Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a medical supervision method based on abnormal operation identification in an embodiment of the invention. The flow of the medical supervision method based on abnormal operation identification in the present embodiment as shown in the drawings may include:
s101, the terminal receives a medicine-opening request instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the medication start request instruction comprises symptoms, medicine information and doctor information, wherein the doctor information comprises the authority level of a doctor. The medical information is information of a medical product prescribed by a doctor for the patient, in a specific implementation scene, when the patient is in a doctor's visit, the doctor diagnoses the medical product of the patient, and inputs a medicine prescription request instruction according to the medical product of the patient, specifically, the request instruction carries the diagnosis of the medical product prescribed by the doctor for the medical product prescribed by the patient, and the doctor inputs the information into a page provided in advance to a terminal to generate a medicine prescription request instruction, and the terminal receives the medicine prescription request instruction input by the doctor.
S102, the terminal detects whether the symptoms in the medicine opening request instruction are matched with medicine information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal acquires the medicine-opening request instruction, whether the symptoms in the medicine-opening request instruction are matched with medicine information is detected. The specific mode of detecting whether the symptoms are matched with the medicine information by the terminal can be to acquire reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms in a preset database, wherein the preset database stores at least one reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms, and the reference medicine information comprises reference medicine names and a quantity threshold; in a specific implementation, the construction process of the preset database may be that, for each disease, the terminal obtains the medicines and the quantity of the medicines possibly treating the disease, and sets a quantity threshold according to the average value of the data quantity, where the quantity threshold may be 1.5 times of the average value, twice of the average value, and the like, and is not specifically limited. The specific mode of acquiring the medicines corresponding to the symptoms by the terminal may be that medicines corresponding to each symptom are collected through a big data engine, or medicines corresponding to each symptom are determined by receiving advice of medical specialists, and the terminal stores the names and the number threshold values of the medicines corresponding to the symptom as reference medicine information in a preset database.
When detecting whether the symptoms in the medicine opening request instruction are matched with the medicine information, the terminal acquires the reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms, detects whether the medicine names in the medicine information exist in the medicine names in the reference medicine information, further detects whether the number of the medicines is smaller than a number threshold value if the medicine names are detected to be matched with the reference medicine names corresponding to the symptoms, and determines that the symptoms in the medicine opening request instruction are matched with the medicine information if the number of the medicines is smaller than the number threshold value. Further, after determining that the symptoms in the medication start request instruction are matched with the medicine information, the terminal can execute corresponding medication start operation and end the flow.
For example, the condition in the medication start request command received by the terminal is fever, and the reference medicine name and the number threshold corresponding to the condition stored in the preset database are shown in table 1:
table 1:
and if the medicine information in the medicine-opening request instruction received by the terminal is aspirin and the number of the medicine information is 1 box, the terminal determines that the symptoms in the medicine-opening request instruction are matched with the medicine information and executes corresponding medicine-opening operation.
And S103, if the two types of the medicine are not matched, the terminal outputs early warning prompt information, wherein the early warning prompt information comprises options of continuing to start the medicine and canceling to start the medicine.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the terminal detects that the symptoms in the medicine-opening request instruction are not matched with the medicine information, the terminal outputs the early warning prompt information, wherein the early warning prompt information is used for prompting that the medicine information is suspected to have errors, and the early warning prompt information comprises the items of possible suspected errors, and the items of suspected errors comprise: the medicine name corresponding to the disease in the medicine-opening request instruction does not exist in the reference medicine name corresponding to the disease, or the medicine quantity exceeds the quantity threshold.
Further, the early warning prompt information further includes options of continuing to start the medicine and canceling to start the medicine, and the terminal can receive a selection instruction of the doctor for continuing to start the medicine, and execute step S104.
And S104, if the terminal receives a continuous medicine-opening instruction, the terminal detects the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instruction for continuing to start the medicine is a selection instruction aiming at a continuous medicine start option in the early warning prompt information, and after the terminal outputs the early warning prompt information, if the instruction for continuing to start the medicine selected by a doctor is received, the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information in the medicine start request instruction is detected. In specific implementation, the terminal acquires value detection index data of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information, wherein the value detection index comprises: the price, rarity and harm of the medicine are determined, and the value of the medicine is determined according to the medicine detection index data.
