Abstract

本发明提供一种可编程振荡器,包括晶振、R‑计时器、鉴相器、电荷泵、环路滤波器、VCO、P‑计时器、M‑计时器、数字接口、数据多工器1以及数据多工器2,本发明可编程振荡器可改变传统振荡器制程工艺、供电电压、温度变化的敏感性,而且进一步简化传统振荡器制程工艺,避免多重环节出现问题的风险,可在短期内全自动批量生产,质量稳定。

本发明涉及一种可编程振荡器。
背景技术
传统晶体振荡器的主要缺点是其输出频率受工艺、供电电压和温度变化的影响大,制程工艺繁琐,大大增加了产品生产周期。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可编程振荡器,包括晶振、R-计时器、鉴相器、电荷泵、环路滤波器、VCO、P-计时器、M-计时器、数字接口、数据多工器1以及数据多工器2;
晶振包括两个引出端XTAL1、XTAL2,晶振输出端连接R-计时器输入端,R-计时器输出端连接鉴相器的其中一个输入端,鉴相器的另一个输入端连接M-计时器输出端,鉴相器的输出端连接电荷泵的输入端,电荷泵的输出端连接环路滤波器的输入端,环路滤波器的输出端连接VCO的输入端,VCO的输出端连接M-计时器输入端,数据多工器1为2选1的数据多工器,数据多工器1其中一个输入端连接VCO的输出端,数据多工器1另一个输入端连接晶振输出端,数据多工器1输出端连接P-计时器的输入端,数据多工器2为3选1的数据多工器,数据多工器2三个输入端分别连接P-计时器的输出端、晶振的输出端、数字接口,数据多工器2输出端引出一个CLK端口,数字接口引出一个OE端口。
进一步地,所述R-计时器、M-计时器、P-计时器以及数字接口为可调整。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明可编程振荡器可改变传统振荡器制程工艺、供电电压、温度变化的敏感性,而且进一步简化传统振荡器制程工艺,避免多重环节出现问题的风险,可在短期内全自动批量生产,质量稳定。

晶振包括两个引出端XTAL1、XTAL2,晶振输出端连接R-计时器输入端,R-计时器输出端连接鉴相器的其中一个输入端,鉴相器的另一个输入端连接M-计时器输出端,鉴相器的输出端连接电荷泵的输入端,电荷泵的输出端连接环路滤波器的输入端,环路滤波器的输出端连接VCO的输入端,VCO的输出端连接M-计时器输入端,数据多工器1为2选1的数据多工器,数据多工器1其中一个输入端连接VCO的输出端,数据多工器1另一个输入端连接晶振输出端,数据多工器1输出端连接P-计时器的输入端,数据多工器2为3选1的数据多工器,数据多工器2三个输入端分别连接P-计时器的输出端、晶振的输出端、数字接口,数据多工器2输出端引出一个CLK端口,数字接口引出一个OE端口。
所述R-计时器、M-计时器、P-计时器以及数字接口为可调整。

1.一种可编程振荡器,其特征在于:包括晶振、R-计时器、鉴相器、电荷泵、环路滤波器、VCO、P-计时器、M-计时器、数字接口、数据多工器1以及数据多工器2;
晶振包括两个引出端XTAL1、XTAL2,晶振输出端连接R-计时器输入端,R-计时器输出端连接鉴相器的其中一个输入端,鉴相器的另一个输入端连接M-计时器输出端,鉴相器的输出端连接电荷泵的输入端,电荷泵的输出端连接环路滤波器的输入端,环路滤波器的输出端连接VCO的输入端,VCO的输出端连接M-计时器输入端,数据多工器1为2选1的数据多工器,数据多工器1其中一个输入端连接VCO的输出端,数据多工器1另一个输入端连接晶振输出端,数据多工器1输出端连接P-计时器的输入端,数据多工器2为3选1的数据多工器,数据多工器2三个输入端分别连接P-计时器的输出端、晶振的输出端、数字接口,数据多工器2输出端引出一个CLK端口,数字接口引出一个OE端口。
