below the SIM card fixing apparatus.

The SIM card hot plug testing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first platform is disposed on the first platform support through a first chute and a second chute, and the first chute and the second chute are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the first platform; the second platform is arranged on the second platform bracket through a third chute and a fourth chute, and the third chute and the fourth chute are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second platform.

The SIM card hot plug testing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the tested device fixing assembly includes a first slider and a second slider, a first slider fixing groove is provided on the first slider, a second slider fixing groove is provided on the second slider, the first slider is disposed on the first platform through the first slider fixing groove, and the second slider is disposed on the first platform through the second slider fixing groove; the novel stepping motor comprises a first platform, a second platform, a stepping motor, a third sliding block, a fourth sliding block, a third sliding block and a fourth sliding block, wherein the second platform is provided with the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block, the third sliding block is provided with the third sliding block fixing groove, the fourth sliding block is provided with the fourth sliding block fixing groove on the second platform through the third sliding block fixing groove, the fourth sliding block is provided with the second platform through the fourth sliding block fixing groove, and the stepping motor is fixedly arranged on the second platform through the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block.
5. The SIM card hot plug testing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein a first height adjustment stud is provided between the first platform bracket and the base, and a second height adjustment stud is provided between the second platform bracket and the base.
6. A system for testing the hot plug of a SIM card, comprising a device for testing the hot plug of a SIM card according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and comprising the following working procedures:
Step S1, receiving a test control instruction, and supplying power to tested equipment;
step S2, after the tested equipment is started, executing an instruction for inserting the SIM card through the SIM card telescopic control component;
Step S3, judging whether the tested equipment identifies the SIM card or not through polling inquiry, if so, carrying out successful hot-plug counting, and jumping to the step S4; if not, the tested equipment returns to judge whether the SIM card is identified by resetting and polling operation until the first preset times are reached, and the SIM card hot insertion failure is judged, so that the alarm is realized;
s4, executing an instruction for extracting the SIM card through the SIM card expansion control component;
Step S5, judging whether the tested equipment identifies the SIM card or not through polling inquiry, if not, carrying out successful hot extraction counting, and jumping to step S6; if yes, the tested equipment returns to judge whether the SIM card is identified by resetting and polling operation until the second preset times are reached, and the SIM card is judged to be failed in hot extraction, so that alarm is realized;
step S6, sequentially and circularly executing the steps S2 to S5 until the third preset times of hot plug-in and hot pull-out test processes are completed.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein in the step S3, when the tested device does not recognize the SIM card, the tested device is reset first, then a poll is returned to determine whether the tested device recognizes the SIM card, if successful, the hot plug is successfully counted and the step S4 is skipped, and if the reset number reaches the first preset number, the tested device still does not recognize the SIM card, and then the tested device determines that the hot plug of the SIM card fails; in the step S5, when the tested device identifies the SIM card, the tested device is reset first, then the device returns to poll and inquire to determine whether the tested device identifies the SIM card, if yes, the device counts the successful hot-pull and jumps to the step S6, and if the reset time reaches the second preset time, the device still identifies the SIM card, and then determines that the SIM card fails hot-pull.
