Abstract
一种空调空气加湿净化器,包括碳纤维层、棉纤维滤层、复合滤网层、箱体、水管、接空调内机管、室内机罩;所述碳纤维层和棉纤维滤层固定在箱体内;所述水管穿过箱体,所述水管的一端的进口连通空调排水管,另一端封闭,所述水管上开有小孔,所述棉纤维滤层包裹水管,与小孔中流出的水形成水帘;所述箱体上设有挡板,能蓄水;所述箱体的底部设有排水口,能排挡板所形成水槽内的水;所述箱体上开有出风口,所述出风口通过接空调内机管连接室内机罩;所述接空调内机管与出风口连接的一端的管道内设有复合滤网层。结构简单,制造成本低,使用方便;能实现空气外循环,加湿空气,对空气进行过滤、杀菌消毒,并净化空气。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备领域,尤其涉及一种空调空气加湿净化器。
背景技术
众所周知,家用空调都是内循环,长时间待在空调房里,因空气不流通,环境得不到改善,会出现鼻塞、头昏、打喷嚏、耳鸣、乏力、记忆力减退等症状,以及一些皮肤过敏的症状,如皮肤发紧发干、易过敏、皮肤变差等等。这类现象在现代医学上称之为“空调综合症”或“空调病”。
发明内容
本发明所要解决技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种能加湿净化空气的空调空气加湿净化器。
为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种空调空气加湿净化器,包括碳纤维层、棉纤维滤层、复合滤网层、箱体、水管、接空调内机管、室内机罩;所述碳纤维层和棉纤维滤层固定在箱体内;所述水管穿过箱体,所述水管的一端的进口连通空调排水管,另一端封闭,所述水管上开有小孔,所述棉纤维滤层包裹水管,与小孔中流出的水形成水帘;所述箱体上设有挡板,能蓄水;所述箱体的底部设有排水口,能排挡板所形成水槽内的水;所述箱体上开有出风口,所述出风口通过接空调内机管连接室内机罩;所述接空调内机管与出风口连接的一端的管道内设有复合滤网层。
进一步,所述室内机罩内设有一层复合滤网;所述室内机罩上设有进风口;所述室内机罩上设有阀门,能开关进风口;所述室内机罩上设有拉门板,能拉开与室内空气进行对接。
进一步,所述接空调内机管一端连接箱体上的出风口,另一端连接室内机罩上的进风口;
进一步,所述碳纤维层位于过滤层的最外层,能过滤雾霾。
进一步,所述箱体上设有挂钩,能悬挂在墙壁上。
进一步,所述接空调内机管与出风口连接的一端的管道内的复合滤网的材质为椰壳黄金纤维,能去除异味、甲醛等有害物质,进化空气。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、结构简单,制造成本低,使用方便;
2、能实现空气外循环,加湿空气,对空气进行过滤、杀菌消毒,并净化空气。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式并且结合附图对本发明的技术方案作具体说明。
参照图1-3,本实施例包括碳纤维层51、棉纤维滤层52、复合滤网层17、箱体4、水管2、接空调内机管11、室内机罩15;碳纤维层51和棉纤维滤层52固定在箱体4内;水管2穿过箱体4,水管2的一端的进口1连接空调排水管10,另一端封闭,水管2上开有小孔3,棉纤维滤层52包裹水管2,和小孔3中留出的水形成水帘;箱体4上设有挡板8,能蓄水;箱体4的底部设有排水口6,能排挡板8所形成水槽9内的水;箱体4上开有出风口7,出风口7通过接空调内机管11连接室内机罩15;接空调内机管11与出风口7连接的一端的管道内设有复合滤网层17。
室内机罩15内设有一层复合滤网17;室内机罩15上设有进风口12;室内机罩上设有阀门14,能开关进风口12;室内机罩15上设有拉门板19,能拉开与室内空气进行对接。拉门板19通过铰链固接在室内机罩15上。
接空调内机管11一端连接箱体4上的出风口7,另一端连接室内机罩上15的进风口12;
碳纤维层51位于过滤层5的最外层,能过滤雾霾。
箱体4上设有挂钩13,能悬挂在墙壁上。
接空调内机管11与出风口7连接的一端的管道内的复合滤网17的材质为椰壳黄金纤维,能去除异味、甲醛等有害物质,进化空气。
将装置装配好后,过滤层5的第一层是碳纤维层51,能过滤雾霾;然后把空调外机的排水管10接到水管2的进口1处,此时,水会从水管2的小3孔流出,过滤层5中的棉纤维滤层52包裹水管2,此时,棉纤维滤层52会吸收从水管2的小3孔流出的水,从而形成水帘,能湿润空气和进一步过滤雾霾;接空调内机管11的一端接上接风口7,另一端接上空调内机的进风处12,接空调内机管11内的复合滤网17对空气进行杀菌消毒和净化,再导向空气进入空调内机,实现外循环。
在冬天的时候,需要进行空调内循环时,只需要打开拉门板19即可,室内机罩15内的复合滤网层17会对空气进行杀菌消毒和净化,给人们提供一个舒适的室内环境。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体导向实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明的保护范围的行为。
Claims (6)
1.一种空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,包括碳纤维层、棉纤维滤层、复合滤网层、箱体、水管、接空调内机管、室内机罩;所述碳纤维层和棉纤维滤层固定在箱体内;所述水管穿过箱体,所述水管的一端的进口连通空调排水管,另一端封闭,所述水管上开有小孔,所述棉纤维滤层包裹水管,与小孔中流出的水形成水帘;所述箱体上设有挡板,能蓄水;所述箱体的底部设有排水口,能排挡板所形成水槽内的水;所述箱体上开有出风口,所述出风口通过接空调内机管连接室内机罩;所述接空调内机管与出风口连接的一端的管道内设有复合滤网层。
2.如权利要求1所述的空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述室内机罩内设有一层复合滤网;所述室内机罩上设有进风口;所述室内机罩上设有阀门,能开关进风口;所述室内机罩上设有拉门板,能拉开与室内空气进行对接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述接空调内机管一端连接箱体上的出风口,另一端连接室内机罩上的进风口。
4.如权利要求3所述的空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层位于过滤层的最外层,能过滤雾霾。
5.如权利要求4所述的空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有挂钩,能悬挂在墙壁上。
6.如权利要求5所述的空调空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述接空调内机管与出风口连接的一端的管道内的复合滤网的材质为椰壳黄金纤维,能去除异味、甲醛等有害物质,进化空气。
