Abstract

The invention relates to a novel spliced adapter, which comprises an oil collecting groove, a main carrier plate and a sub carrier plate, wherein ear pieces on the side edge of the oil collecting groove are connected with the main carrier plate through bolts, and the main carrier plate is integrally connected with the sub carrier plate; the oil collecting tank is characterized in that a first oil inlet, a second oil inlet, a first oil outlet and a second oil outlet are respectively formed in the head end and the tail end of the oil collecting tank, the first oil inlet and the second oil inlet are connected with a sealed transfusion port through a pipeline assembly, and the first oil outlet and the second oil outlet are connected with a liquid discharge groove through the pipeline assembly. According to the invention, the oil way is refined by adopting a multi-pipeline oil conveying and discharging mode, so that the technical problem of low cleaning efficiency of a single oil way is solved; meanwhile, the space occupation ratio of the adapter is greatly reduced by the staggered connection mode of the pipelines.

Background
Engine oil replacement for internal combustion engines of some vehicles currently on the market requires removal of the drain plug and draining of the used oil into the sump, transfer of the oil to another container for disposal or recycling, and removal and replacement of the oil filter. Each step may result in oil spills and cleanup, and may also require disposal of an empty oil container.
Accordingly, there is a need for a new splice adapter for an internal combustion engine that minimizes or eliminates spills and cleanup and does not require an oil container to handle the bores.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problems to be solved, the invention provides a novel spliced adapter for multi-pipeline transmission, oil discharge and refining oil ways and multi-line filtration.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a novel spliced adapter, which comprises an oil collecting groove, a main carrier plate and a sub carrier plate, wherein ear pieces on the side edge of the oil collecting groove are connected with the main carrier plate through bolts, and the main carrier plate is integrally connected with the sub carrier plate; the oil collecting tank is characterized in that a first oil inlet, a second oil inlet, a first oil outlet and a second oil outlet are respectively formed in the head end and the tail end of the oil collecting tank, the first oil inlet and the second oil inlet are connected with a sealed transfusion port through a pipeline assembly, and the first oil outlet and the second oil outlet are connected with a liquid discharge groove through the pipeline assembly.
Further, the pipeline assembly comprises a first oil pipe, a second oil pipe, a third oil pipe and a fourth oil pipe, and input ends of the first oil pipe and the second oil pipe are respectively connected with the first oil outlet and the second oil outlet.
Still further, third oil pipe includes first section and second section, the input port of second section is connected with the infusion mouth of infusion boss side, the bottom opening of first section and second section joint is connected with first oil inlet, first section terminal port is connected with second oil inlet.
Further, the top opening at the tail end of the first section is connected with an output port of the infusion diversion device, the output port of the infusion diversion device is connected with a fourth oil pipe, and the fourth oil pipe is connected with an infusion port at the top of the infusion boss.
Furthermore, the left lower corner of the main carrier plate is extended to form a rectangular extension edge, a liquid discharge groove is formed in the rectangular extension edge, and the input end of the liquid discharge groove is connected with the first oil pipe and the second oil pipe through hard liquid discharge joints respectively.
By adopting the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention adopts a multi-pipeline oil conveying and discharging mode to refine the oil way, thereby solving the technical problem of low cleaning efficiency of a single oil way; meanwhile, the space occupation ratio of the adapter is greatly reduced by the staggered connection mode of the pipelines.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the novel spliced adapter comprises an oil collecting groove, a main carrier plate and a sub carrier plate, wherein ear pieces on the side edge of the oil collecting groove are connected with the main carrier plate through bolts, and the main carrier plate is integrally connected with the sub carrier plate; the oil collecting tank 6 is characterized in that a first oil inlet 7-3, a second oil inlet 7-4, a first oil outlet 7-1 and a second oil outlet 7-2 are respectively formed in the head end and the tail end of the oil collecting tank, the first oil inlet 7-1 and the second oil inlet 7-4 are connected with the sealed transfusion port 3-2 through a pipeline assembly 4, and the first oil outlet 7-2 and the second oil outlet 7-3 are connected with the liquid discharge groove 2-1 through the pipeline assembly 4. The adapter is fixedly arranged at the top of the oil collecting groove 6, and the main carrier plate 1 and the auxiliary carrier plate 3 at the bottom of the adapter are provided with the pipeline assembly 4 for engine oil transmission. A first oil inlet 7-3, a second oil inlet 7-4, a first oil outlet 7-1 and a second oil outlet 7-2 are respectively formed in the head end and the tail end of the oil collecting tank 6 by adopting a multi-line pipeline assembly 4 for butt joint. And then the clean engine oil is replaced by matching the oil transportation and oil discharge of the sealed transfusion port 3-2 and the liquid discharge groove 2-1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipeline assembly 4 includes a first oil pipe 4-1, a second oil pipe 4-2, a third oil pipe 4-3 and a fourth oil pipe 4-4, and input ends of the first oil pipe 4-1 and the second oil pipe 4-2 are respectively connected with a first oil outlet 7-1 and a second oil outlet 7-2. The first oil pipe 4-1, the second oil pipe 4-2, the third oil pipe 4-3 and the fourth oil pipe 4-4 in the pipeline assembly 4 are arranged in a staggered and stacked mode, so that the arrangement space for assembly is reduced. Meanwhile, the input ends of the first oil pipe 4-1 and the second oil pipe 4-2 are respectively connected with the first oil outlet 7-1 and the second oil outlet 7-2, and the first oil pipe 4-1 and the second oil pipe 4-2 control the oil outlet procedure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the third oil pipe 4-3 includes a first segment 4-3-1 and a second segment 4-3-2, an input port of the second segment 4-3-2 is connected with an infusion port on the side edge of the infusion boss 3-1, a bottom opening of a connection joint of the first segment 4-3-1 and the second segment 4-3-2 is connected with the first oil inlet 7-3, and an end port of the first segment 4-3-1 is connected with the second oil inlet 7-4. Wherein, the adapter avoids the excessive oil output in the process of oil output, thus setting the third oil pipe 4-3 into a first section 4-3-1 and a second section 4-3-2; the bottom openings of the connecting joints of the first section 4-3-1 and the second section 4-3-2 are connected with the first oil inlet 7-3, and the tail end port of the first section 4-3-1 is connected with the second oil inlet 7-4. Two oil inlets are connected through a pipeline, so that the addition of the pipeline is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the top opening at the tail end of the first section 4-3-1 is connected with an output port of the infusion direction changing device 5, the output port of the infusion direction changing device 5 is connected with a fourth oil pipe 4-4, and the fourth oil pipe 4-4 is connected with an infusion port at the top of the infusion boss 3-1. Meanwhile, in order to avoid increasing pipeline pressure which changes direction due to overlarge oil quantity, the infusion direction changing device 5 is connected with the top of the tail end of the first section 4-3-1, and meanwhile, the output port of the infusion direction changing device 5 is connected with the fourth oil pipe 4-4. And further the oil pressure is dispersed.
As shown in fig. 1, a rectangular extension edge 2 extends from the lower left corner of the main carrier plate 1, a drain groove 2-1 is formed in the rectangular extension edge 2, and the input end of the drain groove 2-1 is connected with a first oil pipe 4-1 and a second oil pipe 4-2 through a hard drain joint 8 respectively. In order to prevent the first oil pipe 4-1 and the second oil pipe 4-2 for oil discharge from being swung by oil pressure, a hard drain joint 8 is provided to the first oil pipe 4-1 and the second oil pipe 4-2, and an oil discharge process is performed by fixing the hard drain joint 8 to a drain groove 2-1 provided in the rectangular extension side 2.
