In one embodiment, the anti-rust primer comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
in one embodiment, the modified resin is modified epoxy resin, the functional group of the epoxy resin is utilized to generate multidirectional crosslinking, the modified resin and vegetable acid, fluororesin and the like form high crosslinking degree, a passivation film with stable performance is obtained, and the modified resin, the tackifier and the thickening agent are combined to obtain good adhesive force, so that the long-term effect of the antirust primer is ensured. Preferably, the modified resin is novolac epoxy resin, the novolac epoxy resin is made of bisphenol A epoxy resin and phenolic resin, the modified epoxy resin with multiple functionality can be formed, the crosslinking degree is high, meanwhile, due to the fact that a large number of benzene rings exist in the framework, the modified epoxy resin has high heat deformation temperature and excellent heat stability, the property is introduced into the anti-rust primer, and the practicability of the anti-rust primer is improved.
In one embodiment, the plant acid is selected from one or more of gallic acid, p-coumaric acid and caffeic acid. The gallic acid, p-coumaric acid and caffeic acid are polyhydroxy plant acids, can be crosslinked with modified resin through hydroxyl and carboxyl to obtain stable crosslinked skeleton, and can generate complex reaction with metal rust to convert the metal rust into a part of the film.
In one embodiment, the fluororesin is a water-based fluorocarbon resin, which increases the water resistance, weather resistance and tear resistance of the rust inhibitive primer. Preferably, the fluororesin is 23-19, the solid content is 48 +/-3%, and the fluorine content is more than or equal to 9%.
In one embodiment, the tackifier is an aqueous rosin tackifier, and can be selected from commercially available aqueous rosin tackifying emulsions, the solid content of the aqueous rosin tackifying emulsions is 50% -60%, and the viscosity of the aqueous rosin tackifying emulsions is 500-1200 mPa.S with a Brookfield viscometer (3#, 60RPM, 25 ℃).
In one embodiment, the thickening agent is cellulose ether, and the cellulose ether is a polyhydroxy high molecular compound, which can provide tackifying effect for the reaction liquid and simultaneously can be in crosslinking reaction with the modified resin, the vegetable acid and the fluororesin. The thickener may be, for example, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylhydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose or the like.
The antirust primer can be applied to the surface antirust of metal, has good antirust effect and good adhesive force, and can maintain long-term effective antirust.
The antirust primer is a rust-free aqueous antirust material, has better performance than the traditional antirust paint, has the advantages of rust removal, corrosion prevention, high temperature resistance, good adhesive force, long corrosion prevention time, simple and convenient construction, environmental protection, labor saving, time saving and the like, is suitable for treating a rust layer with the thickness of less than 30 mm, can be directly coated on the surface of the rust layer without leaving a metal surface of non-rust foreign matters (the non-rust foreign matters refer to materials attached to the metal surface, such as an old paint film, silt and the like, and other loose attachments are completely removed), can be converted into basic materials for rust by utilizing the complexing capacity of the rust layer, is combined with an original matrix into a whole, passivates different iron rust to form a film, has good sealing function, rust removal performance and adhesive force, and can solve the problems of secondary rust removal before rust removal after rust removal and secondary rust removal in a short period caused by.
The anti-rust primer disclosed by the invention has the advantage of high temperature resistance, the higher the temperature is, the faster the curing is, the high temperature of 880 ℃ can be resisted after the anti-rust primer is coated, and the anti-rust primer has a fireproof function; the water-based antirust primer can be used in a humid environment, has the environmental humidity of below 80 percent, can be directly sprayed on the surface of wet steel, and has good waterproofness; the paint does not contain heavy metal salt and phosphate, is nontoxic and harmless to human bodies, and can be widely used for corrosion prevention of buildings, ships, ports, wharfs, railways, factory equipment facilities and chemical equipment.
