In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a storage information management method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring an article to be returned for storage and information of a first position for storing the article;
acquiring information of a second position stored when the article to be returned and stored is taken out from the storage information base;
judging whether the first position and the second position are the same position or not;
if yes, storing the article to be returned to be stored to the first position;
if not, determining the storage position of the article to be returned for storage according to the first position and the second position, and correspondingly storing;
and updating and recording the information of the article to be stored and the corresponding stored position to the storage information base.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment, which comprises:
at least one processor; the method comprises the steps of,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the storage information management method as described above.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the storage information management method as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for storing the goods have the advantages that the goods and the stored positions of the goods are managed through the preset storage information base: after receiving the stored goods returned by the user and the returned storage positions thereof, the method can judge whether the positions of the stored goods to be returned when taken out before and the positions of the stored goods to be returned are the same or not; if the two items are at the same position, storing the items at the position; if the position is different, the articles to be returned and stored are stored after the position is determined again, so that the storage position of the articles is more reasonable, and a user can conveniently and rapidly find the articles when using the articles next time.
In addition, according to the first position and the second position, determining the storage position of the article to be returned and storing correspondingly is specifically as follows: acquiring a first instruction for storing the articles to be returned to the stored articles to the first position or the second position; according to the first instruction, the storage position of the article to be returned to be stored is determined and stored correspondingly, so that the storage position of the article to be returned to be stored can be conveniently designated and stored in a mode of inputting the instruction externally.
In addition, the storage information management method further comprises the following steps: acquiring an article to be stored and information of a third position for storing the article; judging whether an article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base or not; if the storage state exists, judging the storage state of the articles with the same name; when at least one of the articles with the same name is judged to be in a 'take out' state, the article to be stored is determined to be the article to be returned to be stored, and a third position for storing the article is correspondingly determined to be the first position. And judging whether the article to be stored is the article to be returned to be stored or not by judging whether the article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base and further judging the storage state of the article with the same name after the article with the same name exists, so as to judge whether the article to be stored is the article to be returned to be stored or not, and judging whether the storage operation of the article to be returned to be stored is carried out on the current article to be stored or not.
In addition, after judging whether the article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base, the method further comprises the following steps: if the stored article does not exist, determining that the stored article is a newly-stored article and is not a stored article to be returned, and storing the newly-stored article to a third position. By judging that the article with the same name as the article to be stored does not exist in the article storage information base, the article to be stored is determined to be the newly-stored article, the article is directly stored to the appointed third position, and the storage operation of the article to be restored to be stored is not required to be executed on the current article to be stored, so that the newly-stored article is ensured to be reasonably stored.
In addition, after judging the storage state of the same-name articles, the method further comprises the following steps: when all the articles with the same name are judged to be in the 'stored' state, determining that the articles to be stored are newly stored articles rather than articles to be returned to be stored, and determining the storage positions of the newly stored articles and carrying out corresponding storage according to the storage positions and the third positions of the articles with the same name. By judging that the articles with the same name as the articles to be stored exist in the storage information base and all the articles with the same name are in a stored state, the storage position of the newly-stored articles is determined and stored correspondingly according to the storage position and the third position of the articles with the same name, and the storage operation of the articles to be restored is not required to be executed on the articles to be stored currently, so that the newly-stored articles are guaranteed to be stored reasonably.
In addition, according to the storage position and the third position of the articles with the same name, the storage position of the newly stored articles is determined and corresponding storage is carried out specifically as follows: acquiring a second instruction for storing the newly stored article to a storage position or a third position of the same-name article; according to the second instruction, the newly stored article is stored in the corresponding position, so that the storage position of the newly stored article can be conveniently designated and stored in a mode of inputting the instruction externally.
In addition, the storage information management method further comprises the following steps: after any article is stored to the corresponding position, the article is set to be in a stored state in the storage information base, so that the storage state of the stored article is conveniently monitored.
In addition, the storage information management method further comprises the following steps: after any article is taken out from the position where the article is stored, the article is set to be in a 'taken out' state in the storage information base, so that the storage state of the taken out article is conveniently monitored.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that in various embodiments of the present invention, numerous technical details have been set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the technical solutions claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a storage information management method. The core of the embodiment is to acquire an article to be returned for storage and information of a first position for storing the article; acquiring information of a second position stored when the article to be returned and stored is taken out from the storage information base; judging whether the first position and the second position are the same position or not; if yes, storing the articles to be returned to be stored to the first position; if not, determining the storage position of the article to be returned for storage according to the first position and the second position, and correspondingly storing; the stored article to be returned and the information corresponding to the stored position are updated and recorded to the storage information base, so that the article can be returned and stored to a more reasonable position after being used, and a user can conveniently and rapidly find the article when using the article next time. The implementation details of the storage information management method of the present embodiment are specifically described below, and the following description is provided only for convenience of understanding, and is not necessary to implement the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing storage information in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 101: and acquiring the article to be returned for storage and information of a first position for storing the article.
