It can be seen that, by implementing the method described in fig. 2, the wrist-worn device determines whether the user sits by detecting whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist-worn device belongs of the user is in the preset range in the plane, and then determines whether the sitting time of the user exceeds the preset time, if so, the user is indicated to be sedentary, the wrist-worn device reminds the user, and the wrist-worn device can effectively remind the user of sedentary so as to avoid health risks such as myopia and humpback. In addition, implementing the method described in fig. 2, the wrist wearable device determines whether to start the sedentary reminder by determining whether the identity information input by the user matches with the preset identity information, and can detect the user identity and protect the user privacy. In addition, by implementing the method described in fig. 2, the wrist wearable device does not start sedentary reminding when the user sleeps, so that error reminding can be prevented, and the user experience is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another sedentary reminding method based on wrist-worn device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the wrist-worn device is worn on a non-writing wrist, and the sedentary reminding method based on the wrist-worn device may include the following steps.
301. The wrist-worn device acquires identity information input by a user wearing the wrist-worn device.
302. The wrist-type wearable device judges whether the identity information is matched with preset identity information; if yes, go to step 303; otherwise, the flow is ended.
303. The method comprises the steps that the wrist-worn equipment detects whether a sleep instruction input by a user wearing the wrist-worn equipment is received; if not, go to step 304; otherwise, the flow is ended.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sleep instruction is used for indicating that a user wearing the wrist-worn device is ready to sleep.

It can be understood that when the person is tired excessively, the pulsation of the pulse can be accelerated, that is, the number of times of pulsation of the pulse can be increased, and if the wrist-worn device detects that the number of times of pulsation of the pulse of the user in a specified time exceeds a preset number of times, indicating that the user may be tired due to sitting for a long time, the wrist-worn device can remind the user. As an alternative embodiment, after step 309 is executed, the following steps may also be executed:
the wrist-mounted equipment detects whether information sent by the terminal equipment bound with the wrist-mounted equipment is received;
when receiving the information sent by the terminal equipment bound with the wrist-type wearable equipment, the wrist-type wearable equipment displays the information to the user.
It can be understood that when the family receives the information of the child sitting for a long time, the information can be sent to the user through the terminal device, such as "do not learn for a long time, pay attention to the combination of labor and ease", and the user can perform appropriate physical activities under the persuasion of the parent.
By implementing the method, the wrist-type wearable device can display the information sent by the parents through the mobile device to the user, so that the interaction sense is increased, and the use experience is improved.
As another optional implementation manner, after the terminal device bound to the wrist-worn device receives the notification information sent by the wrist-worn device, the terminal device bound to the wrist-worn device may detect whether the earphone jack of the terminal device is plugged by an earphone plug of a wired earphone, if so, the terminal device outputs an audio signal converted from the notification information through the earphone jack, and the audio signal is used to prompt a user wearing the wrist-worn device to sit too long.
As another optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the process that the terminal device outputs the audio signal converted from the notification information through the earphone jack, whether an earphone line where the earphone plug is located generates a vibration signal is monitored, and if so, whether the intensity of the vibration signal is greater than a preset value is determined; if the number is larger than the preset number, the terminal equipment processes the audio signal which is output by the earphone jack and converted from the notification information.
As another optional implementation manner, in the process that the terminal device outputs the audio signal converted from the notification information through the headphone jack, monitoring whether a headphone cable where a headphone plug is located generates a vibration signal includes:
and in the process that the terminal equipment outputs the audio signal converted from the notification information through the earphone jack, monitoring whether the earphone wire generates a vibration signal or not through a vibration sensor arranged on the earphone wire where the earphone plug is positioned. The vibration sensor arranged on the earphone wire where the earphone plug is located can monitor vibration signals generated when the earphone wire shakes and/or rubs.
As another alternative implementation, the terminal device processes the audio signal output by the headphone jack and converted from the notification information, and includes:
the terminal device calculates a ratio of the intensity of the vibration signal to the intensity of the audio signal output from the headphone jack into which the notification information is converted, and amplifies the audio signal in accordance with the ratio.
