Abstract

本发明涉及一种燃油,尤其涉及一种甲醇汽油及其制备方法。所述甲醇汽油的原料按重量百分比由以下组成:汽油25%‑35%,甲醇45%‑60%,异丙醇1%‑3%,抗爆剂1%‑3%,缓蚀剂1%‑3%,有机溶剂2%‑4.5%,乳化剂1%‑3.5%、上述百分比总和为100%。将所有原料组分混合并搅拌混匀,然后静置2‑5小时即可使用。本发明的甲醇汽油具有辛烷值高,汽车燃烧性能好,汽车尾气排放清洁等优点,可减少的汽车的温室气体的排放以及颗粒的排放,同时具有一定的经济性,是一种高效、节能、廉价、低排放的清洁燃料。另外本发明的甲醇汽油具有优良的抗暴性能,动力性强,同时还降低了燃料消耗,节约了能源,可节约替代大量石油资源。

一种甲醇汽油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油,尤其涉及一种甲醇汽油及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽油是目前汽车上用的燃料,汽油本身具有排放污染问题。汽油的主要排放包括:二氧化碳,氮化物,还有颗粒(PM)。由于我国汽车的保有量特别大,汽车大量消耗,燃烧汽油造成的大气污染也特别大。
甲醇汽油是指国标汽油和甲醇及添加剂按一定的体积(质量)比例经过严格的流程调配而成的一种新型环保燃料,也包括甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇和异丙醇的混合醇等与汽油的混合物。甲醇汽油中的甲醇是二氧化碳与氢氧合成的燃料,因此是一种再生燃料,是一种绿色环保的新能源。甲醇与汽油不同的是甲醇分子中包含了氧原子,所以与汽油相比,甲醇燃料燃烧更完全,热效率更高。最重要的是,甲醇的排放主要以水与二氧化碳为主,特别是甲醇燃料的排放中没有颗粒(PM)。另外甲醇燃料的安全性、燃烧性优于其他燃料。因此甲醇是未来最清洁、最环保、最有发展潜力的燃料。
目前甲醇汽油中甲醇掺入量一般为5%~30%。以掺入15%者为最多,称M15甲醇汽油。随着甲醇比例的提高,动力下降明显,会影响车辆的运行性能和爬坡性能,这些问题一直阻碍着甲醇汽油的发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种甲醇汽油及其制备方法,使汽车燃料的排放更清洁、环保,动力性强,可节约替代大量石油资源。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明首先提供了一种甲醇汽油,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:汽油25%-35%,甲醇45%-60%,异丙醇1%-3%,抗爆剂1%-3%,缓蚀剂1%-3%,有机溶剂2%-4.5%,乳化剂1%-3.5%,上述百分比总和为100%。
优选地,所述缓蚀剂包括苯丙三氮唑。
优选地,所述有机溶剂包括丙酮。
优选地,所述抗爆剂包括叔丁醇。
优选地,所述乳化剂包括磺化油。
本发明采用的苯丙三氮唑在体系中主要作为水处理剂、金属防锈剂和缓蚀剂。用于甲醇汽油中可以增加汽油的防锈性、增加燃油的气相,起到缓蚀的作用,同时也有润滑油的效果。
丙酮易溶于水与甲醇,在体系中可以用作溶剂,且燃烧热比较高,可以帮助燃烧,产生高燃烧热,改进车辆的热效率。
叔丁醇是一种优良的高辛烷值添加剂和抗爆剂,并且其极易溶于甲醇和乙醇,在本发明中应用不仅能够使得到的甲醇汽油具有优良的抗暴性能,还能降低燃料消耗,节约能源。
本发明所述的甲醇汽油,其制备方法为:将所有原料组分混合并搅拌混匀,然后静置2-5小时即可使用。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明的甲醇汽油具有辛烷值高,汽车燃烧性能好,汽车尾气排放清洁等优点,可减少的汽车的温室气体的排放以及颗粒的排放,同时具有一定的经济性,是一种高效、节能、廉价、低排放的清洁燃料。另外本发明的甲醇汽油具有优良的抗暴性能,动力性强,同时还降低了燃料消耗,节约了能源。
具体实施方式
本发明的甲醇汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:甲醇汽油:99.9%甲醇45%-60%、商用汽油25%-35%,苯丙三氮唑1%-3%,叔丁醇1%-3%、丙酮2%-4.5%,磺化油1%-3.5%、异丙醇1%-3%,所有添加剂混入高速搅拌机搅拌混匀,然后静置2至5小时可用。
本发明的甲醇汽油,外观为均匀、透明液体,无恶臭,不分层,稳定性符合GB/T6986标准使用后汽车的油泵使用寿命达3000小时以上,基本对发动机没有不良影响。
实施例1
本发明的甲醇汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:99.9%甲醇50%、商用汽油35%,苯丙三氮唑2%,叔丁醇3%、丙酮4.5%,磺化油3.5%、异丙醇2%。
实施例2
本发明的甲醇汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:99.9%甲醇60%、商用汽油25%,苯丙三氮唑3%,叔丁醇3%、丙酮3%,磺化油3%、异丙醇3%。

1.一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:原料按重量百分比由以下组成:汽油25%-35%,甲醇45%-60%,异丙醇1%-3%,抗爆剂1%-3%,缓蚀剂1%-3%,有机溶剂2%-4.5%,乳化剂1%-3.5%,上述百分比总和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂包括苯丙三氮唑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂包括丙酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述抗爆剂包括叔丁醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂包括磺化油。
6.如权利要求1-5中任意项所述的甲醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于:将所有原料组分混合并搅拌混匀,然后静置2-5小时。