In one implementation, the terminal determines the value of the drug according to the drug price, specifically, the drug information in the start request instruction further includes the drug price, the terminal determines the product of the drug price and the number of drugs as the drug price, and directly determines the drug price as the drug value.
In one implementation, the terminal determines the value of the medicine according to the rarity of the medicine, specifically, three rarity grades can be divided, the rarity of the medicine for treating common diseases such as cold, cough, dizziness and the like is determined to be low-grade, the rarity of the rehabilitation medicine after operation is determined to be medium-grade, and the rarity of the anticancer medicine is determined to be high-grade. Each rarity class of drugs corresponds to a value. If the value corresponding to the medicine with the low rarity grade is 100, the value corresponding to the medicine with the medium rarity grade is 1000, the value corresponding to the medicine with the high rarity grade is 10000, etc. The rare degree classification of the medicines and the specific value corresponding to the rare degree of the medicines can be preset by a developer, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Further, the terminal also combines the rarity of the medicines and the quantity of the medicines to determine the value of the medicines, if the value of the medicines with the rarity of 1 box being lower is 100, the value of the medicines with the rarity of 10 boxes being lower is 1000.
In one implementation, the terminal determines the drug value based on the drug hazard level. Specifically, three hazard levels may be divided, the hazard level of the medicine having no side effect is determined as low, the hazard level of the medicine having a certain side effect is determined as medium, and the hazard level of the medicine having a higher side effect is determined as high. Each hazard class of drug corresponds to a value. If the corresponding value of the medicine with the harm degree level of low grade is 100, the corresponding value of the medicine with the harm degree level of medium grade is 1000, the corresponding value of the medicine with the harm degree level of high grade is 10000, etc. The hazard degree classification of the medicines and the specific value corresponding to the hazard degree of the medicines can be preset by a developer, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Further, the terminal also combines the medicine hazard degree and the medicine quantity to determine the value of the medicine, if the value of 1 box of medicine with low hazard degree is 100, the value of 10 boxes of medicine with low hazard degree is 1000.
S105, the terminal determines whether the doctor has the medicine-opening authority according to the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information and the authority level of the doctor.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal acquires the value of the medicine in the medicine opening request instruction, whether the doctor has the medicine opening authority is determined according to the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information and the authority level of the doctor.
In specific implementation, the terminal determines a target authority level corresponding to the value of the medicine in the medicine opening request instruction according to the corresponding relation between the preset value and the authority level. Wherein the authority levels may be classified into a first level, a second level, and a third level. The first level is greater than the second level, and the second level is greater than the third level. The division of the doctor's authority level may be specifically determined by the doctor's title, for example, the authority level of the doctor of the higher-level title and the doctor of the lower-level title is set to a first level, the authority level of the doctor of the middle-level title is set to a second level, and the authority level of the doctor of the primary and lower-level titles is set to a third level. The specific correspondence between the value of the medicine and the authority level may be that, if the value of the medicine is greater than a first preset threshold, it is determined that the target authority level corresponding to the value of the medicine is the first level, if the value of the medicine is between the first preset threshold and a second preset threshold, it is determined that the target authority level corresponding to the value of the medicine is the second level, and if the value of the medicine is less than the second preset threshold, it is determined that the target authority level corresponding to the value of the medicine is the third level. The first preset threshold is greater than the second preset threshold, and the specific size of the first preset threshold greater than the second preset threshold can be preset by a research and development personnel.
After the terminal obtains the target authority level corresponding to the medicine value in the medicine-opening request instruction, the terminal judges whether the authority level of the doctor is greater than or equal to the target authority level. And if the authority level of the doctor is greater than or equal to the target authority level, determining that the doctor has the medicine-opening authority. If the authority level of the doctor is smaller than the target authority level, the terminal can send out prompt information that the authority level is not matched, and refuses to execute the medicine opening request instruction. Further, the terminal may submit the medication start request instruction to the doctor with the authority level greater than or equal to the target authority level, so that the doctor with the authority level greater than or equal to the target authority level may audit the medication start request instruction, and if the audit is passed, step S106 is executed.
