As shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, the present invention provides a multifunctional display rack, comprising a rack formed by connecting a plurality of net-drawing connecting rods 3 and buckle connecting pieces 2 to each other in a telescopic net structure, a plurality of buckle strips 1 fixed on the rack and positioned between two adjacent buckle connecting pieces 2 on the same straight line, and a display rack assembly fixed by grooves on the buckle strips 1 and used for displaying articles; any one of the fastener strips 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves penetrating along the extending direction or perpendicular to the extending direction, and of course, the grooves may be provided in both the extending direction and the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of any one of the fastener strips 1. When the net rack is stretched to be fully unfolded, one buckling strip 1 can be buckled between two adjacent buckling strip connecting pieces 2, and after all buckling strips 1 are buckled at the edges of the stretched net rack, a display rack body with a rigid frame is formed.
It should be noted that, since the fastening strips 1 are fixed between the plurality of nodes of the net rack through the fastening strip connecting pieces 2, the connection positions of the fastening strips 1 between the nodes of the net rack are determined by the interface directions of the fastening strip connecting pieces 2 for connecting the fastening strips 1, and the fastening strip connecting pieces 2 located at different nodes of the net rack are different in specific structural form due to different numbers and positions of the fastening strips 1 connected. The fact that all the buckling strips 1 are buckled on the edges of the net frame means that the interface direction of the buckling strip connecting piece 2 is vertical, so that when all the buckling strips 1 are sequentially connected to the net frame, the buckling strips 1 are distributed on the edges of the net frame, particularly the edges in the vertical direction, and the edges are different from eight edges of a cube structure in the traditional sense, but the edges formed by a plurality of nodes located on the same vertical straight line, for example, when a plurality of collinear nodes exist on a non-edge of a certain side, the nodes located in the plane can also form the edges of the net frame. Obviously, the direction of the connection of the clip strip connector 2 is not limited to this arrangement, and thus the connection of the clip strip 1 to the net rack is not limited to all edges in the vertical direction.
Since the buckle strip 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves, the display modes of different positions of the display rack can be adjusted through different combinations of the grooves, such as high positions for hanging articles, low positions for placing articles and the like. Meanwhile, the arrangement and the matching of the buckling strip connecting piece 2 and the buckling strip 1 improve the flexibility of the whole display rack in the use process, for example, two identical display rack bodies are spliced into a whole, the structure of the display rack can be changed according to the requirements of users, and the applicability is greatly improved.
The multifunctional display rack provided by the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the buckle 1 used in the multifunctional display rack provided by the present application may include a buckle body 12 having a thin strip shape, and a buckle head 11 with a first end thereof being inserted into any one port of the buckle body 12 and a second end thereof being used for detachably connecting the buckle connector 2; the buckle strip body 12 is provided with a clamping groove 121 along the extending direction thereof, wherein the clamping groove is used for being nested at the periphery of the first end of the buckle strip head 11.
The buckle strip 1 body for supporting and fixing the fully stretched net rack is fixed with the buckle strip connecting piece 2 through two buckle strip heads 11 nested at two ends of the buckle strip 1 body, the part of the buckle strip head 11 embedded into the buckle strip body 12 is fixedly connected, and the other end of the buckle strip head is detachably connected with the buckle strip connecting piece 2, so that the buckle strip body 12 in a thin strip shape can be freely assembled according to the needs of a user, and the buckle strip body is folded and converged when the net rack is not used, and the space utilization rate is improved.
In the above embodiment, various manners of detachably connecting the buckle strip head 11 and the buckle strip connecting piece 2 are available, such as inserting, rotating and locking, in order to ensure the reliability of the connection of the buckle strip head 11, simplify the connection manner and increase the connection speed, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, 12 and 13, the first end of the buckle strip head 11 may be specifically configured as a clamping end 112, and the clamping end 112 includes a fitting portion 1121 embedded in the clamping groove 121 and closely attached to the inner wall of the clamping groove 121, and a plate eave portion 1122 extending perpendicular to the fitting portion 1121 and to both sides for being clamped at the port of the clamping groove 121; the second end of the buckle strip head 11 is specifically configured as a locking end 111 rotating around the clamping end 112, and the locking end 111 includes a tongue buckle portion 1111 for hooking into the connecting slot 21 of the buckle strip connecting piece 2 to detachably connect the buckle strip 1 with the net rack, and a pulling buckle portion 1112 fixedly connected with the tongue buckle portion 1111 for pulling the tongue buckle portion 1111 to rotate around the clamping portion.
