Background
With the rapid development of society, welding machines are widely applied to industry and life, the main part of the welding machine is a step-down transformer, two ends of a secondary coil are a workpiece to be welded and a welding rod, when the welding machine works, an electric arc is ignited, the welding rod is welded in a gap of the workpiece at the high temperature of the electric arc, and the iron core of the welding transformer has the characteristic of sharp voltage reduction, namely, the voltage is reduced after the welding rod is ignited; when the welding rod is adhered and short-circuited, the voltage is sharply reduced, the welding part of the workpiece needs to be polished in the welding process, and the welding quality is further improved.
However, the traditional polishing treatment equipment for the welding process is not convenient to polish the welding position of the workpiece in the using process, the polishing waste scraps are inconvenient to store and treat, and the polishing device is easy to damage due to overhigh temperature in polishing, so that the polishing quality is influenced. In view of this, the present invention provides a polishing apparatus for a welding process, which has the following features:
(1) according to the polishing treatment equipment for the welding process, the driving structure of the side wall of the operation box is matched with the cleaning structure inside the protective cover, so that workpieces with cylindrical structures of different diameters and plate-shaped structures of different thicknesses can be conveniently and rapidly polished, and the welding quality is greatly improved.
(2) According to the polishing treatment equipment for the welding process, the accommodating structure is arranged at the bottom end of the cleaning structure, so that scraps in polishing can be conveniently accommodated, and meanwhile, the scraps can be conveniently pressed into the accommodating structure by utilizing the atmospheric pressure strength by matching with the pressure adjusting structure, so that the polishing environment and the scrap accommodating treatment efficiency are greatly improved.
(3) According to the polishing treatment equipment for the welding procedure, the pressure adjusting structure is used, so that air circulation nearby the cleaning structure is facilitated, the cleaning structure and a workpiece are cooled conveniently, the service time of the cleaning structure is greatly prolonged, and the polishing quality is better.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides polishing treatment equipment for a welding procedure, wherein a driving structure on the side wall of an operation box is matched with a cleaning structure inside a protective cover, so that workpieces with different diameters and plate-shaped structures with different thicknesses can be conveniently and rapidly polished, and the welding quality is greatly improved; the containing structure is arranged at the bottom end of the cleaning structure, so that scraps in polishing can be conveniently contained, and the scraps can be conveniently pressed into the containing structure by utilizing the atmospheric pressure in cooperation with the use of the pressure adjusting structure, so that the polishing environment and the scrap containing and treating efficiency are greatly improved; the use of pressure adjustment structure is convenient for promoted the circulation of air near clearance structure, is convenient for cool down clearance structure and work piece, and then has improved the live time of clearance structure greatly for the quality of polishing is better.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a polishing treatment device for a welding procedure comprises an operation box, a containing structure, a protective cover, a driving structure, a pressure adjusting structure, a cam and a cleaning structure; the side wall of the operation box is provided with the driving structure, and the driving structure is detachably connected with the operation box; the protective cover used for preventing the waste chips from leaking is fixed on the operation box; the cleaning structure for polishing workpieces with different shapes is arranged inside the protective cover; the driving structure is connected with the cleaning structure, and the cleaning structure is rotatably connected with the protective cover; the operation box is internally provided with the containing structure for containing scraps, the operation box is detachably connected with the containing structure, and the containing structure is connected with the pressure adjusting structure on the side wall of the operation box; the cam for driving the pressure adjustment structure is fixed to the driving structure.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the polishing treatment equipment for the welding process, the driving structure of the side wall of the operation box is matched with the cleaning structure inside the protective cover, so that workpieces with cylindrical structures of different diameters and plate-shaped structures of different thicknesses can be conveniently and rapidly polished, and the welding quality is greatly improved.

