It should be noted that, first, the target blockchain node device receives a medical insurance ticket auditing request sent by a medical insurance ticket auditing request terminal, where the medical insurance ticket request carries a first unique identifier of a medical insurance ticket; the first unique identification includes: the bill number of the medical insurance bill and the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill; the medical insurance bill auditing request terminal is deployed at a medical insurance bill auditing request party. Further, the target block link point device determines a target medical insurance ticket including the first unique identifier from among the plurality of medical insurance tickets based on a plurality of target information including medical insurance tickets stored in advance in the block link network. The target tile link point device then compares the content in the medical insurance ticket with the content in the target medical insurance ticket. Finally, if the content in the medical insurance ticket is different from the content in the target medical insurance ticket, the target blockchain node equipment sends an audit report to the medical insurance ticket audit request terminal, wherein the audit report is used for indicating the difference between the medical insurance ticket and the content in the target medical insurance ticket and the fact that the medical insurance ticket is false to the medical insurance ticket audit request party. By adopting the application, the auditing efficiency of the medical insurance bill can be improved, and the risk of medical insurance fund loss can be reduced.
The blockchain has the following three properties: 1. blockchain is a distributed database system placed in an unsecure environment; 2. adopting a hash function mode to ensure that the existing data is not tampered; 3. and adopting a consensus algorithm to agree on the newly added data.
Embodiments of the present application are generally directed to the property of tamper resistance by employing a hash function to ensure that target information stored on a blockchain is not tampered with.
It should be noted that the hash function has the following properties, and assuming that X is obtained by hashing, y=h (X), then: knowing X, Y is easy to derive, whereas knowing Y does not, in particular, there is no other X1, so that H (X1) =y. That is, the hash function has irreversibility.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a medical insurance ticket auditing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the following details the medical insurance ticket auditing method provided by the medical insurance ticket auditing system, the method may at least include the following steps:
s301, the target blockchain node equipment receives a medical insurance bill auditing request sent by a medical insurance bill auditing request terminal.
In an embodiment of the present application, the medical insurance ticket may include: the number of the medical insurance bill, the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill, the diagnosis items in the medical insurance bill and the corresponding fees of the diagnosis items, the identification card number, the name, the sex, the contact way, the name of the medical institution and the like of the patient in the medical insurance bill.
The medical insurance ticket request carries a first unique identifier of the medical insurance ticket; the first unique identification includes: the bill number of the medical insurance bill, the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill.
The contents of the medical insurance ticket include: the diagnosis items in the medical insurance bill and the corresponding fees of the diagnosis items, the identification card number, the name, the sex, the contact information and other information of the patient in the medical insurance bill.
The medical insurance bill auditing request terminal is deployed on a medical insurance bill auditing request party; wherein, medical insurance bill auditing requesting party includes: the human resource society security bureau.
It should be noted that the target block link point device is one block link point device in a block chain network.
Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of a medical insurance ticket.
As shown in fig. 4, the charging ticket may include: the bill number of the charging bill (KL 36745674), the registration number of the patient in the charging bill at XX hospital (0004883472), the name of the medical institution where the patient is in the charging bill, the name, sex, date of the treatment (2018, 6, 9 days), and diagnostic item (physical examination).
S302, the target block chain link point device determines a target medical insurance ticket containing a first unique identifier from a plurality of medical insurance tickets according to a plurality of target information containing the medical insurance tickets which are pre-stored in the block chain network.
Specifically, the target blockchain node device scans each medical insurance ticket in the plurality of medical insurance tickets into a medical insurance ticket image through an optical character recognition technology (Optical Character Recognition, OCR) according to a plurality of target information containing the medical insurance tickets stored in the blockchain network in advance, further extracts text features of each medical insurance ticket image in the plurality of medical insurance ticket images, compares the extracted text features with text features in a text feature database, and recognizes the text of each medical insurance ticket image in the plurality of medical insurance ticket images, so that the target medical insurance ticket containing the first unique identifier is determined from the plurality of medical insurance tickets.