The snap end 112 is inserted into the buckle body 12 to connect with the buckle body 12, and the snap end 111 is used to unlock and lock the buckle body 12 and the buckle connector 2. Because the embedded end 112 is provided with the plate eave portion 1122 perpendicular to the attaching portion 1121, the plate eave portion 1122 is equivalent to a limiting structure, and when the buckle strip head 11 is inserted into the buckle strip body 12, the plate eave portion 1122 limits the position of the buckle strip head 11 entering the buckle strip body 12, so that the pulling buckle portion 1112 is always located at the outer end of the buckle strip body 12. The locking end 111 includes a tongue fastening portion 1111 and a pulling fastening portion 1112, wherein the tongue fastening portion 1111 can rotate at a certain angle relative to the clamping end 112, so that the tongue fastening portion 1111 can be inserted into the connecting slot 21 of the buckle bar connecting piece 2 and then rotated at a certain angle, so that the tongue fastening portion 1111 is hooked on the connecting slot 21, and the pulling fastening portion 1112 mainly functions to provide rotation power for the tongue fastening portion 1111, that is, to rotate the tongue fastening portion 1111 at a certain angle by pulling the pulling fastening portion 1112. In general, the pulling and buckling part 1112 is fixedly connected with the tongue buckling part 1111, and both rotate around the rotating shaft at the joint with the clamping end 112, and in order to improve the use feeling, anti-slip grains can be further arranged on the surface of the pulling and buckling part 1112.
The buckle body 12 is made of aluminum, and the buckle head 11 is made of plastic, so that the quality of the parts is reduced, and the whole device is light, portable and easy to assemble.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, in any of the above embodiments, all the grooves include a plurality of first grooves 122 penetrating along the extending direction of the strap body 12 and a plurality of second grooves 123 located on the outer end surface of the strap body 12 on the side far from the net rack and penetrating perpendicularly through the outer end surface; based on the above arrangement, the display rack assembly comprises a picture 5 for displaying a text picture and a plurality of hooks 9 for hanging articles; wherein, the frame 5 surrounds the outside of the net rack, silica gel strips used for embedding the first grooves 122 are fixed around the frame 5, and the silica gel strips are embedded into the first grooves 122 to realize the fixation of the frame 5 and the net rack; one end of any hook 9 is inserted into the second groove 123, and the other end is used for hanging articles.
It should be noted that all the first grooves 122 are penetrated along the extending direction of the strap body 12, and any one of the first grooves 122 is communicated with the space outside the strap body 12, that is, when the cross section of the strap body 12 is viewed, all the first grooves 122 are open grooves with the opening direction facing the outside of the net rack. The outside of the net rack refers to not only the opposite surface of the inside of the net rack, but also the left side and the right side connected with the inside of the net rack and the opposite surface. Of course, from the perspective that the first grooves 122 are used for embedding the silica gel strips on the back side of the picture 5, the number of the first grooves 122 arranged on one buckle strip body 12 is not less than two, and the positions of the first grooves are preferably arranged on the outer side surface of the buckle strip body 12, so that the connection mode of the picture 5 on the whole net rack can be increased.
In addition to hanging articles by the hooks 9, the multifunctional display rack can also be provided with a pair of cantilever arms 61 fixed in any pair of second grooves 123 positioned in the same horizontal plane, and a diaphragm plate 62 for placing articles is arranged on the cantilever arms 61. Obviously, a relative fixation between the diaphragm 62 and the cantilever arm 61 is required so that the diaphragm 62 falls off to damage the article. Therefore, on the basis of this embodiment, the upper end face of any pair of the cantilever arms 61 is provided with the adhesive fastener for adhering the diaphragm plate 62, the front face of the adhesive fastener is adhered to the cantilever arms 61, and the back face of the adhesive fastener is adhered to the diaphragm plate 62, so that the cantilever arms 61 and the diaphragm plate 62 are ensured not to deviate from each other due to overlarge stress. Considering that the structural shapes of the hooks 9 and the cantilever arms 61 fixed in the second grooves 123 are different, in order to adapt to the installation of the hooks 9 and the cantilever arms 61, the second grooves 123 can be divided into round holes and rectangular holes, and obviously, holes with other cross sections can also be adopted.
In addition to fixing the cantilever arm 61 and the diaphragm plate 62 by using a fastening button, that is, by means of adhesion, the cantilever arm 61 and the diaphragm plate 62 may be connected by fasteners, such as bolts, rivets, etc., and the cantilever arm 61 and the diaphragm plate 62 may be connected by means of insertion and joggling. The disassembly difficulty and the period of the diaphragm plate 62 are different according to the different connection modes, and the diaphragm plate can be reasonably arranged according to the use occasions.