Firstly, a power line of a driving structure 4 is connected with an external power supply lead, when the end part of a tubular workpiece is polished and scraps are removed, the tubular workpiece is inserted into a cleaning structure 7, the driving structure 4 drives the cleaning structure 7 to polish the workpiece, meanwhile, a cam 6 on the driving structure 4 drives a pressure adjusting structure 5, the pressure adjusting structure 5 enables the internal negative pressure of a containing structure 2 to contain the polished scraps in the containing structure 2 under the action of atmospheric pressure, and when polishing is finished, the containing structure 2 is disassembled, and the scraps in the containing structure 2 are treated; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) the power cord of the motor 45 is connected with an external power cord, when the electric polishing machine works, the motor 45 rotates, the driving wheel 41 on the motor 45 drives the driving wheel 43 to rotate through the belt 42, the driving wheel 43 drives the driving shaft 44 to rotate, and therefore the cleaning structure 7 is driven to polish workpieces in different shapes, and polishing quality and efficiency are greatly improved;
(2) when a tubular workpiece is ground, the end part of the workpiece is inserted into the transmission sleeve 78, so that the bristles 71 on the brush sleeve 72 with an arc-shaped structure are abutted against the end part of the workpiece, the driving shaft 44 rotates to drive the transmission sleeve 78 to rotate, the end part of the workpiece with the tubular structure is quickly ground, when the plate-shaped workpiece is ground, a grinding area is abutted against the bristles 71 outside the transmission sleeve 78, the plate-shaped workpiece is quickly ground, and accordingly, the rosin joint in the welding process is avoided, the welding quality is greatly improved, meanwhile, the sliding rods 75 at the two ends of the connecting rod 77 are matched with the sleeve 76 and the second reset spring 74, the workpieces with different sizes and thicknesses are conveniently ground, the operation flexibility is improved, the brush sleeve 72 is of the arc-shaped structure, and the transmission block 73 is more uniformly stressed;
(3) the motor 45 drives the cam 6 to rotate, the cam 6 butts against the transmission plate 53 in the rotating process, the transmission plate 53 pushes the pressing plate 54 to extrude the air bag 57, the guide rod 58 butts against the first return spring 59a to contract, the accommodating space in the air bag 57 is reduced, the pressure of air is increased, the air is discharged from the first one-way valve 51, then the first return spring 59a extends to drive the guide rod 58 to slide in the sliding sleeve 59, the guide rod 58 butts against the pressing plate 54 to slide in the fixing box 55, the air bag 57 is reset, the internal space of the air bag 57 is enlarged, and air enters the air bag 57 from the second one-way valve 56 under the atmospheric pressure; therefore, the containing structure 2 can contain the scraps more conveniently, and meanwhile, the cleaning structure 7 is cooled, so that the polishing quality is improved;
(4) when atmosphere impresses the air when second check valve 56, in the same direction as the area sweeps in will polishing are impressed graticule mesh 22, then filter through filter screen 23, the storage is in filter screen 23, be convenient for accomodate the sweeps in polishing, be convenient for utilize atmospheric pressure to impress the sweeps inside of filter screen 23, and then the environment of polishing and the efficiency that the sweeps were accomodate the processing have been improved greatly, the circulation of air near clearance structure 7 has been promoted simultaneously, be convenient for cool down clearance structure 7 and work piece, and then improved clearance structure 7's live time greatly, make the quality of polishing better, filter screen 23 is wavy structure, the filter area of sweeps has been increased, and then filter screen 23's anti-blocking performance has been improved, after the use, take out containing box 24, the sweeps of containing box 24's inside is handled, and the operation efficiency is improved.
The driving structure 4 on the side wall of the operation box 1 is matched with the cleaning structure 7 in the protective cover 3, so that workpieces with cylindrical structures of different diameters and plate-shaped structures of different thicknesses can be conveniently and quickly ground, and the welding quality is greatly improved; the containing structure 2 is arranged at the bottom end of the cleaning structure 7, so that scraps in polishing can be conveniently contained, and the scraps can be conveniently pressed into the containing structure 2 by utilizing the atmospheric pressure by matching with the pressure adjusting structure 5, so that the polishing environment and the efficiency of containing and treating the scraps are greatly improved; the use of pressure regulation structure 5 is convenient for promoted the circulation of air near clearance structure 7, is convenient for cool down clearance structure 7 and work piece, and then has improved clearance structure 7's live time greatly for the quality of polishing is better.
