the service platform is used for acquiring bound user characteristic information and ticket purchasing information of a user sending a ticket purchasing request; receiving the collected characteristics of a user entering a ticket checking port of the cinema, and judging whether the user characteristics are bound with ticket purchasing information or not; when ticket purchasing information is detected, checking whether the ticket purchasing information is matched with a ticket checking field; and if so, acquiring the seat information in the ticket purchasing information, and guiding the user to reach the target seat through an intelligent device.
The service platform may be a server including a second processor, a second memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The second processor is configured to provide computing and control capabilities, the second memory includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory, the nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database, the internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program in the nonvolatile storage medium to run, and when the computer program is executed by the second processor, the functions of the service platform are implemented.

receiving and collecting user characteristic information of a user entering a ticket checking port of the cinema, and judging whether the user characteristic information is bound with ticket purchasing information;
when ticket purchasing information is not detected, receiving collected paper or electronic ticket information of the user, and checking whether the ticket information is matched with ticket checking times or not; when ticket purchasing information is detected, checking whether the ticket purchasing information is matched with a ticket checking field;
if the seat information is matched with the ticket purchasing information, seat information in the ticket purchasing information or the ticket information is obtained, and a user is referred to reach a target seat;
the method comprises the following steps: after receiving information that a user enters a playing room, enabling a label indicating lamp of a row where a corresponding target seat is located to be lightened; after receiving the information that the user arrives at the designated row, enabling a seat number indicator lamp on the target seat to flash;
and when the information that the user leaves the seat in the film watching process is received, lightening a ground indicator lamp between the position of the user and the exit of the playing hall.

The theater management method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the receiving user characteristic information of a user entering a theater ticket gate, the steps of: and receiving the collected environment data of the playing hall, and sending the environment data to the user and the staff according to the ticket purchasing information of the user and the preset rule.

The theater management method according to claim 1, wherein when receiving information that the user leaves the seat during the viewing process and further receiving information that the user's body is in the projection path, the projector position and the projection angle are moved to make the projection path avoid the user and keep the screen still.

the intelligent device is used for collecting the user characteristics of a user entering a ticket checking port of the cinema and the paper or electronic ticket information of the user, collecting the environmental data of a playing hall, collecting the expression characteristic information of audiences in the movie playing process, collecting the position information of the user, transmitting all the collected information to the service platform and executing the operation instruction of the service platform;
the service platform is used for acquiring bound user characteristic information and ticket purchasing information of a user sending a ticket purchasing request; receiving the collected user characteristics of a user entering a ticket checking port of the cinema, and judging whether ticket purchasing information is bound to the user characteristic information; when ticket purchasing information is detected, checking whether the ticket purchasing information is matched with a ticket checking field, and when the ticket purchasing information is not detected, receiving paper or electronic ticket information of the user and checking whether the ticket information is matched with the ticket checking field; and if so, acquiring the seat information in the ticket purchasing information, and guiding the user to reach the target seat through an intelligent device.
6. A service platform comprising a processor and a memory for storing processor executable programs, the service platform comprising: the processor, when executing the program stored in the memory, implements the theatre management method of any of claims 1-4.
