Wherein, the heating bracket 502 is also provided with a kick switch 515; the electric heating element 514 is electrically connected to the control mechanism via the snap switch 515 for detecting the temperature of the heating tube. When the temperature of the heating pipe reaches the preset temperature, the kick switch is disconnected, so that the electric heating element is powered off.
Further, the connection port 506 communicates with the juice stirring mechanism 200 through a solenoid valve 507;
The electromagnetic valve 507 is electrically connected with a control mechanism of the mask machine and is used for controlling the electromagnetic valve 507 to be opened or closed, and the electromagnetic valve is opened or closed, so that the cleaning of the stirring cylinder of the juicing stirring mechanism or the cleaning of the stirring cylinder and the juicing cylinder is controlled.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, 11 and 12, the instant heating upper cover 501 is provided with a temperature measuring cavity 510; the upper part of the instant heating upper cover 501 is also provided with a separable water blocking head 508, and the lower part of the water blocking head 508 is provided with a temperature sensing line 509; when the water blocking plug 508 is connected with the instant heating upper cover 501, the temperature sensing wire 509 is inserted into the temperature measuring cavity and is used for measuring the water temperature in the temperature measuring cavity. Wherein, the instant heating upper cover 501 with the water shutoff head 508 is connected through the buckle, connects instant heating upper cover and water shutoff head through the mode of buckle connection, conveniently changes when the temperature sensing line breaks down.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, a spring 516 is disposed between the heating pipe 511 and the stainless steel pipe 512, the spring 516 is sleeved on the stainless steel pipe 512, and the water flow area of the clean water between the heating pipe and the stainless steel pipe is adjusted by utilizing the uniformly distributed characteristic of the spring ring while the clean water between the heating pipe and the stainless steel pipe is guided by the spring, so that the clean water is heated uniformly.
As a specific example, as shown in fig. 13, the juice extracting and stirring mechanism 200 includes: juice extractor 202, stirrer 203 and filter 204; the juice extractor 202 includes: a juice extracting cylinder 209, a juice extracting cylinder cover 208 and a juice extracting piston 211 arranged in the juice extracting cylinder 209; the stirring device 203 includes: a stirring cylinder 215 communicated with the input end of the mask liquid input pipe 305, a stirring cylinder cover 213 and stirring blades 219 arranged in the stirring cylinder 215;
As shown in fig. 19, a filtering channel is disposed in the filtering device 204, and the filtering channel is provided with a first connecting port 222, a second connecting port 223 and a third connecting port 224; the first connection port 222 communicates with the juice extracting cylinder 209; the second connection port 223 is communicated with the stirring cylinder 215; the third connection port 224 communicates with a connection port 506 of the instant heating upper cover 501. Clear water provided by the instant heating mechanism 500 enters the juicing cylinder and the stirring cylinder through the filtering device, and the inner wall of the juicing cylinder and the stirring cylinder are soaked and cleaned, so that automatic cleaning is realized, and convenience is brought to users. Wherein the filtering device 204 comprises: a filter top cover 225, a filter bottom cover 226, and a screen handle; the first connection port 222 is provided on the filter upper cover 225 and connected to the juicer cylinder connection port 210, and the second connection port 223 is provided on the filter lower cover 226 and connected to the agitator cylinder connection port 217. It should be noted that, the level of the first connection port 222 is higher than that of the second connection port 223, and the fruit and vegetable juice flows into the filtering channel from the first connection port, and flows out from the second connection port to the stirring tank through the filter screen provided in the filtering channel, so as to facilitate the filtration of the fruit and vegetable juice.