For example, the value of the medicine in the medicine-opening request instruction is 1000, the first preset threshold is 10000, the second preset threshold is 500, and the target permission level corresponding to the value of the terminal medicine is the second level. If the order of the medication start request is sent by the doctor of the first level, step S106 is executed, if the medication start request is sent by the doctor of the third level, the order of the medication start request needs to be submitted to the doctor of the first level or the doctor of the second level for verification, and after the verification is passed, the corresponding medication start operation is executed. If the verification is not passed, the corresponding medicine-opening operation is refused to be executed.
S106, if the terminal determines that the doctor has the drug-opening authority, the drug-opening operation is executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal detects that the authority level of the doctor is greater than or equal to the target authority level, the terminal determines that the doctor has the medicine-opening authority, and executes corresponding medicine-opening operation. The medicine-opening operation can be that the terminal forwards the medicine-opening request instruction to the terminal of the medicine-dispensing doctor, or the medicine-opening list is generated and printed, etc.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal judges whether the symptoms of the patient in the medicine-opening request instruction sent by the doctor are matched with medicines corresponding to the symptoms, and sends the early warning prompt information when the symptoms are not matched, so that erroneous medicine-opening caused by negligence of the doctor can be prevented, further, the terminal acquires the medicine value in the request instruction and acquires the target authority level corresponding to the value, and only when the authority level of the doctor is detected to be greater than or equal to the target authority level corresponding to the value of the medicine, the medicine-opening operation is executed, and the probability of doctor-patient accretion and false medicine-opening is reduced. By the mode, the terminal can automatically detect the illegal behaviors in the medical process, and the medical supervision efficiency is improved.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of another method of medical supervision based on abnormal operation identification in an embodiment of the invention. The flow of the medical supervision method based on abnormal operation identification in the present embodiment as shown in the drawings may include:
S201, the terminal receives a medicine-opening request instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the medicine-opening request instruction comprises symptoms, medicine information and doctor information, wherein the doctor information comprises authority level of doctors and doctor categories, and the doctor categories can be orthopedics doctors, internal doctors, gynecology doctors and the like.
S202, the terminal detects whether the doctor category in the medicine-opening request instruction is matched with the symptoms according to the corresponding relation between the preset doctor information and the symptoms.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the medicine-opening request instruction, the terminal detects whether the doctor category in the medicine-opening request instruction is matched with the symptoms according to the corresponding relation between the preset doctor information and the symptoms, if not, the terminal refuses to execute the medicine-opening request instruction and ends the process, wherein the doctor information can be doctor category, and the symptoms information is the symptoms of the patient. For example, if the doctor category in the medication intake request instruction is an orthopedics doctor and the condition is myocardial infarction, the terminal determines that the doctor category is not matched with the condition, and refuses to execute the medication intake request instruction. Wherein, a database of doctor categories and corresponding symptoms can be established, and the corresponding relation between doctor categories and symptoms is stored in the database. If the doctor category in the medication intake request instruction matches the condition, step S203 is executed.
S203, the terminal detects whether the symptoms in the medicine opening request instruction are matched with medicine information.
In the embodiment of the invention, a specific mode of detecting whether the symptoms in the medicine starting request instruction are matched with the medicine information by the terminal may be that the terminal acquires the reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms in a preset database, and the preset database stores at least one reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms, wherein the reference medicine information includes a reference medicine name and a quantity threshold. If the medicine name in the medicine information is detected to be matched with the reference medicine name corresponding to the medicine information and the medicine quantity is smaller than the quantity threshold, the terminal determines that the medicine information is matched with the medicine information in the medicine starting request instruction. If the terminal is matched with the terminal, the terminal executes a medicine-opening operation, wherein the medicine-opening operation can be that the terminal forwards the medicine-opening request instruction to the terminal of a dispensing doctor, or a medicine-opening list is generated and printed. If not, step S204 is performed.
