The data detection unit detects the body characteristics of the wearer during sleeping, and the processor analyzes the body characteristics to detect the sleeping quality of the wearer.

The invention aims to provide an intelligent sleep quality detection device and a detection system, which are used for detecting the body characteristics of a wearer during sleeping through a data detection unit and analyzing through a processor to realize the detection of the sleep quality of the wearer.

s01, wearing the bracelet body on the wrist;
s02, the heat conducting sphere of the mercury switch is heated to be connected with the power supply and the heart rate acquisition sensor and the power supply and processor circuit;
s03, when the heart rate acquisition sensor of the data acquisition unit acquires human body characteristic data, the processor controls the first transistor switch and the second transistor switch to be closed, and at the moment, the power supply is connected with the acceleration sensor, the noise detection sensor, the temperature sensor, the alarm module and the display screen;

and S06, when the wearer is judged to be in a shallow sleep state according to the data collected by the data collecting unit, the processor controls the switch of the second transistor to be closed, and the alarm module and the display screen are reconnected with the power supply at the moment.

Further, the processor is connected with the alarm module; the processor is an STM32 chip heart rate sensor and is an HKX-08C digital heart rate sensor.
Further, the first transistor switch and the second transistor switch are both in a normally-on state.
A control method of a detection system of an intelligent sleep quality detection device comprises the following steps:
s01, wearing the bracelet body 1 on the wrist;
s02, the heat conducting sphere 31 of the mercury switch is heated to be connected with the power supply and the heart rate acquisition sensor and the power supply and processor circuit;
s03, when the heart rate acquisition sensor of the data acquisition unit acquires human body characteristic data, the processor controls the first transistor switch and the second transistor switch to be closed, and at the moment, the power supply is connected with the acceleration sensor, the noise detection sensor, the temperature sensor, the alarm module and the display screen;
s04, acquiring data by the acceleration sensor, the noise detection sensor, the temperature sensor and the heart rate acquisition sensor, transmitting the data to the processor, and displaying the data through the display screen;
s05, when the wearer is judged to be in a deep sleep state according to the data collected by the data collecting unit, the processor controls the switch of the second transistor to be disconnected, and at the moment, the alarm module and the display screen are disconnected with the power supply;
and S06, when the wearer is judged to be in a shallow sleep state according to the data collected by the data collecting unit, the processor controls the switch of the second transistor to be closed, and the alarm module and the display screen are reconnected with the power supply at the moment.
Further, when the ambient temperature is higher than 30 ℃ and the two electrodes 35 of the mercury switch are electrically connected, the power supply is connected with the heart rate acquisition sensor and the power supply is connected with the circuit of the processor; when the heart rate of the human body is not detected by the heart rate acquisition sensor, the power supply is not communicated with the circuits of the acceleration sensor, the noise detection sensor, the temperature sensor, the alarm module and the display screen.

s06, when the wearer is judged to be in a shallow sleep state according to the data collected by the data collecting unit, the processor controls the switch of the second transistor to be closed, and the alarm module and the display screen are reconnected with the power supply at the moment;
when the environmental temperature is higher than 30 ℃ and the two electrodes (35) of the mercury switch are electrically connected, the power supply is connected with the heart rate acquisition sensor and the circuit of the power supply and the processor; when the heart rate of the human body is not detected by the heart rate acquisition sensor, the power supply is not communicated with the circuits of the acceleration sensor, the noise detection sensor, the temperature sensor, the alarm module and the display screen.