Before executing the steps shown in this embodiment, a storage information base is preset, where article information and position information corresponding to the articles are recorded in the storage information base. When the user takes out the article from the storage position and returns the article to the designated position again for storage, the article to be returned is the article to be returned for storage, and the position designated by the user for storing the article is the first position.
Specifically, when acquiring information of the article and the first position to be returned, a voice recognition technology may be used to acquire a voice signal and perform text recognition on the voice signal, so as to obtain information of the article and the position carried in the voice signal.
For example, when a user arranges objects on a large scale for the first time, the following information can be input into the intelligent sound box capable of collecting and identifying the voice signals:
information of the article: three nail clippers, one pair of scissors, two combs, one mirror, six books, two air conditioner remote controllers, one television remote controller and two charging devices … ….
Information of location: the first drawer of the bedside table, the second drawer of the bedside table, the third drawer of the bedside table, the fourth drawer of the bedside table and the large storage cabinet … ….
In addition, after the articles are sorted for the first time on a large scale, the user can also input information and storage positions of newly added articles to the intelligent sound box so as to manage the storage information of the newly added articles. The corresponding stored item scenario is as follows:
the user: hello, xiao Ai classmates.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, i am.
The user: a memo is opened. (this process may be omitted)
Intelligent sound box: preferably, the owner has opened the memo. (this process may be omitted)
The user: i put the nail clippers in the first drawer of the bedside table.
Intelligent sound box: preferably, the owner, me remembers.
When a user needs to use a certain article, the intelligent sound box outputs the storage position of the article as long as the name of the article is input to the intelligent sound box, and then the user takes out the article from the storage position for use. The corresponding article removal scenario is as follows:
the user: hello, xiao Ai classmates.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, i am.
The user: my clipping nail?
Intelligent sound box: the owner, your nail clippers are placed in the first drawer of the bedside table.
When the user returns the stored article to the designated position, the stored article to be returned and the information for storing the first position of the article can be input to the intelligent sound box. The corresponding return stored item scenario is as follows:
the user: hello, xiao Ai classmates.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, i am.
The user: i put the scissors in place.
Intelligent sound box: is the owner, the original position you say is the first drawer of the last placed bedside table?
The user: is true.
Intelligent sound box: preferably, the owner, me remembers.
Step 102: and acquiring information of a second position stored when the article to be returned and stored is taken out from the storage information base.
Specifically, when a user returns a stored item, the location of the return storage is typically specified. For example, in the return stored item scenario described above, the user returns the item to the original location, but does not specify exactly which location is. At this time, the intelligent sound box needs to acquire information of the stored position, i.e. information of the second position, of the article to be returned when the stored article is taken out from the storage information base, so as to determine the original position of the article to be returned.
Of course, in other return storage item scenarios, the user may directly designate a first location for storing items to be returned for storage that may or may not be the same location as the second location. Therefore, in order to accurately manage the storage information of the article to be returned to storage, it is necessary to acquire, after acquiring the article to be returned to storage, information of the second position stored when the article is taken out from the storage information base.
Step 103: and judging whether the first position and the second position are the same position or not. When the determination is yes, go to step 104; when the determination is negative, the process proceeds to step 105.
S104: the item to be returned to storage is stored to the first location.
Specifically, if the position for storing the stored article to be returned is designated to be the same as the corresponding taking-out position when the article is taken out before, the article is continuously stored in the position more accords with the wish of the user on the placing position of the article, so that the user can form the living habit of consistency of the same article storage position before and after, and meanwhile, the user can conveniently and quickly find the article when using the article later.
S105: and determining the storage position of the article to be returned for storage according to the first position and the second position, and carrying out corresponding storage.
In particular, if a location for storing an item to be returned to storage is designated differently from a pickup location corresponding to when the item was previously picked up, if the item is stored directly in the original second location or directly in the currently designated first location may not meet the user's actual intent on the placement location of the item. At this time, it is necessary to determine the storage position of the article to be returned for storage from the two positions from newly learned storage will of the user and store it.
For example, the storage location of the item to be returned to storage may be determined and stored by:
acquiring a first instruction for storing the articles to be returned to the stored articles to the first position or the second position;
and determining the storage position of the article to be returned to be stored according to the first instruction and carrying out corresponding storage.