Considering that the buckle 1 for horizontally connecting two buckle connection members adjacent to each other at the highest and lowest positions of the net frame generally does not take on the display function, that is, the hooks 9 or the mounting cantilever arms 61 and the diaphragm 62 are not required, the buckle 1 for horizontally connecting the buckle connection members 2 does not need to be provided with the first grooves 122 or the second grooves 123.
Considering that the light is limited in some occasions or the goods on the display rack need to show the detail, as shown in fig. 1, 17 and 18, the display rack further comprises a light bar 7 arranged on the upper end face or the lower end face or the upper end face and the lower end face of the rack, a light bar 7 for providing a light source and a light bar clamping piece 8 fixed on any two cross-shaped net pulling connecting rods 3, wherein the light bar clamping piece 8 is used for fixing the light bar 7, that is, the light bar 7 irradiates the picture 5 enclosed on the outer side of the rack and the display rack component from the upper end or the lower end of the rack, and preferably irradiates simultaneously from the upper end and the lower end of the rack, so that the illumination intensity inside the rack is similar, and the influence on the illumination effect and the display effect caused by shadows after the picture 5 is avoided.
Two ends of two mutually crossed net-pulling connecting rods 3 are respectively provided with a lamp bar clamping piece 8, two ends of any one lamp bar clamping piece 8 are respectively clamped at two end points of the two net-pulling connecting rods 3, which are positioned at the same end, the two net-pulling connecting rods 3 and the two lamp bar clamping pieces 8 are installed to form an 8-shaped structure, and the lamp bar clamping pieces 8 are positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the structure. The specific embodiment of the light bar clip 8 is described with reference to the structure shown at D in fig. 17, and the position shown at D is not the mounting position of the light bar 7, but the components used therein are the same as the light bar clip 8.
Referring to fig. 18, fig. 18 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 17 at D. The light bar clamping member 8 comprises a light bar clamping member body 81 which is long-strip-shaped and two ends of the light bar clamping member can be just clamped with two end points on the same side of the two cross-shaped net pulling connecting rods 3, and claw grooves 811 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the light bar clamping member body 81 and are in an S-shaped structure. During installation, the cross-shaped net pulling connecting rods 3 are embedded into the claw grooves 811 with the same orientation at the two ends of the lamp bar clamping member body 81, so that the lamp bar clamping members 8 are fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the net frame, and then the lamp bars 7 are fixed on the parallel lamp bar clamping members 8 through the bolts 82 adhered or arranged in the middle of the lamp bar clamping members 8. Obviously, instead of fixing the light bars 7 at the upper and lower ends of the net frame, the light bars 7 may be fixed to a plurality of light bar clamping members 8 at the left and right sides of the net frame.
The claw groove 811 is not limited to an S-shaped structure, and only one groove can be formed at each of two ends of the light bar clamping member body 81, compared with the S-shaped structure, the light bar clamping member 8 can have two different installation lengths, and the applicability of the light bar clamping member 8 is improved; in addition, when the two grooves are different in size, the net pulling connecting rod 3 with different diameters can be also suitable for the net pulling connecting rod.
Of course, the light bar clamping member 8 shown in fig. 18 plays a role of fixing two independent racks, in short, if the volume of the display rack needs to be increased, the volume of a single foldable and telescopic rack is limited, and the volume of a single display rack formed by the single foldable and telescopic rack is limited, so that more than two racks can be fixed together through the light bar clamping member 8 and the bolt 82 in the middle of the light bar clamping member 8 to form a large display rack with the volume twice, even four times, that of the original rack. In other words, the display frames can be combined into 1×n, n×n, or even stepped large display frames based on a single display frame.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the intersection point 4 of any two net links 3 intersecting each other in any of the above embodiments is the midpoint of the two net links 3, that is, the surface of the net frame is a plane after the net frame is fully stretched. Of course, the intersection point 4 of any two cross-over net connecting rods 3 may be set at a non-midpoint position, and after the whole net rack is stretched, the surface of the net rack is a folded surface formed by a plurality of different planes, and the curved surface effect can be exhibited by combining the picture 5 surrounding the periphery of the net rack.
The main plane of the grid, i.e. the plane with the largest area for carrying more display functions, is formed by a plurality of edges, so that the fixing mode of the picture 5 on the edges is different. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the frame 5 at the outer periphery of the display frame may be formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of single webs, and the single webs are divided into a front single web and a side single web according to positions, that is, the frame 5 composed of only the front single web for displaying characters and images as shown in fig. 14, or the frame 5 composed of both the front single web and the side single web as shown in fig. 15. Of course, in order to achieve a complete and uninterrupted display effect of the picture 5, a full-width plate may be directly fixed to the periphery of the net rack, as shown in fig. 16.
The multifunctional display rack provided by the invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, the description of which is intended only to facilitate an understanding of the method of the present invention and its core ideas. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the invention can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