In the embodiment of the present invention, by implementing the above implementation manner, the influence of a "stethoscope effect" on an audio signal when a parent belonging to the terminal device wears the wired headset to listen to the audio signal output by the terminal device through the headset jack and converted from the notification information can be reduced, and the definition and the experience feeling of the parent belonging to the terminal device wearing the wired headset to listen to the audio signal output by the terminal device through the headset jack and converted from the notification information can be improved.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method described in fig. 3, the wrist-worn device determines whether the user sits by detecting whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist-worn device belongs of the user is in the preset range in the plane, and then determines whether the sitting time of the user exceeds the preset time, if so, the user is indicated to be sedentary, the wrist-worn device reminds the user, so that the sedentary reminder can be effectively performed on the user, and health hazards such as myopia, humpback and the like can be avoided. In addition, by implementing the method described in fig. 3, the wrist wearable device determines whether to start the sedentary reminder by determining whether the identity information input by the user matches with the preset identity information, so that the identity of the user can be detected, and the privacy of the user can be protected. In addition, by implementing the method described in fig. 3, the wrist wearable device does not start sedentary reminding when the user sleeps, so that error reminding can be prevented, and the user experience is improved. In addition, by implementing the method described in fig. 3, the wrist-worn device can detect whether the pulse frequency of the user within a specified time exceeds a preset frequency, if so, it indicates that the user may be tired due to long-time sitting, and the wrist-worn device reminds the user of sitting for too long, so that the user can be effectively reminded of long-time sitting, and discomfort caused by fatigue can be avoided. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a wrist-worn device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the wrist-worn device is worn on a non-writing wrist, and may include:
the timing unit 401 is configured to start timing when detecting that an arm to which a non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is within a preset range in a plane, so as to obtain a duration when the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is within the preset range in the plane;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the wrist-type wearable device may include a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and other portable devices, which are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It can be understood that when the user sits for a class or a homework, the arm of the wrist-worn device, which is not a writing wrist, is usually placed on the table and kept in a relatively static state or a small-amplitude moving state, and the moving state, which is either the relatively static state or the small-amplitude moving state, is usually within a small range of the plane of the table top, so that the user can be considered to be seated when the arm of the wrist-worn device, which is not a writing wrist, is detected to be within a preset range of the plane.
A first judging unit 402, configured to judge whether a duration of a preset range of an arm to which a non-writing wrist belongs in a plane exceeds a first preset duration;
an output unit 403, configured to output a prompt message when the first determining unit 402 determines that the duration of the preset range in which the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is located in the plane exceeds a first preset duration;
in the embodiment of the invention, the prompt message is used for prompting that the user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment is too long to sit.
As an optional implementation manner, the manner of outputting the prompt information by the output unit 403 may be:
the output unit 403 displays text information, such as "you have sat for a long time and please move their bodies in time" to remind the user that the sitting time is too long, and to suggest the user to perform appropriate physical activities; while the output unit 403 remains vibrating to remind the user to view the text message.
As another optional implementation, the manner of outputting the prompt information by the output unit 403 may also be:
the output unit 403 may have a built-in voice module, and the corresponding output unit 403 may play voice through the built-in voice module, where the voice content is "you have sat for a long time and please move body in time" to remind the user that the sitting time is too long, and to suggest the user to perform appropriate physical activities.
By implementing the method, when the user keeps a sitting state for a long time, the output unit 403 can more vividly remind the user of overlong sitting time, and advise the user to perform appropriate physical activities, so as to avoid health risks such as myopia, humpback and the like.
It can be seen that, implementing the wrist formula wearing equipment described in fig. 4, the wrist formula wearing equipment judges whether the user sits through the preset scope that detects whether the arm that the non-writing wrist of wearing wrist formula wearing equipment of user belongs to is in the plane, then judges whether the duration that the user sat exceeds the duration that sets for in advance, if exceed, shows that the user has sat for a long time, and wrist formula wearing equipment reminds the user, can carry out sitting for a long time to the user effectively and remind to avoid health hidden dangers such as myopia and hunchback.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another wrist-worn device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Wherein, the wrist-wearing device shown in fig. 5 is further optimized by the wrist-wearing device shown in fig. 4. Compared to the wrist-worn device shown in fig. 4, the wrist-worn device shown in fig. 5 may further include:
an obtaining unit 404, configured to obtain identity information input by a user wearing the wrist wearable device before the timing unit 401 starts timing;
a second judging unit 405, configured to judge whether the identity information input by the user matches preset identity information;
as an alternative embodiment, the obtaining unit 404 obtains the identity information input by the user wearing the wrist-worn device, including:
the acquisition unit 404 pops up an input box including an account information box and a password information box;
the acquisition unit 404 acquires the identity information input by the user, which includes the account information input by the user in the account information frame and the password information input by the user in the password information frame.