Specifically, the smart speaker may issue an interrogation request to the user to obtain a first instruction from the user to store the item to be returned to the stored item to the first location or the second location. The intelligent sound box can store the goods to be returned according to the storage will of the user. The corresponding stored item scene to be returned is as follows:
the user: hello, xiao Ai classmates.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, i am.
The user: i put the nail clippers in the second drawer of the bedside table.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, last time you put, is the first drawer of the bedside table, this time in the second drawer of the bedside table, do you determine to put in the second drawer?
The user: and (5) determining. (scenario one)
Intelligent sound box: preferably, the owner, I have changed the position of cutting the nails to the second drawer of the bedside table. (scenario one)
The user: or the first drawer of the bedside table is replaced. (scenario two)
Intelligent sound box: preferably, the owner is still in the first drawer of the bedside table for shearing nails. (scenario two)
Correspondingly, when the user searches for the article next time, (scenario one) the user can inform that the nail clippers are placed in the second drawer of the bedside table; alternatively, the second scenario may tell that the scissors are placed in the first drawer of the bedside table.
S106: and updating and recording the information of the article to be stored and the corresponding stored position thereof to the storage information base.
Specifically, for example, after the smart speaker has planned the item to be stored and the location where the item is stored for the first time, the internal program of the system generates a piece Zhang Lianbiao. Each location corresponds to a linked list, and the members within each linked list are the items stored at that location. When the information of the same-name objects is stored in a linked list, the program automatically adds member suffixes to distinguish, and the operation does not influence the output of the intelligent sound box on the stored information.
When the information update record of the stored article to be returned and the corresponding stored position thereof is recorded in the storage information base, if the final storage position is the same as the position where the article is stored last time, no additional position change record is needed; if the final storage position is different from the position where the article is stored last time, the information of the article stored in the return is added in the linked list corresponding to the changed storage position, and meanwhile, the information of the article is deleted in the linked list corresponding to the original storage position of the article.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for storing the articles manage the articles and the stored positions of the articles through the preset storage information base: after receiving the stored goods returned by the user and the returned storage positions thereof, the method can judge whether the positions of the stored goods to be returned when taken out before and the positions of the stored goods to be returned are the same or not; if the two items are at the same position, storing the items at the position; if the position is different, the articles to be returned and stored are stored after the position is determined again, so that the storage position of the articles is more reasonable, and a user can conveniently and rapidly find the articles when using the articles next time.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a storage information management method. The second embodiment is an improvement over the first embodiment in that:
the storage information management method further comprises the following steps: acquiring an article to be stored and information of a third position for storing the article; judging whether an article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base or not; if the storage state exists, judging the storage state of the articles with the same name; when at least one of the articles with the same name is judged to be in a 'take out' state, the article to be stored is determined to be the article to be returned to be stored, and a third position for storing the article is correspondingly determined to be the first position.
After judging whether the article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base, the method further comprises the following steps: if the stored article does not exist, determining that the stored article is a newly-stored article and is not a stored article to be returned, and storing the newly-stored article to a third position.
After judging the storage state of the same-name articles, the method further comprises the following steps: when all the articles with the same name are judged to be in the 'stored' state, determining that the articles to be stored are newly stored articles rather than articles to be returned to be stored, and determining the storage positions of the newly stored articles and carrying out corresponding storage according to the storage positions and the third positions of the articles with the same name. A specific flow chart is shown in fig. 2.
Step 201: and acquiring the article to be stored and information for storing a third position of the article.
Specifically, when acquiring the article to be stored and the information for storing the third position of the article, a voice recognition technology may be used to acquire a voice signal and perform text recognition on the voice signal, so as to obtain the information of the article and the position carried in the voice signal.
When a user needs to store an article, the intelligent sound box does not know whether the article is a newly stored article or a returned article, so that subsequent steps are needed to further judge, and finally whether to execute the storage flow of the newly stored article or the storage flow of the returned article is determined.
Step 202: and judging whether the article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base. When it is determined that the signal is present, the process proceeds to step 203: when it is determined that the signal is not present, the process proceeds to step 205.
Specifically, in the process of judging whether the current article to be stored is the newly added stored article or the restored article, whether the article with the same name as the article to be stored exists in the storage information base or not may be initially judged. If the articles with the same names exist, the articles to be stored are possible to be returned for storing the articles; if the articles with the same names are not available, the articles to be stored can be directly judged to be newly added stored articles.