For example, the block link point device may scan the charging bill shown in fig. 4 into a charging bill image by OCR technology, further perform text feature extraction on text in the charging bill image, and then compare the extracted text feature with text feature in the text feature database to identify text in the charging bill image, so as to determine the bill number (KL 36745674) of the charging bill in the charging bill, the registration number (0004883472) of the patient in the XX hospital in the charging bill, the name of the patient, the name, the sex, the date of the patient (6/9/2018) of the patient in the charging bill, and the diagnostic item (body inspection).
It should be noted that, before determining the target medical insurance ticket containing the first unique identifier from the plurality of medical insurance tickets according to the target information containing the medical insurance tickets pre-stored in the blockchain network, the target blockchain link point device further includes the following working procedures:
process one: the target block link point device receives a plurality of medical insurance tickets sent by medical insurance ticket providing terminals deployed in a plurality of medical institutions respectively.
In particular, the medical insurance ticket providing terminal may store the medical insurance ticket in two ways, including but not limited to.
The first way is: and storing the medical insurance ticket in a cloud database connected with a medical insurance ticket providing terminal.
The second way is: the medical insurance ticket is stored in an internal memory of the medical insurance ticket providing terminal.
And a second process: the target block link point device generates a second unique identification for each of the plurality of medical insurance policies based on the characteristic value of each of the medical insurance policies.
Wherein, the characteristic value at least comprises:
the bill number of the medical insurance bill, the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill.
The target block chain link point equipment receives the medical insurance notes respectively, which are sent by the medical insurance note providing terminal of the medical insurance institutions, carries out hash operation on the characteristic value of each medical insurance note in the medical insurance notes respectively, and takes the hash value after the hash operation as a second unique identifier of each medical insurance note respectively.
It should be noted that, the characteristic values in the medical insurance ticket at least include: the bill number of the medical insurance bill, the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill, and the name, the identification card number, the contact mode, and the like of the patient can be included.
And a third process: the target blockchain node device sends a plurality of target information to other blockchain node devices outside the blockchain node device, so that the other blockchain node devices verify the plurality of target information, wherein the target information comprises: the medical insurance ticket and the second unique identifier of the medical insurance ticket.
Specifically, the target blockchain node device sends a plurality of target information to other blockchain link point devices except the target blockchain link point device in the blockchain network, so that the first blockchain node device carries out hash operation on the characteristic value of the medical insurance ticket in the first target information according to a hash function used when the target blockchain link point device generates the second unique identifier of the medical insurance ticket in the first target information, and the hash value after the hash operation is compared with the received second unique identifier of the medical insurance ticket in the first target information sent by the target blockchain link point device; the first target block link point device is any block link point device except the target block link point device in the block chain network, and the first target information is any target information in a plurality of target information;
If the hash value after the hash operation is the same as the received second unique identification of the first target information sent by the target block link point device, the first target information passes verification.
And a process IV: if the plurality of target information passes the verification, the target block link point device generates a target block containing the plurality of target information.
Specifically, the blocks on the blockchain network are composed of block heads and block bodies. The block header includes the hash value of the current block, the hash value of the previous block, the timestamp and other information, and the block body includes the data information of the current block.
Taking the medical insurance bill uploaded by the staff of the medical institution as an example, as shown in fig. 5, the block structures of the block N and the block (n+1) are the same, and the medical insurance bill is stored in the block main body.
And a fifth process: the target block link point device writes the target block to the blockchain network.
Specifically, the specific manner in which a target block containing multiple target information is written to the blockchain network is described in detail below.
Firstly, taking the last block on the existing block chain network as the last block of the target block, and recording the hash value of the last block in the block head of the target block; and then recording the current time as the time stamp of the target block, and when the next new block is generated, taking the target block as the previous block of the new block, wherein the hash value of the target block is recorded in the block head of the new block. Wherein, the last block on the blockchain network refers to the block with the time of the timestamp record closest to the current time in all blocks on the blockchain network.
