After the polyester solid yarns are treated by the shaping process, the polyester solid yarns are not easy to shrink, and the arrangement tightness of the decorative yarns in the axial direction of the polyester solid yarns is stable and fluffy; meanwhile, as the decorative yarn is a hollow tape yarn, the decorative yarn is uniform and fluffy, so that the whole covered yarn is fluffy; in addition, the scheme adopts the false twisting process to enable the whole covered yarn to have elasticity, and the selection of raw materials (polyester yarn fixing and decoration yarn) and the combination of the process enable the covered yarn to be fluffy and flat when being woven into cloth.

Background
The production process of the covered yarn is also called wrapped yarn, and the covered yarn is a yarn with a novel structure, which takes filament or short fiber as a yarn core and is wrapped by another filament or short fiber yarn strip. The core yarn is wrapped by the outer wrapping yarn in a spiral manner. It features uniform yarn, bulkiness, smooth yarn, less filoplume, high strength and less broken ends.
The fixing yarn is also called winding yarn, and is covered outside the core yarn and the decorative yarn to fix the pattern and prevent displacement or deformation. After the existing finished product of the wrapping yarn is finished, the wrapping yarn is contracted due to yarn fixing, so that the arrangement of the decorative yarn is tight, the wrapping yarn is hard after being dyed, and the cloth cover effect and the hand feeling are poor after the cloth is woven.

The hollow tape yarn is soaked in hot melt adhesive and dried to form a hollow tubular structure, wherein the mass ratio of the hot melt adhesive to the decorative yarn 1 is 1:10, and the hot melt adhesive is EVA hot melt adhesive.