S204, if the two types of the medicine are not matched, the terminal outputs early warning prompt information, wherein the early warning prompt information comprises options of continuing to start the medicine and cancelling the start of the medicine.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the terminal detects that the symptoms in the medicine-opening request instruction are not matched with the medicine information, the terminal outputs the early warning prompt information, wherein the early warning prompt information is used for prompting that the medicine information is suspected to have errors, and the early warning prompt information comprises the items of possible suspected errors, and the items of suspected errors comprise: the name of the drug corresponding to the disorder does not exist in the name of the reference drug corresponding to the disorder, or the number of drugs exceeds a number threshold.
Further, the early warning prompt information further includes options of continuing to start the medicine and canceling to start the medicine, and the terminal can receive an option selection instruction of the doctor and execute step S104.
S205, if the terminal receives a continuous medicine-opening instruction, detecting the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information in the medicine-opening request instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the instruction to continue to start a medicine is a selection instruction for a option to continue to start a medicine in the early warning prompt information, and a specific manner of detecting a value of a medicine corresponding to medicine information in the instruction to start a medicine may be that the terminal obtains value detection index data of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information in the instruction to start a medicine, where the value detection index includes: price of medicine, rarity of medicine, hazard of medicine. Specifically, the medicine information in the medicine-opening request instruction further includes a medicine unit price, the terminal determines the product of the medicine unit price and the medicine quantity as a medicine price, and the medicine rarity is classified into three grades, for example, the rarity of the medicine for treating common diseases such as cold, cough, dizziness and the like is determined as a low grade, the rarity of the rehabilitation medicine after operation is determined as a medium grade, and the rarity of the anticancer medicine is determined as a high grade. The hazard level of the medicine is classified into three grades, the hazard level of the medicine without side effect is determined to be low, the hazard level of the medicine with certain side effect is determined to be medium, and the hazard level of the medicine with higher side effect is determined to be high.
And the terminal determines a weighting coefficient according to the medicine rarity and the medicine hazard degree. Specifically, each medicine with rarity level corresponds to a weighting coefficient, for example, the weighting coefficient corresponding to the rarity level is 1, the weighting coefficient corresponding to the rarity level is middle level is 10, and the weighting coefficient corresponding to the rarity level is high level is 100. The medicine with each hazard level corresponds to a weighting coefficient, for example, the weighting coefficient corresponding to the hazard level is 1, the weighting coefficient corresponding to the hazard level is 10, and the weighting coefficient corresponding to the hazard level is 100.
And the terminal adopts the weighting coefficient to carry out weighting treatment on the price of the medicine to obtain the value of the medicine, for example, for medicines with the price of 100, the rarity level of low grade and the harm level of medium grade, the terminal determines the weighting coefficient to be 100, and the value of the medicine obtained by adopting the weighting coefficient to carry out weighting treatment on the price of the medicine by the terminal is 10000.
S206, the terminal determines whether the doctor has the medicine-opening authority according to the value of the medicine corresponding to the medicine information and the authority level of the doctor.
If the authority level of the doctor is greater than or equal to the target authority level, determining that the doctor has the medicine-opening authority. If the authority level of the doctor is smaller than the target authority level, the terminal can send out prompt information that the authority level is not matched, and refuses to execute the medicine opening request instruction.
S207, if the terminal determines that the doctor has the drug-opening authority, the drug-opening operation is executed.
S208, the terminal adds the medicine opening request instruction into a list of instructions to be checked.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal detects that the symptoms are not matched with the medicine information, and after the terminal executes the medicine opening operation, the medicine opening request instruction is added into the to-be-checked instruction list, so that the medical expert group can perform the post-check on the medicine opening request instruction in the to-be-checked instruction list.
S209, the terminal receives an auditing result aiming at the medicine-opening request instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal receives the auditing result aiming at the medicine opening request instruction, and if the auditing result is that the auditing result passes, the medicine information in the medicine opening request instruction is used as the reference medicine information corresponding to the symptoms and added into the preset database. Furthermore, the terminal can further promote the credit value of the doctor, and if the auditing result is that the auditing is failed, the credit value of the doctor is reduced.
