The invention relates to a working principle and a using method of a hot plate hot press for honeycomb paperboard production, wherein the working principle and the using method are as follows: the lower ironing plate 16 of the ironing plate hot press is fixed, the height of the movable frame 10 relative to the frame 13 is adjusted through the lifting device, the height difference between the upper ironing plate 7 arranged below the movable frame 10 and the lower ironing plate 16 is adjusted through the hanging rod 3, as the elastic component 1 (the pressure spring 1) between the upper supporting frame 17 and the movable frame 10 generates a downward elastic force on the upper ironing plate 7, namely the upper ironing plate 7 floats relative to the lower ironing plate 16, namely the height difference between the upper ironing plate 7 and the lower ironing plate 16 can be automatically adjusted within a certain range according to the height of the honeycomb paperboard between the upper ironing plate 7 and the lower ironing plate 16, so that the upper ironing plate 7 and the lower ironing plate 16 are tightly attached to the honeycomb paperboard, moisture in the honeycomb paperboard is quickly and widely dried in a surface pressing mode, a better drying effect is achieved, and the honeycomb paperboard can conveniently pass through a plate type hot pressing mechanism; the pressing roller 15 or the heating roller 26 positioned at the downstream of the plate type hot pressing mechanism can squeeze out moisture or steam and the like remained in the honeycomb paperboard after surface pressing in a linear rolling way, so that the honeycomb paperboard is convenient to dry and mold, and meanwhile, the honeycomb paperboard is locally heated and dried, so that the evaporation of the moisture in the honeycomb paperboard is accelerated; when the honeycomb paperboard linearly rolled by the press roller 15 or the heating roller 26 passes through the plate-type hot pressing mechanism at the downstream thereof again, the honeycomb paperboard can be dried again, and the honeycomb paperboard is further flattened to prevent the honeycomb paperboard from being deformed in the drying process. Through the plate type hot pressing mechanism and the pressing roller 15/heating roller 26 which are arranged at intervals, the drying efficiency of the hot plate hot press can be effectively improved, and the energy consumption of the hot plate hot press can be reduced.
According to the hot-pressing plate hot press for honeycomb paperboard production, the number of the plate-type hot-pressing mechanisms can be 7 groups or 10 groups according to the size of production matched equipment and the required drying rate; the above variations of technical features will be understood and implemented by those skilled in the art from the text description, and thus will not be further illustrated in the drawings.
Claims (6)
1. The hot pressing plate hot press for honeycomb paperboard production is characterized by comprising a frame, a movable frame, side plates, a paper supporting roller, at least 2 groups of plate-type hot pressing mechanisms and a plurality of press rollers or heating rollers arranged among the 2 groups of plate-type hot pressing mechanisms; a supporting frame is arranged on the frame; the movable frame is fixed on the frame and moves up and down relative to the frame through the lifting device; the plate type hot pressing mechanism comprises a lower ironing plate, an upper plate frame, a hanging rod and an elastic component, wherein the upper ironing plate is fixed on the lower end face of the upper plate frame, the upper end face of the upper plate frame is connected with the movable frame through the hanging rod, the elastic component is arranged between the upper plate frame and the movable frame, and the lower ironing plate is arranged on the supporting frame and is positioned corresponding to the upper ironing plate; the two ends of the press roller or the heating roller are fixed on the side plates and are positioned right above the paper supporting rollers or between the adjacent 2 paper supporting rollers; the number of the plate type hot pressing mechanisms is 5-8 groups; the hanging rod is connected with a lifting lug fixed on the upper plate frame, the hanging rod and the lifting lug are pivoted through a shaft pin, and the part of the hanging rod penetrating out of the movable frame is also connected with a spring; the two ends of the supporting mandrel of the press roller or the heating roller are fixed in the long waist-shaped holes below the side plates, and the end parts of the bearings are provided with bearing covers; the two ends of the paper supporting roller are fixed on the bearing seats; an elastic piece is fixed on the upper side of the long waist-shaped hole, and the movable end of the elastic piece is buckled on the radial end face of the compression roller or the heating roller bearing.

3. The board hot press for producing honeycomb paperboard according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the heating roller is connected to one end of a swing arm hinged to the side plate, and the other end of the swing arm is connected to the moving member.
4. A board hot press for producing honeycomb board according to claim 3, wherein the moving part comprises a moving motor, a gear and a rack, the gear is connected with the moving motor, the rack is connected with the swing arm, and the gear and the rack are meshed.

The ironing board hot press for honeycomb board production according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the lifting device comprises a screw rod, a speed reducer and a driving motor, the upper end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the movable frame, the lower end of the screw rod is connected with the speed reducer, and the speed reducer connecting shafts on two sides of the movable frame are connected; the speed reducer is in transmission connection with the driving motor; the coupling shaft is connected with the speed reducer through a first coupling piece and a second coupling piece.
