背景技术
近年来,市场上逐渐开始流行薄型户外防晒服,它可以帮助人体皮肤抵抗紫外线的辐射,减少皮肤癌的发生概率,保护人体健康,同时也可以在室内穿着,来抵御空调房的凉感。对于薄型防晒服的要求,一方面要达到抗紫外的国家标准,具有良好的抗紫外效果,另一方面还要求穿着舒适度,透气凉爽不粘身,同时当然也要满足美观的要求。
紫外线的透过率取决于许多因素,比如组织结构、覆盖系数、颜色,工艺中的化学添加剂和样品的处理等。越密的机织或针织物紫外线的通过量越小,即织物孔隙率越小越能够阻挡紫外线;同一织物组织,紫外线防护性能随着织物的厚度和质量的增加而增加;一般情况下,深色的服装由于对紫外线的吸收性更好,因此其抗紫外线性能要好于白色服装,白色织物的紫外透过率最大。夏天穿着白色衣服,有着凉爽不吸热的优点,但目前,对于白色织物的抗紫外整理的实际研究较少,一方面由于白色织物本身紫外透过率较大,常规整理难以达到国标要求,另一方面白色织物在前处理、后整理等工艺中,受温度或助剂的影响,易发生黄变,非常影响服装的美观度。这些问题都限制了白色抗紫外面料的使用。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,该工艺不但能够使白色尼龙织物获得良好的抗紫外效果,还能够保证其色泽亮度,不发生黄变。
白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:织布。经纬纱均采用尼龙氨纶包芯纱,做四面弹面料。
进一步地,所述经纬纱规格均为40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶或20D尼龙包芯20D氨纶;选用40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,经纬条数在320T以上,选用20D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,经纬条数在420T以上。所述经纬条数为每平方英寸中经向和纬向纱线根数总和。
步骤S2:坯布水洗。采用平幅水洗工艺,对坯布做初步水洗,释放坯布张力,并上退浆精炼助剂。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中,所采用的退浆精炼助剂包括尿素、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、和AEO净洗剂。
步骤S3:冷堆处理。坯布打卷堆置18—24h。
步骤S4:水洗预缩。对冷堆后的坯布进缸水洗,添加烧碱和去油灵,除去织物上的油剂、浆料、进一步消除织物内应力,收缩门幅。
进一步地,所述水洗预缩的浴比为1:10-12,添加烧碱3-5g/L,去油灵1-2g/L。
步骤S5:预定型。对织物做定型处理,同时加入尼龙高温抗黄变剂。
进一步地,所述预定型温度为190—200℃,布速25码/min,所述尼龙高温抗黄变剂的加入量为25-40g/L。
步骤S6:进缸练布。缸内加入液碱、双氧水、去油灵、保险粉以及黄变抑制剂。105℃下保温处理60-70min,之后降温至60℃,冰醋酸调节pH至4-5。
进一步地,步骤S6中,所述液碱添加量为6-8g/L,双氧水添加量为2-4g/L,去油灵1-2g/L,保险粉1-2g/L,黄变抑制剂2%(owf)—6%(owf)。
步骤S7:抗紫外水洗。练布后加入去油灵和紫外线吸收剂进行水洗。
进一步地,步骤S7中,加入去油灵和紫外线吸收剂前,调节水浴温度至60℃,加入后,再以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温30—40min,完成水洗。
进一步地,步骤S7中,水洗浴中还可加入0.5-1g/L增白剂。

步骤S9:蒸汽预缩。将定型后的布进一步做蒸汽预缩处理。所述蒸汽预缩温度为170-190℃,布速25码/min。

白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:织布。经纬纱均采用为40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶包芯纱,做四面弹面料,经纬条数在320T以上;
步骤S2:坯布水洗。采用平幅水洗工艺,对坯布做初步水洗,释放坯布张力,并上退浆精炼助剂,所采用的退浆精炼助剂包括尿素、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、和AEO净洗剂;
步骤S3:冷堆处理。坯布打卷堆置24h;
步骤S4:水洗预缩。对冷堆后的坯布进缸水洗,水洗预缩的浴比为1:10,添加5g/L烧碱和2g/L去油灵,除去织物上的油剂、浆料、进一步消除织物内应力,收缩门幅;
步骤S5:预定型。对织物做定型处理,预定型温度为200℃,布速25码/min,同时加入40g/L尼龙高温抗黄变剂;
步骤S6:进缸练布。缸内加入8g/L液碱、4g/L双氧水、2g/L去油灵、2g/L保险粉以及6%(owf)的黄变抑制剂,105℃下保温处理70min,之后降温至60℃,冰醋酸调节pH至4-5;
步骤S7:抗紫外水洗。调节水浴温度至60℃,加入2g/L去油灵、1g/L增白剂、8%(owf)紫外线吸收剂进行水洗,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温40min,完成水洗。;