Further, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the juice extracting and stirring mechanism 200 further includes a first motor and a second motor 220; the first motor is in driving connection with the juicing piston 211 so as to enable the juicing piston 211 to move up and down in the juicing cylinder 209; a second motor 220 is provided on the agitator cylinder head 213 and is in driving connection with the agitator blade 219. According to the mask machine, the size of the juice squeezing area in the juice squeezing cylinder 209 is changed, and juice is obtained by squeezing vegetables and fruits, so that the mode of high-speed rotation of a blade in the prior art is replaced, the rapid oxidation of nutritional ingredients such as vitamins in the fruits and vegetables is avoided, and the nutritional value of the fruits and the vegetables is maintained. After the vegetables and fruits are squeezed out of juice for multiple times, the fruit and vegetable juice is filtered by the filtering device, the filtered fruit and vegetable juice enters into the stirring tank, as shown in fig. 18, the second motor drives the stirring blade to rotate, and the fruit and vegetable juice and the facial mask peptide liquid entering from the facial mask peptide liquid input end 214 are sufficiently stirred, so that the fruit and vegetable juice can be emulsified more easily, a facial mask liquid with higher concentration is obtained, and the facial mask is convenient to form. It should be noted that, without affecting understanding, the first motor is not shown in the drawings, but it can be connected to the first driving shaft 212 by a gear driving manner, so as to control the up-and-down movement of the juice extracting piston 211.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 18, the stirring cylinder 215 is provided with a discharge end 216, which is communicated with the input end of the mask liquid input pipe and is used for providing mask liquid to the forming cavity; the stirring device 203 further comprises a stirring piston 218, which is arranged in the stirring cylinder 215; and a third motor drivingly connected to the agitator piston 430 to move the agitator piston 218 up and down within the agitator tank 215. The third motor drives the stirring piston 218 to move up and down in the stirring cylinder 215 through the third driving shaft 221, so as to generate pressure, and the mask liquid obtained by mixing the mask peptide liquid and the fruit and vegetable juice is output to the mask liquid input pipe through the discharging end 216. It should be noted that, without affecting understanding, the third motor is not shown in the drawings, but it can be connected to the third driving shaft 221 by a gear driving manner, so as to control the up-and-down movement of the stirring piston 218. The mask peptide liquid storage device is arranged in the mask shell, and mask peptide liquid is input into the stirring cylinder through the mask peptide liquid input end.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, 15 and 17, the juice extracting and stirring mechanism 200 further includes a water pocket 201 provided at a lower portion of the juice extracting device 202 and the stirring device 203; the water pocket 201 includes: a water pocket upper cover 205 and a water pocket lower cover 206, wherein the water pocket lower cover 205 is provided with a slag discharge port 207, and the slag discharge port 207 is connected with the waste bin; when the juice extracting piston 211 moves downward and is separated from the juice extracting cylinder 209, the juice extracting cylinder 209 communicates with the waste bin through the slag discharging port 207. After the juice is squeezed, part of fruit residues always remain in the juice squeezing cylinder 209, so that the fruit residues can be cleaned conveniently, a user opens the juice squeezing cylinder cover 208 and pours water from the outside into the juice squeezing cylinder 209 to wash, under the action of the first motor, the juice squeezing piston 211 moves downwards and is separated from the juice squeezing cylinder 209, water for mixing the fruit residues in the juice squeezing cylinder 209 enters the water pocket and flows out of the slag discharging port to the waste bin, and the user can clean the fruit residues in the juice squeezing cylinder conveniently on the premise that a juice squeezing stirring mechanism is not required to be disassembled. At the same time, the water pocket 201 is also communicated with the cold water discharge pipe 307, which feeds the water discharged from the cooling chamber into the water pocket and discharges the water to the waste bin.

