Background
The traditional catheter is a straight-through normally open type and is designed into various diameter specifications according to the size of a urinary tract. The direct connection and the normal opening are that the catheter is directly inserted into the bladder and fixed to prevent falling off, the function of the patient for independently discharging urine is suspended, and the catheter discharges the urine. The catheter with various diameter specifications is convenient to pull and insert, and the discomfort of a patient is reduced. Because urine is discharged through the catheter inner hole, the urine bag is an indispensable spare part, and the life burden of a patient is increased. In addition, urine is often missed due to the poor seal.

In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a supporting assembly, including:
a catheter 1, said catheter 1 being for the passage of liquid or gas, said catheter 1 having an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the urethra 2;
an elastic balloon 3 mounted on the catheter 1, the catheter 1 and the elastic balloon 3 being in communication with each other, the elastic balloon 3 being radially expandable, at least one urethral canal 31 being axially formed on the outside of the elastic balloon 3 when the elastic balloon 3 is in an expanded state, the elastic balloon 3 having a radial diameter smaller than that of the urethra 2 when it is not expanded.
When using, place the prostate hyperplasia section in elasticity bag 3, pass through gas or liquid to elasticity bag 3 deformation part through pipe 1, make elasticity bag 3 radial expansion, elasticity bag 3 struts prostate 4, because the existence of catheterization groove 31, the circulation state that internal sphincter 5 controlled urine and came out from bladder 6, when the urine arrived the position of elasticity bag 3, the urine flowed through from catheterization groove 31, realize patient's urination, because do not get into bladder 6, the function of internal sphincter 5 can also be used, so can the patient control by oneself whether urinate, need not set up the urine bag, the patient uses convenience more. According to the radial expanded size control of elastic bag 3, control the volume of getting into liquid or gaseous promptly for the urethra that the stenosis degree is different can share a supporting component, need not design different dimensions to different urethra 2, and the commonality is strong, low in manufacturing cost, use cost.
In this embodiment, there are at least two urethral catheterization grooves 31, and in fig. 3, there are 4 urethral catheterization grooves 31, and each urethral catheterization groove 31 is arranged at equal intervals. Can make the urine flow out more evenly in the circumferential direction.
In this embodiment, the catheter 1 may be a bendable structure.
In this embodiment, it is further optional that the conduit 1 is a hose.
In this embodiment, further optionally, the conduit 1 is a silica gel conduit, a natural rubber tube, or a stainless steel tube.
The silicone catheter 1 can ensure bending properties while avoiding damage to the urethra 2.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 3, the outer diameter of the conduit 1 is less than or equal to 5 mm; the wall thickness of the conduit 1 is 1 + -0.5 mm.
Guarantee that pipe 1 can be crooked, can avoid pipe 1 hole to seal when crooked simultaneously, rationally set up the clearance between pipe 1 and the urethra 2 simultaneously, guarantee that the micturition is unobstructed.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2-3, the diameter of elastomeric bladder 3 is less than 5mm when unexpanded. The general diameter of urethra 2 is between 5-7mm, and elastic bag 3 diameter is less than 5mm when not expanding, conveniently inserts urethra 2, even minimum 5 mm's urethra 2 diameter, this scheme also can be suitable for, when using, through letting in liquid or gaseous, realizes the inflation degree control to elastic bag 3, leads to the difference to the degree of strutting of prostate 4 to let urethral catheterization groove 31 change.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the catheter 1 axially passes through the elastic bag 3, and at least one radial channel 11 is formed in the side wall of the catheter 1 in the elastic bag 3. In fig. 2 and 3, 4 radial channels 11 are shown, the connecting structure of the elastic bag 3 and the catheter 1 can be more, the fixing effect is better, the structure is more reliable, and meanwhile, when the catheter is inserted into the urethra 2, the part penetrating out of the elastic bag 3 can also play a good guiding role.
A kind of urethral catheterization device, which is composed of a catheter,
including the support assembly of any of the above embodiments,
the device also comprises an air source or a liquid source, the conduit 1 can be communicated with the air source or the liquid source, and the conduit 1 is provided with a switch valve.
Optionally, the gas source or the liquid source is manually pressurized or depressurized, and the gas source or the liquid source is pressurized or depressurized by an automatic device.
After the elastic bag 3 expands to a required size, the switch valve is closed to keep the elastic bag 3 expanded, when the elastic bag is to be taken out or the size is reduced, the switch valve is opened to release pressure, manual pressure increase and reduction can be realized through the needle cylinder, the automatic device can pressurize through an air source or a liquid source with certain pressure and then is controlled through the electronic valve, and the automatic device pressurization mode is only taken as an example, and the automatic device pressurization mode is various and is not listed.
In conclusion, compared with the traditional catheter, the scheme of the invention does not need a urine bag, and the use is more convenient. By using the scheme, the patient can control whether to urinate or not without entering the bladder 6. The commonality is strong, and this scheme all can use to the 2 sizes of urethra different, can control the degree of strutting of prostate 4 through the inflation degree of elasticity bag 3. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
