Referring to fig. 21, as a preferred embodiment, an inner lining structure may be provided in the wash basket 2. The material of the washing basket can be the same as that of the washing basket, the shape of the washing basket can be cylindrical or irregular cylindrical close to that of the washing basket, but no opening is formed, and the perimeter of the washing basket is shorter than that of the washing basket; the lining structure acts as: 1, limiting the range of motion of the washed film. 2, the liquid is beneficial to be concentrated on two sides of the washed membrane through the surface tension.
The implementation details are as follows:
the washing combination can complete the washing function of the biological sample membrane through the cooperation of the washing basket poking device 3, the washing basket frame 1 and the washing basket 2 and the washing tank.
When the washing combination of the washing basket poking tooth poking cover is selected for incubation and washing, the biological sample membrane is attached to the inner wall of the washing basket. The poking teeth on the poking cover of the washing basket penetrate through the openings on the front wall and the rear wall of the washing basket frame to clamp the horizontal strip-shaped washing basket opening 2.1 of the washing basket. Under the action of the downward pressure of the external force, the washing basket poking cover moves downwards, and the return spring 3.2 is compressed. The shifting teeth 3.3 at one side which moves downwards drive the washing basket to do irregular circular motion under the limitation of the washing basket frame and the washing tank, and meanwhile, the washing basket slides over the shifting teeth at the other side. When the external force is relieved, the reset spring 3.2 releases the washing basket to move the toggle cover upwards. When the washing basket moves upwards, the shifting teeth 3.3 at the other side of the shifting cover of the washing basket drive the washing basket. Under the limitation of the basket washing frame and the washing tank, the basket washing frame makes a circular motion, and meanwhile, the basket washing slides over the shifting teeth 3.3 on the other side; the biological sample membrane attached to the inner wall of the washing basket repeatedly passes through the incubation washing liquid at the bottom of the washing tank along with the circular motion of the washing basket, so that the incubation washing process of the biological sample membrane is completed.
A washing combination of a gear shifting cover of the washing basket is selected, a gear driven by a motor penetrates through an opening 1.3 in the washing basket frame, and the washing basket is shifted to finish the washing work.
A top dual motor machine design for washing can be implemented using the above-described washing combination in combination with a multi-tank washing process. For example, under the control of a computer, a horizontal displacement motor 6 and a vertical displacement motor 5 which are arranged at the top of the machine drive a matching body consisting of a basket washing poking device 3, a basket washing frame 1 and a basket washing 2 to move up and down in a washing tank 4 and horizontally move above the washing tank, so that the work of incubating and washing the blotting membrane is completed.
Another design of a liner structure machine for biofilm washing can also be implemented using the above-described washing combination. For example, under the control of a computer, the motor in the center pillar structure 10.1 drives the matching body of the basket washing poking device 3, the basket washing frame 1 and the basket washing 2 through the 'n' -shaped connecting piece 10.2 to move up and down in the washing tank 4 and horizontally move above the washing tank, thereby completing the work of blotting membrane incubation and washing. The gap 7.1 which is formed by the upper cover of the center post structure and the peripheral wall of the center post structure and is opened downwards can allow the 'n' -shaped connecting piece 9 to freely move back and forth and up and down through the gap. The advantage of this design is that the liquid in the wash is not easily able to enter the machine and damage it.
Using the above-described washing combination, the incubation and washing can also be accomplished with multi-dimensional movement of the universal robotic arm 12.
Using the above-described washing combination, it can be used in another embodiment of the self-propelled machine block; a self-moving machine block 10 which drives the washing combination to move up and down in the washing tank 4 and can move back and forth to wash the blotting membrane; the motor 10.1 at the lower part of the machine square is used for driving the crawler to implement the front and back operation of the machine square, and the motor 10.2 is used for driving the upper part of the machine square to implement the up and down motion; the complementary clamping groove 10.3 and the convex strip 10.4 are used for involution limiting of the upper part and the lower part of the square block of the machine; the cavity 10.5 is used for arranging a computer control part; the upper part 3 of the machine square block is connected with a washing combination in a left-right mode, so that the washing combination can carry out washing operation of the blotting membrane and drive a matching body consisting of a basket washing poking device, a basket washing frame 1 and a basket washing 2 to move up and down in a washing tank 4 and horizontally move above the washing tank 4, and incubation washing operation of the biological sample membrane or glue is carried out.
Using the above washing combination, it can be used in another pre-existing liquid set embodiment. For example, a washing assembly that is moved by a gear movement may be coupled to a container 11 containing a plurality of pre-stored washing liquids. The pressure of the container changes, liquid enters and exits the bottom of the washing tank 4 through the pipeline 11.1, the gear drives the washing basket 4, and the sample moves to finish incubation and washing work.
Aiming at the market condition and the defects of the existing machine, the invention adopts a completely new design concept, and can perfectly realize the three requirements: 1, uniformly incubating and washing; 2, using as few antibodies as possible; 3, avoiding cross contamination at one time. And the instrument has simple structure and proper price, and can be accepted by a laboratory user. The machine of the invention can be further extended to process a variety of different biological sample films (gels) according to similar principles. Therefore, the product of the invention can perfectly replace various existing inapplicable expensive machines, is applied to the field of processing various biological sample membranes (gels), and is released from heavy manual labor in tens of millions of laboratories.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles and features of the present invention, together with the advantages thereof. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only for the purpose of illustrating the structural relationship and principles of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