Claims (8)

1. A mask machine, comprising:
the mask machine comprises a mask machine shell, wherein a juicing and stirring mechanism, a nozzle mechanism, a tray mechanism and an instant heating mechanism are arranged in the mask machine shell;
The water tank mechanism is arranged outside the mask machine shell, is communicated with the instant heating mechanism and is used for inputting clear water to the instant heating mechanism;
the tray mechanism comprises a forming cavity and a cooling cavity connected with the forming cavity;
The nozzle mechanism comprises a nozzle assembly, and the nozzle assembly comprises a mask liquid input pipe, a cold water input pipe and a cold water discharge pipe; the nozzle mechanism further comprises a lifting motor, a tray moving part detachably connected with the tray mechanism and a nozzle seat connected with the tray moving part, wherein the driving end of the lifting motor is in driving connection with the tray moving part so as to enable the tray mechanism and the nozzle seat to do lifting movement; the nozzle assembly further comprises a nozzle cleaning pipe, wherein the nozzle cleaning pipe comprises an input end and an output end, and the input end of the nozzle cleaning pipe is communicated with the instant heating mechanism; the nozzle seat is provided with a connecting channel which comprises an input end and an output end; when the nozzle seat rises to a preset position, the input end of the connecting channel is communicated with the output end of the nozzle cleaning pipe, and the output end of the connecting channel is communicated with the input end of the mask liquid input pipe and is used for inputting clear water to the mask liquid input pipe;
the input end of the mask liquid input pipe is communicated with the juicing and stirring mechanism, and the output end of the mask liquid input pipe is communicated with the forming cavity and is used for inputting mask liquid into the forming cavity;
The input end of the cold water input pipe is communicated with the heating mechanism, and the output end of the cold water input pipe is communicated with the cooling cavity and is used for inputting cold water or hot water into the cooling cavity; the water tank mechanism inputs clear water to the instant heating mechanism, the instant heating mechanism heats or does not heat the clear water according to the requirement of a user, when the mask liquid on the forming cavity needs to be insulated, the instant heating mechanism heats, and the heated clear water flows into the cooling cavity, so that the mask liquid in the forming cavity is insulated;
the input end of the cold water discharge pipe is communicated with the cooling cavity, and the output end of the cold water discharge pipe is communicated with the waste bin and is used for discharging cold water or hot water in the cooling cavity.
2. The mask machine according to claim 1, wherein:
The heating mechanism includes: an instant heating upper cover, a heating bracket and an instant heating lower cover;
The instant heating upper cover is provided with a first water outlet end communicated with the input end of the jet nozzle cleaning pipe, a second water outlet end communicated with the input end of the cold water input pipe and a connecting port communicated with the juicing stirring mechanism;
The heating support is internally provided with a heating pipe and a stainless steel pipe, the heating pipe is sleeved outside the stainless steel pipe, and the axis of the heating pipe and the axis of the stainless steel pipe are positioned on the same axis;

one end of the stainless steel pipe is communicated with the second water inlet end, and the other end of the stainless steel pipe is communicated with the second water outlet end and is used for inputting cold water or hot water into the cold water input pipe.

The heating pipe comprises a glass pipe and an electric heating element connected with the glass pipe, and the electric heating element is electrically connected with a control mechanism of the mask machine and is used for heating the glass pipe.

The connecting port is communicated with the juicing and stirring mechanism through an electromagnetic valve;
The electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with a control mechanism of the mask machine and is used for controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened or closed.

The juice extracting and stirring mechanism comprises: juicing device, stirring device and filtering device;
The juicing device includes: the juicer comprises a juicing cylinder, a juicing cylinder cover and a juicing piston arranged in the juicing cylinder;
The stirring device comprises: the stirring cylinder is communicated with the input end of the mask liquid input pipe, the stirring cylinder cover and the stirring blade arranged in the stirring cylinder;
A filtering channel is arranged in the filtering device, and the filtering channel is provided with a first connecting port, a second connecting port and a third connecting port;
wherein the first connection port is communicated with the juicing cylinder;
The second connecting port is communicated with the stirring cylinder;
the third connecting port is communicated with the connecting port of the instant heating upper cover and is used for receiving clear water of the instant heating mechanism.
6. The mask machine according to claim 5, wherein:
The juicing and stirring mechanism further comprises a first motor and a second motor;
the first motor is in driving connection with the juicing piston so as to enable the juicing piston to move up and down in the juicing cylinder; and the second motor is arranged on the stirring cylinder cover and is in driving connection with the stirring blade.

The juicing and stirring mechanism further comprises a water pocket which is arranged at the lower parts of the juicing device and the stirring device;
The water pocket includes: the water pocket upper cover and the water pocket lower cover are provided with a slag discharging port which is connected with the waste bin;
when the juicing piston moves downwards and is separated from the juicing cylinder, the juicing cylinder is communicated with the waste bin through the slag discharging port.
8. The mask machine according to claim 7, wherein:
The water pocket is also communicated with the cold water discharge pipe.
