Background
The brake system is an important system of the vehicle, and the brake oil pot is an important component of the brake system, and the brake oil pot is fixed on the brake master cylinder. The conventional oil can is generally divided into an upper shell and a lower shell, and is formed by one-time welding, wherein the distance between the highest liquid level line (MAX line) and the lowest liquid level line (MIN line) of the oil can is smaller and is only 23.35mm, and the liquid level is unstable due to jolt of a road surface in the running process of a vehicle, so that a false alarm phenomenon is easy to occur; when jolting, shaking and loss are encountered, the conventional brake oiler is not easy to control, can give an alarm easily, and brings unnecessary trouble to vehicle driving.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of small height drop and instability in the prior art, and provides a three-section type brake oilcan which can achieve the purposes of stable liquid level and stable installation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: the three-section type brake oilcan comprises a shell, wherein the shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the upper shell comprises an oil filling port and an upper shell bottom plate, and the lower shell comprises a brake oil outlet joint and a lower shell top plate; the oil filling cavity is arranged in the shell, and the highest liquid level marking (MAX line) and the lowest liquid level marking (MIN line) are arranged on the outer side wall of the shell.
The shell also comprises a middle shell, wherein the middle shell comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, the end part of the vertical part is a middle shell top plate, and the bottom of the horizontal part is a middle shell bottom plate; the upper shell bottom plate is welded with the middle shell top plate, and the middle shell bottom plate is welded with the lower shell top plate; one side of the middle shell is provided with a fixed mounting bracket.
The oil filling cavity comprises an upper shell cavity, a middle shell cavity and a lower shell cavity, and the upper shell cavity, the middle shell cavity and the lower shell cavity are communicated; the highest liquid level marking (MAX line) is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell, the lowest liquid level marking (MIN line) is arranged at the upper part of the lower shell, and the distance between the highest liquid level marking (MAX line) and the lowest liquid level marking (MIN line) is 40-90mm.
Reinforcing ribs are obliquely arranged between the vertical part and the horizontal part of the middle shell.
When the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate are welded, welding edges of the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate are melted through a hot plate, and then the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate are connected together, and a welding edge A is formed at the joint; when the middle shell bottom plate is welded with the lower shell top plate, the welding edges of the middle shell bottom plate and the lower shell top plate are melted through the hot plate, and then the middle shell bottom plate and the lower shell top plate are connected together, and a welding edge B is formed at the joint.
And when hot plate welding is performed between the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate and between the middle shell bottom plate and the lower shell top plate, the welding edge height is controlled through hot melting nails and curing nails.
The distance between the highest level gauge (MAX line) and the lowest level gauge (MIN line) is 78mm.
The number of the brake oil outlet joints is 2, the brake oil outlet joints are downwards arranged at the bottom of the lower shell, and the 2 brake oil outlet joints are connected with the brake master cylinder.
The lower part of the middle part of the lower shell is also provided with supporting feet which can play a supporting role.
The bottom of the lower shell is provided with a mounting through hole, a bolt is arranged in the mounting through hole, and the bolt locks the brake oil pot at a fixed position of the automobile brake master cylinder.
The clutch oil outlet connector is further arranged on one side of the bottom of the lower shell and connected with the clutch, so that the clutch and the brake master cylinder share 1 brake oil can, the space of an engine room of an automobile can be more effectively utilized, and the clutch oil outlet connector is more suitable for a miniaturized vehicle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the distance between the highest liquid level line (MAX line) and the highest liquid level line (MIN line) of the oil can is larger than that of a conventional oil can, so that unstable liquid level and false alarm phenomenon caused by bumpy road surface during running of a vehicle are avoided; when jolting, shaking and loss are encountered, the oil can cannot be easily alarmed.
The conventional oil can is generally divided into an upper shell and a lower shell, and is formed by one-time welding, but the oil can is different from the conventional upper and lower shell welding brake fluid cans because of installation space, and the upper, middle and lower three-section welding oil can is adopted, so that the using space of a vehicle type is saved.
And 3, a clutch oil outlet connector is further arranged on one side of the bottom of the lower shell, and the clutch oil outlet connector is connected with a clutch, so that the clutch and a brake master cylinder share 1 brake oil pot, the space of an engine room of an automobile can be more effectively utilized, and the automobile brake oil pot is more suitable for a miniaturized vehicle.