The second judging unit 405 judges whether the identity information matches with the preset identity information, including:

By implementing the method, whether the sedentariness reminding is started or not is determined by detecting the account information and the password information input by the user, so that the identity of the user can be detected more accurately, and the privacy of the user is protected.
As another optional implementation, the obtaining unit 404 obtains identity information input by a user wearing the wrist-worn device, and may further include:
when the user pressing action is detected, the acquisition unit 404 acquires fingerprint information of the user.
The second determining unit 405 determines whether the identity information matches the preset identity information, and may further include:
the second judgment unit 405 judges whether the fingerprint information of the user matches the fingerprint information stored in advance.
By implementing the method, whether the sedentariness reminding is started or not is determined by detecting the fingerprint information of the user, so that the identity of the user can be detected more accurately, and the privacy of the user is protected.
As another optional implementation, the obtaining unit 404 obtains identity information input by a user wearing the wrist-worn device, and may further include:
the obtaining unit 404 receives the voice information input by the user, such as "please start a sedentary reminder";
the acquisition unit 404 recognizes the voice information and extracts the voiceprint feature of the user.
The second determining unit 405 determines whether the identity information matches the preset identity information, and may further include:
the second judging unit 405 judges whether the voice message matches with a preset voice message; and, the second judging unit 405 judges whether the voiceprint feature of the user matches with the voiceprint feature stored in advance.
By implementing the method, whether the sedentary reminding is started or not is determined by detecting the voice information of the user and the voiceprint characteristics of the user, so that the identity of the user can be detected more accurately, and the privacy of the user is protected.
The first detecting unit 406 is configured to detect whether an arm to which a non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is within a preset range in a plane when the second determining unit 405 determines that the identity information input by the user matches preset identity information;
as an alternative embodiment, the first detection unit 406 may have a built-in gyroscope and an acceleration sensor, and the corresponding first detection unit 406 may detect whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist-worn device belongs is placed on the desktop through the built-in gyroscope and acceleration sensor.
The second detecting unit 407 is configured to detect whether a sleep instruction input by the user wearing the wrist-worn device is received after the second determining unit 405 determines that the identity information input by the user matches the preset identity information and before the first detecting unit 406 detects whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is within the preset range in the plane;
in the embodiment of the invention, the sleep instruction is used for indicating that a user wearing the wrist-worn device is ready to sleep.

As an alternative embodiment, the second detecting unit 407 may be provided with a sleep button, the sleep button is pressed as a sleep instruction, and after the sleep button is pressed by the user is detected, the second detecting unit 407 turns off the sedentary reminder, and the sedentary reminder will not be performed even if the second detecting unit 407 detects that the arm to which the non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is in the preset range in the plane for a long time.
As another alternative, the second detecting unit 407 may detect a sleep password of the user, such as "please close the sedentary reminder", which is a sleep instruction to close the sedentary reminder, and when the sleep password is detected, the second detecting unit 407 closes the sedentary reminder, so that the sedentary reminder will not be performed even if the second detecting unit 407 detects that the arm to which the non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device is attached is within the preset range in the plane for a long time.
By implementing the method, the second detection unit 407 can close the sedentary reminder when the user sleeps, so that the error reminding can be prevented, and the user experience is improved.
The first detecting unit 406 is specifically configured to detect whether an arm to which a non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is within a preset range in a plane when the second determining unit 405 determines that the identity information input by the user matches preset identity information and when the second detecting unit 407 detects that a sleep instruction input by the user wearing the wrist-worn device is not received;
as an optional implementation manner, after the output unit 403 outputs the prompt information, the output unit 403 is further configured to:
the output unit 403 inquires of the user whether to turn on the eye exercise function;
when the start instruction input by the user is detected, the output unit 403 downloads and plays the background music of the eye exercise, so that the user follows the background music to perform the eye exercise.
By implementing the method, the output unit 403 can play the background music of the eye exercise for the user when the user keeps the sitting state for a long time, so that the user can do the eye exercise along with the background music, and the health hidden trouble of myopia caused by long-time sitting and overuse of eyes can be avoided.