In summary, the objective block records the hash value of the last block and the hash value of the target block, and the objective is to ensure the non-tamper-resistance of the medical insurance ticket by utilizing the chain structure and the irreversibility of the hash encryption algorithm connected in front and back on the blockchain network.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, consider a block 1-4 on a blockchain network, where the block 1 holds the hash value H0 of the previous block, the hash value H1 of the block 1, and the data block a of the block 1, and the block 2 holds the hash value H1 of the previous block, the hash value H2 of the block 2, and the data block B of the block 2, the block 3-level block 4, and so on. For each block, the hash value of the block is calculated by performing hash operation on the data synthesized by the data block of the block and the hash value of the last block.
For example, the hash value of block 1 to block 4 in fig. 6 is calculated by: h1 =hash (a|h0), h2=hash (b|h1), h3=hash (c|h2), h4=hash (d|h3), where|denotes concatenation and Hash denotes a Hash operation. In summary, it can be seen that, if a data block on any block is tampered with, the hash values on all blocks after the block on the blockchain network need to be changed according to the connection relationship between the front block and the back block. For example: if the contents of data block a on block 1 in fig. 6 were to be changed, the hash values in Ha Xitou on block 2, block 3, block 4 and subsequent blocks would need to be changed accordingly. Obviously, the difficulty is high, the cost is very high, and in theory, 51% and more nodes (the nodes can create new blocks, commonly called mining nodes) on the blockchain network are controlled, so that the tampering of the data can be completed.
S303, the target block chain link point equipment compares the content in the medical insurance bill with the content in the target medical insurance bill.
Specifically, the target block link point device compares the medical insurance ticket with the target medical insurance ticket according to various information such as a diagnosis item in the medical insurance ticket and a fee corresponding to the diagnosis item in the content of the medical insurance ticket.
Taking pregnant women's labor exam as an example, diagnostic items may include, but are not limited to: urine analysis, blood glucose analysis, four-dimensional color ultrasound, glucose tolerance test and the like.
And S304, if the content in the medical insurance bill is different from the content in the target medical insurance bill, the target blockchain node equipment sends an audit report to the medical insurance bill audit request terminal, wherein the audit report is used for indicating the difference between the medical insurance bill and the content in the target medical insurance bill and the fact that the medical insurance bill is false to the medical insurance bill audit request party.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 4, if the blockchain node device determines that the diagnostic fee (8.60) in the medical charging receipt sent by the medical insurance policy providing terminal is different from the diagnostic fee (6.00) in the target medical charging receipt stored in the blockchain, the audit report generated by the target blockchain node device may include the following contents: A. suspicious items: diagnostic fee 8.60 (reference result: diagnostic fee 6.00), B, audit prompt: the medical insurance ticket is false, suggesting that further auditing of the medical charging ticket be performed manually.
It should be noted that after the target blockchain link point device compares the content in the medical insurance ticket with the content in the target medical insurance ticket, if the content in the medical insurance ticket is all the same as the content in the target medical insurance ticket, the blockchain node device sends a first prompting medical insurance ticket request terminal; the first prompt is used for prompting the medical insurance bill auditing requester that the medical insurance bill is true.
It should be noted that fig. 4 to 6 are only for explaining the present application, and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
In summary, the target blockchain node device receives a medical insurance ticket auditing request sent by a medical insurance ticket auditing request terminal, wherein the medical insurance ticket request carries a first unique identifier of a medical insurance ticket; the first unique identification includes: the bill number of the medical insurance bill and the registration number of the patient in the medical institution in the medical insurance bill; the medical insurance bill auditing request terminal is deployed on a medical insurance bill auditing request party; the target blockchain node device determines a target medical insurance ticket containing a first unique identifier from a plurality of medical insurance tickets according to a plurality of target information containing the medical insurance tickets which are pre-stored in a blockchain network; the target block link point equipment compares the content in the medical insurance ticket with the content in the target medical insurance ticket; if the content in the medical insurance ticket is different from the content in the target medical insurance ticket, the target blockchain node equipment sends an audit report to the medical insurance ticket audit request terminal, wherein the audit report is used for indicating the difference between the medical insurance ticket and the content in the target medical insurance ticket and the fact that the medical insurance ticket is false to the medical insurance ticket audit request party.