The shell further comprises a middle shell 5, wherein the middle shell 5 comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, the end part of the vertical part is a middle shell top plate 501, and the bottom of the horizontal part is a middle shell bottom plate 502; the upper shell bottom plate 102 is welded with the middle shell top plate 501, and the middle shell bottom plate 502 is welded with the lower shell top plate 203; a fixed mounting bracket 6 is arranged on one side of the middle shell 5.
The oil filling cavity comprises an upper shell cavity, a middle shell cavity and a lower shell cavity, and the upper shell cavity, the middle shell cavity and the lower shell cavity are communicated; the highest liquid level marking (MAX line) 3 is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell 1, the lowest liquid level marking (MIN line) 4 is arranged at the upper part of the lower shell 2, and the distance h between the highest liquid level marking (MAX line) 3 and the lowest liquid level marking (MIN line) 4 is 78mm.
Reinforcing ribs 7 are obliquely arranged between the vertical part and the horizontal part of the middle shell 5.
When the upper shell bottom plate 102 and the middle shell top plate 501 are welded, the welding edges of the upper shell bottom plate 102 and the middle shell top plate 501 are melted off through a hot plate, the upper shell bottom plate 102 and the middle shell top plate 501 are connected together, and a welding edge A8 is formed at the connecting position; when the middle case bottom plate 502 is welded to the lower case top plate 203, the welded edges of the middle case bottom plate 502 and the lower case top plate 203 are melted by a hot plate, and then the middle case bottom plate 502 and the lower case top plate 203 are connected together, and a welded edge B9 is formed at the connection.
The welded edge height is controlled by hot melt nails and curing nails (not shown) when hot plate welding is performed between the upper case bottom plate 102 and the middle case top plate 501, and between the middle case bottom plate 502 and the lower case top plate 203.
The number of the brake oil outlet connectors 201 is 2, the brake oil outlet connectors 201 are arranged downwards at the bottom of the lower shell 2, and the 2 brake oil outlet connectors 201 are connected with a brake master cylinder (not shown in the figure).
A supporting leg 202 is further provided below the middle portion of the lower housing 2, and can play a supporting role.
The bottom of the lower housing 2 is provided with a mounting through hole 204, and a latch (not shown) is provided in the mounting through hole 204, and locks the brake oil pot in a fixed position of a brake master cylinder (not shown) of an automobile.
The clutch oil outlet connector 205 is further disposed on one side of the bottom of the lower housing 2, and the clutch oil outlet connector 205 is connected with a clutch (not shown in the figure), so that the clutch and the brake master cylinder share 1 brake oil can, thereby more effectively utilizing the space of the engine compartment of the automobile, and being more suitable for a miniaturized vehicle.

the shell also comprises a middle shell, wherein the middle shell comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, the end part of the vertical part is a middle shell top plate, and the bottom of the horizontal part is a middle shell bottom plate; the upper shell bottom plate is welded with the middle shell top plate, and the middle shell bottom plate is welded with the lower shell top plate; a fixed mounting bracket is arranged on one side of the middle shell;
the oil filling cavity comprises an upper shell cavity, a middle shell cavity and a lower shell cavity, and the upper shell cavity, the middle shell cavity and the lower shell cavity are communicated; the highest liquid level mark is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell, the lowest liquid level mark is arranged at the upper part of the lower shell, and the distance between the highest liquid level mark and the lowest liquid level mark is 40-90mm.

3. A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate form a welding edge A at the joint; the joint of the bottom plate of the middle shell and the top plate of the lower shell forms a welding edge B.

A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: and when hot plate welding is performed between the upper shell bottom plate and the middle shell top plate and between the middle shell bottom plate and the lower shell top plate, the welding edge height is controlled through hot melting nails and curing nails.
5. A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the distance between the highest level gauge and the lowest level gauge is 78mm.
6. A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the number of the brake oil outlet joints is 2, the brake oil outlet joints are downwards arranged at the bottom of the lower shell, and the 2 brake oil outlet joints are connected with the brake master cylinder.
7. A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: and supporting feet are arranged below the middle part of the lower shell.
8. A three-section brake oiler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the bottom of the lower shell is provided with a mounting through hole, a bolt is arranged in the mounting through hole, and the bolt locks the brake oil pot at a fixed position of the automobile brake master cylinder.
