Claims (1)
1. The filter press for sludge treatment comprises a base, a bracket, a box body, a feeding mechanism, an extrusion mechanism, a filtering mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a water storage tank and a water outlet, and is characterized in that the base is provided with a plurality of brackets, the upper part of the brackets is provided with the box body, the two sides of the box body are provided with the extrusion mechanism, the top, the bottom and the side wall of the box body are respectively provided with the feeding port, the discharging port and the extrusion port, the upper part of the feeding port of the box body is provided with the feeding mechanism, the discharging port of the box body is provided with the discharging mechanism, the extrusion port of the side wall of the box body is communicated with the filtering mechanism, one side of the bottom of the filtering mechanism is provided with the water storage tank, and the side wall of the water storage tank is provided with the water outlet;
the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding hopper, a supporting plate, a travelling wheel, a bearing seat I, an adjusting block, an adjusting screw, a supporting shaft, a sliding plate, a fixing seat, a motor I, a gear, a rack, a sliding groove, a limiting feeding plate, an ejection frame and an oil cylinder I, wherein the supporting plate is arranged on the side wall of the feeding hopper; the bottom of the feed hopper is provided with a limiting feed plate, one side of the limiting feed plate is provided with an ejection frame, one side of two ends of the ejection frame is provided with an oil cylinder I, and the tail part of the oil cylinder I is fixedly connected to the side wall of the box body;
the extrusion mechanism comprises a placing plate, a guide plate, a connecting plate, a motor II, a bearing seat II, a lead screw, a wire sleeve, a placing ring, a cover plate, a push plate, ejector rods and extrusion plates, wherein the placing plate is fixedly connected with the guide plate through the connecting plate;
the filtering mechanism comprises a bearing box and a gravel layer, wherein the gravel layer is arranged in the bearing box, the gravel layer comprises gravels with different particle sizes, and a gabion stone layer is formed by accumulating the gravels with different particle sizes;
the discharging mechanism comprises a fixed plate, an oil cylinder III, a connecting rod, a discharging baffle, a rotating shaft and a rotating arm, wherein the discharging baffle is arranged in the discharging hole, the fixed plate is arranged on one side of the discharging hole, the oil cylinder III is arranged on the fixed plate, the tail part of the oil cylinder III is movably connected to the fixed plate, the head part of the oil cylinder III is movably connected with the connecting rod, the connecting rod is movably connected to one end of the discharging baffle, the other end of the discharging baffle is provided with a pair of rotating arms, one side of the discharging hole at the bottom of the box is provided with a pair of rotating arms, and the upper rotating arm of the discharging baffle is movably connected with the rotating arm at one side of the discharging hole at the bottom of the box through the rotating shaft;
the filter mechanism bearing box is internally provided with a transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism comprises a motor III, a bearing seat III, protection plates, chain wheels, chains, connecting blocks, elastic sheets, springs and limit screws, the bearing box is internally provided with an upper driving shaft and a lower driving shaft, the driving shaft is movably connected to the bearing box through the bearing seat III, the shaft end of the driving shaft is provided with the motor III, the driving shaft is provided with the chain wheels, the chain wheels are connected with the chain wheels through the chains, the two sides of the chains are provided with the protection plates, and the protection plates are arranged between the upper driving shaft and the lower driving shaft; the side wall of the chain is provided with a connecting block, the connecting block is provided with an elastic piece, the bottom of the elastic piece is provided with a spring, and a limit screw penetrates through the spring to limit and fix the elastic piece on the connecting block; the chain is provided with connecting blocks which are equidistantly arranged;
a limiting discharge plate is arranged on the extrusion opening of the side wall of the box body, a pair of oil cylinders II are arranged at the bottom of the limiting discharge plate, and the tail parts of the oil cylinders II are fixedly connected to the base; the two sides of the extrusion opening are provided with vent pipes, the bottoms of the vent pipes are provided with blowback pipes, and the blowback pipes are connected with an air passage;
the top of the bearing box is provided with a water pipe, the bottom of the water pipe is provided with a flushing pipe, the flushing pipe is communicated with the bearing box, the limiting discharge plate closes the extrusion port by being ejected out of the oil cylinder II, the water pipe is communicated with back flushing water, the crushed stone layer in the bearing box is regularly backwashed through the flushing pipe, so that sludge penetrating into the crushed stone layer is flushed completely, and sewage is discharged from a water outlet of the water storage tank.