It can be seen that, implementing the wrist wearable device described in fig. 5, the wrist wearable device determines whether the user sits through detecting whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing device worn by the user belongs is in the preset range in the plane, and then determines whether the sitting time of the user exceeds the preset time, if so, it indicates that the user sits for a long time, and the wrist wearable device reminds the user, can effectively remind the user of sitting for a long time, so as to avoid health hazards such as myopia and humpback. In addition, implement the wrist formula wearing equipment that figure 5 described, wrist formula wearing equipment decides whether start the sedentary warning through judging whether the identity information of user input matches with presetting identity information, can detect user's identity, protects user's privacy. In addition, the wrist-type wearable device depicted in fig. 5 is implemented, and the wrist-type wearable device can not start the sedentary reminding when the user sleeps, so that the error reminding can be prevented, and the user experience is improved.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another wrist-worn device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the wrist-wearing device shown in fig. 6 is further optimized by the wrist-wearing device shown in fig. 5. Compared to the wrist-worn device shown in fig. 5, the wrist-worn device shown in fig. 6 may further include:
a third detecting unit 408, configured to detect the number of beats of the pulse of the non-writing wrist within a specified time when the first determining unit 402 determines that the duration of the preset range in which the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is located in the plane does not exceed the first preset duration;
it is understood that when the person is fatigued excessively, the pulsation of the pulse may be accelerated, that is, the pulsation frequency of the pulse may be increased, and if the third detection unit 408 detects that the pulsation frequency of the pulse of the user within a specified time exceeds a preset frequency, indicating that the user may be fatigued excessively due to sedentariness, the output unit 403 may remind the user. For example, if the third detection unit 408 detects that the pulse of the user has the number of beats of 120 times in one minute, indicating that the user may be fatigued due to sedentariness, the output unit 403 may remind the user.
The output unit 403 is further configured to output a prompt message when the third detection unit 408 detects that the pulse frequency of the pulse of the non-writing wrist in the specified time exceeds a preset frequency;
in the embodiment of the invention, the prompt message is used for prompting that the user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment is too long to sit.
A sending unit 409, configured to send notification information to the terminal device bound to the wrist-worn device after the output unit 403 outputs the prompt information, so as to notify parents of sedentariness of the user wearing the wrist-worn device;
as an optional implementation manner, after the sending unit 409 sends the notification information to the terminal device bound to the wrist-worn device, the sending unit 409 is further configured to:
the sending unit 409 detects whether information sent by the terminal device bound with the wrist wearable device is received;
when receiving information transmitted by the terminal device bound to the wrist wearable device, the transmitting unit 409 displays the information to the user.
By implementing the method, the sending unit 409 may show the information sent by the parents through the mobile device to the user, so as to increase the interaction feeling and improve the use experience.
It can be seen that, implementing the wrist formula wearing equipment described in fig. 6, the wrist formula wearing equipment judges whether the user sits through the preset scope that detects whether the arm that the non-writing wrist of wearing wrist formula wearing equipment of user belongs to is in the plane, then judges whether the duration that the user sat exceeds the duration that sets for in advance, if exceed, shows that the user has sat for a long time, and wrist formula wearing equipment reminds the user, can carry out sitting for a long time to the user effectively and remind to avoid health hidden dangers such as myopia and hunchback. In addition, implement the wrist formula wearing equipment that figure 6 described, wrist formula wearing equipment decides whether start the sedentary warning through judging whether the identity information of user input matches with presetting identity information, can detect user's identity, protects user's privacy. In addition, the wrist-type wearable device depicted in fig. 6 is implemented, and the wrist-type wearable device can not start the sedentary reminding when the user sleeps, so that the error reminding can be prevented, and the user experience is improved. In addition, implement the wrist formula wearing equipment that figure 6 described, wrist formula wearing equipment can detect whether the number of times of beating of user's pulse in appointed time exceeds preset number of times, if yes, indicate that the user probably causes tired because of sitting for a long time, and wrist formula wearing equipment reminds the user to sit for a long time overlength, can effectually carry out the sit for a long time to the user and remind to avoid arousing malaise because of tired. In addition, when the user sits for a long time, the wrist-wearing device described in fig. 6 can send a notification message to the terminal device bound to the wrist-wearing device to notify the parents of sitting for a long time of the user wearing the wrist-wearing device, so that the parents can know about the work and rest conditions of the child in time.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another wrist-worn device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the wrist wearable device may include:
a memory 701 in which executable program code is stored;

the processor 702 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 701 to execute any one of the sedentary reminding methods based on the wrist-worn device in fig. 1 to 3.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium which stores a computer program, wherein the computer program enables a computer to execute any one of the sedentariness reminding methods based on wrist-worn equipment in figures 1-3.
