优选地,所述密封胶条(15)鸭嘴胶条(5)胶垫(13)有三元乙丙橡胶制成,保温板(9)有聚氨基甲酸酯材料制成,泡沫条(10)有聚苯乙烯材料制成,连接桥(101)有聚酰胺纤维材料制成,角码(3)有铝合金材料制成。
同时本发明高密度橡塑保温棉(11)填充在断桥铝合金型材空腔内部增加窗户整体节能效果,避免室内外温度相互传导;密度板(8)、保温板(9)、泡沫条(10)、密封胶条(15)、玻璃垫片(7)安装在中空玻璃(6)与窗扇(4)窗框(1)窗中梃(2)之间的区域,避免中空玻璃(6)与窗扇(4)窗框(1)窗中梃(2)断桥铝合金型材金属部分的直接接触,整体密封效果好,增加窗户整体节能效果;窗框(1)拼接处、窗扇(4)拼接处、窗中梃(2)与窗框(1)拼接处、压条(12)与窗扇(4)窗框(1)窗中梃(2)拼接处拼接前拼接截面都涂覆有断面胶,拼接后拼接缝隙处都涂覆有密封胶,避免水和灰尘容易从拼接处进入断桥铝合金型材内部,降低窗户的节能性能;中空玻璃(6)有两块Low-E玻璃、暖边条、丁基胶和氩气复合制成,暖边条与两块Low-E玻璃之间为中空区域,中空区域内充装有氩气,氩气能够有效降低中空玻璃的传热系数,Low-E玻璃表面镀覆单银膜层,单银膜层较好的隔热效果和良好的透光性。

Claims (5)

1.一种节能断桥铝合金平开窗,它包括窗扇、窗框、窗中梃、角码、压条、高密度橡塑保温棉、密度板、保温板、泡沫条、密封胶条、鸭嘴胶条、断面胶、中空玻璃、玻璃垫片、执手、合页、胶垫和密封胶,所述窗框四角拼接处安装有角码,所述窗中梃安装在窗框中间位置,所述窗扇安装在窗中梃与窗框一侧之间区域,所述中空玻璃安装在窗扇内侧,中空玻璃安装在窗中梃与窗框另一侧之间区域内侧,所述窗扇窗框窗中梃有断桥铝合金型材制成,断桥铝合金型材一侧有凸出翼板,断桥铝合金型材室内室外两侧通过连接桥连接形成一个整体,断桥铝合金型材内部有空腔,其特征是所述高密度橡塑保温棉填充在,断桥铝合金型材空腔内部,所述玻璃垫片安装在窗扇内侧与中空玻璃四周接触区域内,玻璃垫片安装在窗中梃窗框之间内侧,与中空玻璃四周接触区域内,所述密度板安装在玻璃垫片外侧与窗扇内侧接触区域内,密度板安装在玻璃垫片外侧与窗中梃窗框之间内侧接触区域内,所述泡沫条安装在中空玻璃两侧,所述保温板安装在泡沫条外侧,保温板安装在窗扇窗框窗中梃断桥铝合金型材翼板内侧,所述压条安装在保温板外侧,压条一侧与窗扇窗框窗中梃断桥铝合金型材连接,压条内部填充有高密度橡塑保温棉,所述密封胶条安装在保温板泡沫条与中空玻璃接触区域外侧,密封胶条的一侧安装在窗扇窗中梃窗框压条内侧,密封胶条的另一侧与中空玻璃紧密接触,所述鸭嘴胶条安装在窗中梃窗框之间内侧,与窗扇四周接触区域内,鸭嘴胶条一侧安装在窗框窗中梃之间内侧,鸭嘴胶条另一侧与窗扇四周接触,所述鸭嘴胶条为开口式密封胶条,鸭嘴胶条安装后开口朝向室内,所述执手安装在窗扇与窗中挺接触的一侧,执手与窗扇之间有胶垫,所述合页安装在执手相对侧的窗扇与窗框接触区域内,合页固定在窗框上的部分在对应窗扇的部位安装有密封胶条,合页固定在窗扇上的部分在对应窗框的部位安装有密封胶条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能断桥铝合金平开窗,其特征在于所述窗扇内外两侧,与窗框窗中梃内外两侧接触位置安装有密封胶条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能断桥铝合金平开窗,其特征在于所述中空玻璃有两块Low-E玻璃、暖边条、丁基胶和氩气复合制成,两块Low-E玻璃之间靠近外侧四周有暖边条,丁基胶将暖边条和两块Low-E玻璃密合连接为一个整体,所述丁基胶高出两块Low-E玻璃边缘为3~5mm,所述暖边条与两块Low-E玻璃之间为中空区域,中空区域内充装有氩气,所述Low-E玻璃表面镀覆单银膜层或双银膜层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能断桥铝合金平开窗,其特征在于所述窗框拼接处、窗扇拼接处、窗中梃与窗框拼接处拼接前拼接截面都涂覆有断面胶,拼接后拼接缝隙处都涂覆有密封胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能断桥铝合金平开窗,其特征在于所述密封胶条鸭嘴胶条胶垫有三元乙丙橡胶制成,保温板有聚氨基甲酸酯材料制成,泡沫条有聚苯乙烯材料制成,连接桥有聚酰胺纤维材料制成,角码有铝合金材料制成。
