本发明涉及地膜技术领域,具体为一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜。
背景技术
地膜按照功能和用途可分为普通地膜和特殊地膜两大类。普通地膜包括广谱地膜和微薄地膜;特殊地膜包括黑色地膜、黑白两面地膜、银黑两面地膜、绿色地膜、微孔地膜、切口地膜、银灰(避蚜)地膜、(化学)除草地膜、配色地膜、可控降解地膜、浮膜等。
由于现有的地膜多为密封结构,导致降雨的过程中,水分无法通过地膜渗到泥土里,会导致土壤较为干燥,影响到农作物的生长,通过人工浇水费时费力,并且现有的渗水膜只是简单开设渗水孔,在太阳直射,温度升高时,往往会导致泥土中的水分通过渗水孔蒸发,同样导致土壤中的水分供给不足,影响农作物生长。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,解决了现有的地膜多为密封结构,会导致土壤较为干燥,影响到农作物的生长,并且现有的渗水膜只是简单开设渗水孔,在太阳直射,温度升高时,往往会导致泥土中的水分通过渗水孔蒸发的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,包括底膜、保温膜、疏水涂层、密封塑胶填块和渗水孔,所述底膜的顶部与保温膜的底部紧密贴合,所述疏水涂层涂抹在保温膜的顶部,所述渗水孔开设于所述底膜和保温膜的内部,并且所述渗水孔呈漏斗型设置,所述密封塑胶填块设置于底膜的内部且位于渗水孔底部的一周。
进一步的,所述底膜包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉,所述聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉各组分含量为聚乙烯30份-40份、聚丙烯15份-20份、硬脂酸铁5份-10份、微晶蜡5份-10份、丙烯酸酯20份-30份、环保胶水5份-10份、环保胶粉5份-10份。

本发明具有以下有益效果:该多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,通过所述底膜的顶部与保温膜的底部紧密贴合,所述疏水涂层涂抹在保温膜的顶部,所述渗水孔开设于所述底膜和保温膜的内部,并且所述渗水孔呈漏斗型设置,所述密封塑胶填块设置于底膜的内部且位于渗水孔底部的一周,达到了便于雨水通过地膜渗透进土壤的目的,在降雨的过程中,雨水落在地膜顶部,由于保温膜的顶部涂抹有疏水涂层,使得雨水不易在地膜上存留,从而通过震动或者风吹滑落至渗水孔中,从而使得雨水通过渗水孔进入地面,保证了土壤的湿度,同时在太阳直射时,地表温度升温,密封塑胶填块中的热膨胀颗粒受热膨胀,挤压渗水孔的底部口径,使得渗水孔底部口径关闭,避免土壤中的水分以水蒸气的蒸发,避免水分蒸发过快,有效的保证了土壤的湿度,在此过程中,通过底膜的顶部设置的保温膜,有效的保证了在设置渗水孔的情况下,避免土壤温度散发较快,通过保温膜实现对温度的保存,有效的给农作物提供较为优良的生长环境。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,包括底膜1、保温膜2、疏水涂层3、密封塑胶填块4和渗水孔5,所述底膜1的顶部与保温膜2的底部紧密贴合,生产中可采用贴膜机进行贴膜,所述疏水涂层3涂抹在保温膜2的顶部,疏水涂层3的涂抹厚度为0.0005mm-0.001mm,所述渗水孔5开设于所述底膜1和保温膜2的内部,并且所述渗水孔5呈漏斗型设置,便于分水快速通过地膜,所述密封塑胶填块4设置于底膜1的内部且位于渗水孔5底部的一周,便于收紧渗水孔5底部开口,防止水分散失,所述底膜1包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉,所述聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉各组分含量为聚乙烯30份-40份、聚丙烯15份-20份、硬脂酸铁5份-10份、微晶蜡5份-10份、丙烯酸酯20份-30份、环保胶水5份-10份、环保胶粉5份-10份,所述保温膜2包括:无机保温剂、增溶剂、流滴剂、抗冲击改良剂、硅烷偶联剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三乙烯四胺、甲醇、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、纳米氧化银,所述无机保温剂、增溶剂、流滴剂、抗冲击改良剂、硅烷偶联剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三乙烯四胺、甲醇、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、纳米氧化银各组分含量为:无机保温剂5份-10份、增溶剂2份-4份、流滴剂2份-5份、抗冲击改良剂3份-5份、硅烷偶联剂8份-13份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份-8份、三乙烯四胺4份-11份、甲醇12份-15份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯5份-10份、纳米氧化锌5份-11份、玻璃纤维5份-13份、纳米氧化银6份-11份,所述疏水涂层3包括醇类溶剂、硅酸烷基酯、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、改性膨润土、硬脂酸钠、滑石粉、固化剂、有机溶剂,所述醇类溶剂、硅酸烷基酯、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、