Abstract
本发明公开了一种软连接片,其包括上片和下片,所述上片沿弯折处折90°直角,所述下片的一侧通过超声波预焊焊接在上片的弯折处构成T型软连接片;还公开了一种方壳电池,通过本发明能够节省电芯空间,提高锂电池的体积比能量率,而且,本发明的导电和导电面积大,提高锂电池的倍率性能。

技术领域
本发明属于电池技术领域,具体涉及一种软连接片及其方壳电池。
背景技术
现有大多数方壳电池采用硬连接件,其占用空间大,只有一小部分接触导电,影响锂电池的倍率性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种软连接片及其方壳电池。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供一种软连接片,其包括包括上片和下片,所述上片沿弯折处折90°直角,所述下片的一侧通过超声波预焊焊接在上片的弯折处构成T型软连接片。
上述方案中,所述上片上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的上片;所述下片上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的下片。
上述方案中,所述位于最上方的上片的左右两侧分别设置有用于超声波预焊的焊接区域。
本发明实施例还提供一种方壳电池,包括如上述方案中任意一项所述的软连接片、上盖板、电芯极耳;所述软连接片的焊接区域与上盖板焊接,所述软连接片的开口处夹持电芯极耳进行超声波焊接。
与现有技术相比,本发明能够节省电芯空间,提高锂电池的体积比能量率,而且,本发明的导电和导电面积大,提高锂电池的倍率性能。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供一种软连接片,如图1所示,其包括包括上片1和下片2,所述上片1沿弯折处折90°直角,所述下片2的一侧通过超声波预焊焊接在上片1的弯折处构成T型软连接片;通过所述软件连接片使得多极耳方壳电池正、负极柱与电芯极耳软连接,能够节省电芯空间,提高锂电池的体积比能量率,而且导电和导电面积大,提高锂电池的倍率性能。
所述上片1上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的上片1;所述下片2上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的下片2。
所述位于最上方的上片1的左右两侧分别设置有用于超声波预焊的焊接区域3。
所述的上片1和下片2独立分开,外形尺寸相同。
本发明实施例还提供一种方壳电池,包括所述软连接片、上盖板、电芯极耳;所述软连接片的焊接区域3与上盖板焊接,所述软连接片的开口处4夹持电芯极耳进行超声波焊接。
所述多极耳方壳电池正、负极柱与电芯极耳连接方式,采用软连接片的方式节省电芯空间,提高锂电池的体积比能量率,而且,所述软连接片的导电和导电面积大,提高锂电池的倍率性能。

Claims (4)
1.一种软连接片,其特征在于,其包括包括上片和下片,所述上片沿弯折处折90°直角,所述下片的一侧通过超声波预焊焊接在上片的弯折处构成T型软连接片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软连接片,其特征在于,所述上片上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的上片;所述下片上再通过超声波预焊叠加焊接至少一个相同结构的下片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种软连接片,其特征在于,所述位于最上方的上片的左右两侧分别设置有用于超声波预焊的焊接区域。
4.一种方壳电池,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的软连接片、上盖板、电芯极耳;所述软连接片的焊接区域与上盖板焊接,所述软连接片的开口处夹持电芯极耳进行超声波焊接。