步骤S2:坯布水洗。采用平幅水洗工艺,对坯布做初步水洗,释放坯布张力,并上退浆精炼助剂,所采用的退浆精炼助剂包括尿素、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、和AEO净洗剂;
步骤S3:冷堆处理。坯布打卷堆置18h;
步骤S4:水洗预缩。对冷堆后的坯布进缸水洗,水洗预缩的浴比为1:12,添加3g/L烧碱和1g/L去油灵,除去织物上的油剂、浆料、进一步消除织物内应力,收缩门幅;
步骤S5:预定型。对织物做定型处理,预定型温度为190℃,布速25码/min,同时加入25g/L尼龙高温抗黄变剂;

步骤S5:预定型。对织物做定型处理,预定型温度为195℃,布速25码/min,同时加入32g/L尼龙高温抗黄变剂;
步骤S6:进缸练布。缸内加入7g/L液碱、3g/L双氧水、1.5g/L去油灵、1.5g/L保险粉以及4%(owf)的黄变抑制剂,105℃下保温处理65min,之后降温至60℃,冰醋酸调节pH至4-5;
步骤S7:抗紫外水洗。调节水浴温度至60℃,加入1.5g/L去油灵、0.7/L增白剂、7%(owf)紫外线吸收剂进行水洗,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温35min,完成水洗;
步骤S8:成品定型。成品定型时,在药槽中加入35g/L的紫外线吸收剂;
步骤S9:蒸汽预缩。将定型后的布进一步做蒸汽预缩处理,所述蒸汽预缩温度为180℃,布速25码/min。

根据以上测试结果可知,通过本发明所提供的面料制作工艺,所得面料具有良好的抗紫外性能,UPF均在50以上, UVA小于5%,透气性能优异,室内外穿着均不会闷热,尺寸稳定性优秀,基本无缩水,所得面料在D65光源下观察,均无黄变现象。

步骤S2:坯布水洗,采用平幅水洗工艺,对坯布做初步水洗,并上退浆精炼助剂;

步骤S4:水洗预缩,对冷堆后的坯布进缸水洗,缸内添加烧碱和去油灵;
步骤S5:预定型,对织物做定型处理,同时加入尼龙高温抗黄变剂;
步骤S6:进缸练布,缸内加入液碱、双氧水、去油灵、保险粉以及黄变抑制剂;
步骤S7:抗紫外水洗,练布后加入去油灵和紫外线吸收剂进行水洗;
步骤S8:成品定型,成品定型时,在药槽中加入紫外线吸收剂;
步骤S9:蒸汽预缩,将定型后的布进一步做蒸汽预缩处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述经、纬纱的规格均为40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶或20D尼龙包芯20D氨纶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:选用40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,经纬条数在320T以上,选用20D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,经纬条数在420T以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中,所采用的退浆精炼助剂包括尿素、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、和AEO净洗剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5中,所述预定型温度为190—200℃,布速25码/min,所述尼龙高温抗黄变剂的加入量为25-40g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S6中,练布工艺为105℃下保温处理60-70min,之后降温至60℃,冰醋酸调节pH至4-5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S7中,抗紫外水洗工艺为调节水浴温度至60℃,加入去油灵和紫外线吸收剂,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温30—40min,完成水洗。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S7中,水洗时还加入增白剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S7中,紫外线吸收剂加入量为6%(owf)—12%(owf)。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种白色尼龙抗紫外面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:当经纬纱规格为40D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,步骤S7中,紫外线吸收剂用量为6%(owf)—8%(owf),当经纬纱规格为20D尼龙包芯20D氨纶时,步骤S7中,紫外线吸收剂用量为10%(owf)—12%(owf)。