Step 203: and judging the storage state of the articles with the same name. When it is determined that at least one of the articles of the same name is in the "take out" state, step 204 is entered; when it is determined that all items of the same name are in the "stored" state, step 206 is entered.
Specifically, even if the articles with the same names are preliminarily judged in the storage information base, the articles to be stored cannot be directly judged to be returned storage articles, and the storage states of the articles with the same names also need to be further judged. The storage state of the item may include a "stored" state and a "retrieved" state, among others. The stored state refers to the state that the article is currently in a stored position and is determined by the position; the "take-out" state refers to a state in which an article is currently taken out by a user, and the specific position is not clear, but the position is not clear.
Step 204: and determining the article to be stored as the article to be returned to be stored, and correspondingly determining the third position for storing the article as the first position.
Specifically, when at least one of the articles with the same name is judged to be in the 'take out' state, it is likely that the article to be stored currently is the article with the same name in the 'take out' state. At this time, it can be directly determined that the current item to be stored is the item to be returned to be stored, and the third position for storing the item is correspondingly determined to be the first position. Accordingly, the storage information management method as shown in the first embodiment may be continuously performed.
Step 205: determining that the item to be stored is a newly stored item and not a stored item to be returned, and storing the newly stored item to a third location.
Specifically, after judging that the article with the same name as the article to be stored does not exist in the storage information base, the article to be stored can be directly judged to be the newly-added storage article instead of the article to be returned for storage, and at the moment, the newly-added storage article can be stored according to the storage flow of the prefabricated newly-added storage article.
For example, the newly stored item may be stored directly to the third location as directed by the user.
Step 206: determining that the article to be stored is a newly-stored article rather than a article to be returned to be stored, and determining the storage position of the newly-stored article according to the storage position and the third position of the same-name article and performing corresponding storage.
Specifically, when all the items with the same name are judged to be in the 'storage' state, it can be judged that no item is taken out currently in the recorded items with the same name, and the item to be stored currently is not the item to be returned to be stored. At this time, the storage position of the newly stored article can be determined according to the storage position and the third position of the article with the same name, and the newly stored article is correspondingly stored.
For example, the storage location of the newly stored item may be determined and stored by:
acquiring a second instruction for storing the newly stored article to a storage position or a third position of the same-name article;
and storing the newly stored article to a corresponding position according to the second instruction.
When the user stores the article with the same name as the stored article to the appointed position, the newly stored article and the information of the third position for storing the article can be input to the intelligent sound box. The corresponding newly added storage object scene is as follows:
the user: hello, xiao Ai classmates.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, i am.
The user: i put the nail clippers in the third drawer of the bedside table.
Intelligent sound box: the owner, you do not find your desired nail clippers through xiao Ai, you buy a new or original?
The user: new.
Intelligent sound box: preferably, however, the owner, who has a partner in the first drawer of the bedside table, does you need to place new scissors nails in the first drawer of the bedside table?
The user: that me is placed in the first drawer of the bedside table. (scenario one)
Intelligent sound box: good, the owner. At present, two nails are placed in the first drawer of the bedside table. (scenario one)
The user: no need arises. (scenario two)
Intelligent sound box: good, the owner. At present, two nails are respectively placed in a first drawer of the bedside table and a third drawer of the bedside table. (scenario two)
Step S207: and updating and recording the information of the article to be stored and the corresponding stored position thereof to the storage information base.
Specifically, when updating and recording the information of the newly-stored article and the corresponding stored position thereof into the storage information base, if the final storage position is the same as the storage position of the same-name article, the newly-added article can be added in a linked list corresponding to the storage position of the same-name article; if the final storage location is a third location specified by the user, the newly added item may be added to the linked list corresponding to the third location.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for storing the articles have the advantages that whether the articles with the same names as the articles to be stored exist in the storage information base is judged, and the storage state of the articles with the same names is further judged after the articles with the same names exist, so that whether the articles to be stored are the articles to be returned to be stored is determined, and whether the storage operation of the articles to be returned to be stored is carried out on the articles to be stored currently is judged.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a storage information management method. The third embodiment is an improvement based on the first real-time mode and the second embodiment, and the improvement is that: the storage information management method further comprises the following steps: after any item is stored to the corresponding location, the item is set to a "stored" state in the store information repository. And after any article is taken out from the position where the article is stored, setting the article to be in a 'taken out' state in the storage information base. A specific flow chart is shown in fig. 3.
Step 301: after any item is stored to the corresponding location, the item is set to a "stored" state in the store information repository.
Step 302: after any item is removed from the location where it was stored, the item is placed in a "removed" state in the store.
