the rotary cleaning device (35) is composed of a gear (351), a transmission belt (352), a transmission rod (353), a liquid inlet hopper (354), a sponge layer (355) and a cleaning head (356), the gear (351) is horizontally fixed at the top of the transmission rod (353) and is in transmission with the transmission rod, the transmission rod (353) vertically penetrates through the bottom of the case (3) and is welded and fixed at the top of the sponge layer (355), the liquid inlet hopper (354) is communicated with the interior of the sponge layer (355), the top of the cleaning head (356) is adhered to the bottom of the sponge layer (355), and the transmission belt (352) is respectively fastened and fixed at the axle center parts of the driving wheel (324) and the stirring wheel (344);