改性膨润土、硬脂酸钠、滑石粉、固化剂、有机溶剂各组分含量为醇类溶剂30份-40份、硅酸烷基酯0.2份-10份、全氟癸烷12份-24份、聚苯颗粒5份-8份、改性膨润土11份-18份、硬脂酸钠1份-5份、滑石粉2份-4份、固化剂1份-8份、有机溶剂10份-16份,所述密封塑胶填块4包括合成树脂、热膨胀颗粒、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂,所述合成树脂、热膨胀颗粒、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂各组分含量为合成树脂70份-80份、热膨胀颗粒10份-20份、增塑剂5份-10份、稳定剂5份-10份、润滑剂5份-10份,所述底膜1的厚度为0.010mm-0.012mm,所述保温膜2的厚度为0.010mm-0.012mm,所述渗水孔5的顶部口径为3mm-5mm,所述渗水孔5的底部口径为1mm-1.5mm,所述渗水孔5的分布距离为10mm-15mm。

Claims (8)
1.一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,包括底膜(1)、保温膜(2)、疏水涂层(3)、密封塑胶填块(4)和渗水孔(5),其特征在于:所述底膜(1)的顶部与保温膜(2)的底部紧密贴合,所述疏水涂层(3)涂抹在保温膜(2)的顶部,所述渗水孔(5)开设于所述底膜(1)和保温膜(2)的内部,并且所述渗水孔(5)呈漏斗型设置,所述密封塑胶填块(4)设置于底膜(1)的内部且位于渗水孔(5)底部的一周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述底膜(1)包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉,所述聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸铁、微晶蜡、丙烯酸酯、环保胶水、环保胶粉各组分含量为聚乙烯30份-40份、聚丙烯15份-20份、硬脂酸铁5份-10份、微晶蜡5份-10份、丙烯酸酯20份-30份、环保胶水5份-10份、环保胶粉5份-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述保温膜(2)包括:无机保温剂、增溶剂、流滴剂、抗冲击改良剂、硅烷偶联剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三乙烯四胺、甲醇、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、纳米氧化银,所述无机保温剂、增溶剂、流滴剂、抗冲击改良剂、硅烷偶联剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三乙烯四胺、甲醇、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、纳米氧化锌、玻璃纤维、纳米氧化银各组分含量为:无机保温剂5份-10份、增溶剂2份-4份、流滴剂2份-5份、抗冲击改良剂3份-5份、硅烷偶联剂8份-13份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份-8份、三乙烯四胺4份-11份、甲醇12份-15份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯5份-10份、纳米氧化锌5份-11份、玻璃纤维5份-13份、纳米氧化银6份-11份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述疏水涂层(3)包括醇类溶剂、硅酸烷基酯、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、改性膨润土、硬脂酸钠、滑石粉、固化剂、有机溶剂,所述醇类溶剂、硅酸烷基酯、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、改性膨润土、硬脂酸钠、滑石粉、固化剂、有机溶剂各组分含量为醇类溶剂30份-40份、硅酸烷基酯0.2份-10份、全氟癸烷12份-24份、聚苯颗粒5份-8份、改性膨润土11份-18份、硬脂酸钠1份-5份、滑石粉2份-4份、固化剂1份-8份、有机溶剂10份-16份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述密封塑胶填块(4)包括合成树脂、热膨胀颗粒、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂,所述合成树脂、热膨胀颗粒、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂各组分含量为合成树脂70份-80份、热膨胀颗粒10份-20份、增塑剂5份-10份、稳定剂5份-10份、润滑剂5份-10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述底膜(1)的厚度为0.010mm-0.012mm,所述保温膜(2)的厚度为0.010mm-0.012mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述渗水孔(5)的顶部口径为3mm-5mm,所述渗水孔(5)的底部口径为1mm-1.5mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔可收缩式具有密封功能的渗水膜,其特征在于:所述渗水孔(5)的分布距离为10mm-15mm。