The embodiment of the present invention also discloses an application publishing platform, wherein the application publishing platform is used for publishing a computer program product, and when the computer program product runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute part or all of the steps of the method in the above method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A sedentary reminding method based on a wrist-worn device, wherein the wrist-worn device is worn on a non-writing wrist, the method comprising:
when detecting that the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist type wearing equipment belongs is in a preset range in a plane, starting timing to obtain the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs in the preset range in the plane, wherein the plane is the plane in which a desktop is located;
judging whether the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is in a preset range in the plane exceeds a first preset duration or not;
if the first preset time length is exceeded, outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that a user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment sits too long.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said turning on a timer when it is detected that an arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist-worn device belongs is within a preset range in the plane, the method further comprises:
acquiring identity information input by a user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment;
judging whether the identity information is matched with preset identity information or not;
and if the identity information is matched with preset identity information, detecting whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist type wearing equipment belongs is in a preset range in the plane.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the determining that the identity information matches preset identity information and before detecting whether an arm of the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist-worn device is within a preset range in the plane, the method further comprises:
detecting whether a sleep instruction input by a user wearing the wrist wearable device is received or not, wherein the sleep instruction is used for indicating that the user wearing the wrist wearable device prepares to sleep;
and if not, executing the step of detecting whether the arm of the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist type wearing equipment is in the preset range in the plane.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is within a preset range in the plane does not exceed the first preset duration, detecting the pulse frequency of the pulse of the non-writing wrist within a specified time;
and if the beating times of the pulse of the non-writing wrist in the designated time are detected to exceed the preset times, executing the step of outputting the prompt information.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein after said outputting a prompt message, the method further comprises:
and sending notification information to the terminal equipment bound with the wrist-type wearable equipment so as to notify parents of sedentariness of the user wearing the wrist-type wearable equipment.
6. A wrist-worn device worn on a non-writing wrist, comprising:
the timing unit is used for starting timing when detecting that the arm to which the non-writing wrist of the wrist-worn device belongs is in a preset range in a plane, so as to obtain the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs in the preset range in the plane, and the plane is the plane where the desktop is located;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is in a preset range in the plane exceeds a first preset duration or not;
and the output unit is used for outputting prompt information when the first judgment unit judges that the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is in the preset range in the plane exceeds the first preset duration, and the prompt information is used for prompting that a user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment is too long to sit.
7. The wrist-worn device of claim 6, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identity information input by the user wearing the wrist type wearing equipment before the timing unit starts timing;
the second judgment unit is used for judging whether the identity information is matched with preset identity information or not;
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist type wearing equipment belongs is in the preset range in the plane or not when the second judgment unit judges that the identity information is matched with preset identity information.
8. The wrist-worn device of claim 7, further comprising:
the second detection unit is used for detecting whether a sleep instruction input by a user wearing the wrist wearable device is received or not after the second judgment unit judges that the identity information is matched with preset identity information and before the first detection unit detects whether the arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist wearable device belongs is in a preset range in the plane, and the sleep instruction is used for indicating that the user wearing the wrist wearable device prepares to sleep;
the first detecting unit is specifically configured to detect whether an arm to which the non-writing wrist wearing the wrist wearing apparatus belongs is within a preset range in the plane when the second determining unit determines that the identity information matches preset identity information and when the second detecting unit detects that a sleep instruction input by a user wearing the wrist wearing apparatus is not received.
9. The wrist-worn device of claim 8, further comprising:
the third detection unit is used for detecting the beating times of the pulse of the non-writing wrist in a specified time when the first judgment unit judges that the duration of the arm to which the non-writing wrist belongs is within the preset range in the plane does not exceed the first preset duration;
the output unit is further used for outputting the prompt information when the third detection unit detects that the beating times of the pulse of the non-writing wrist in the appointed time exceed the preset times.
10. The wrist-worn device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, further comprising:
and the sending unit is used for sending notification information to the terminal equipment bound with the wrist wearable equipment after the output unit outputs the prompt information so as to notify parents of wearing the user of the wrist wearable equipment to sit for a long time.
