In this embodiment, the height of the baffle 2 is greater than the height of the rotating shaft 3, and the protective sheet 4 is a slope gradually inclined downward from the baffle 2 toward the rotating shaft 3, with an inclination angle of 40 °. The protection sheet 4 forms an inclined plane with an acute inclination angle, and can completely shield the surface of the rotating shaft 3, particularly the gap between the shielding plate 2 and the rotating shaft 3, so as to prevent the rotating shaft 3 from winding objects into the interior.
