Abstract
本发明属于卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,自上而下依次由抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层组成;本发明还提供了卫生巾的制备方法,将分别制备的抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层自上而下依次叠放,压辊热压、周封;本发明的卫生巾不仅可以吸收经血,还可以释放杀菌成分和姜辣素,抑制经期致病微生物的生长,加速血液循环,促进***和子宫舒张,实现抗菌、暖宫、防侧漏、祛除异味的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着女性消费者健康意识不断增强,女性消费者对卫生巾的安全性、舒适性、贴身性等方面的要求日渐提高。消费者在选购卫生巾时,除了关注吸收能力和轻薄之外,也开始关注具有缓解痛经、中草药、祛除异味和暖宫附属功能的卫生巾。尤其是经期通常会出现的由于微生物在卫生巾内部滋生繁殖所造成得女性生殖器瘙痒、异味等问题。目前市场上的卫生巾大多只注重解决缓解痛经、中草药、祛除异味和暖宫等某一单一功能,例如某些卫生巾选用未薄荷等成分祛除异味,但关注到暖宫、缓解痛经的需求。因此,急需开发一种兼具暖宫止疼和抗菌除异味的卫生巾产品,解决女性用户对卫生巾多方面的需求。
申请公布号为CN107997882A的中国发明专利申请,公开了一种具有抗菌消炎、止痛功效的卫生巾。该专利选取***为主要的止痛有效成分,虽然有一定止痛效果,但是长期使用易出现***在人体的过量吸收,从而存在潜在危险性。
申请公布号为CN107802880A的中国发明专利申请,提供了一种抗凝血护理液、其制备方法以及抗凝血卫生巾。该抗凝血护理液的组成成分按质量份数计包括:柠檬酸钠1-5份、磷酸氢二钠为0.1-1份、甘草酸二钾为0.1-5份、柠檬酸0.2-5份、葡萄糖2-10份、茶多糖为0.1-2份、乙醇20-40份以及水32-75份。其能起到防止血液凝结的作用,防止经血变黑,还能有效抑菌除臭。该专利所述的卫生巾有一定防止血液凝结、抗菌除异味的效果,但是没有安经止痛的效果。
申请公布号为CN108066808A的中国发明专利申请,提供了一种负离子卫生巾及其制备方法,所述负离子卫生巾包括负离子功能芯片,所述负离子功能芯片是将芯片在负离子整理液中浸渍后烘干得到,制备得到的卫生巾具有疏通气血、温经散寒、调理痛经、缓解不适、舒缓情绪及安神镇静等作用,但是制备工艺复杂,价格昂贵,实用性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在缺点,提供一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾。
为实现上述目的,本发明以下技术方案:
一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,自上而下依次由抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层组成;
进一步,抗菌棉柔层由壳聚糖纤维和棉纤维压制而成,其中抗菌棉柔层中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数为5%-30%;
进一步,姜辣素暖宫层由姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材上制得,其中姜辣素的质量为所述无纺布基材质量的0.05%-1.0%;
进一步,二氧化氯纳米除味层由二氧化氯纳米颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上制得,其中二氧化氯纳米颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的0.2%-1.0%;
进一步,细菌纤维素超吸收层由细菌纤维素颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上制得,其中细菌纤维素的质量为所述无纺布基材质量的1.0%-5.0%;
进一步,姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层采用的无纺布基材为植物纤维无纺布,进一步可采用植物纤维水刺无纺布,包括由莫代尔纤维、竹纤维、天丝加工而成的无纺布;
进一步,本发明所提供的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾还包括离型纸层。
进一步,本发明锁水防漏层采用PE材质透气底膜,透气底膜层采用PE功能型材料。
抗菌棉柔层中含有壳聚糖纤维,在与皮肤直接接触的部位添加具有较高抗菌能力的壳聚糖纤维,可有效防止微生物的滋生和繁殖;
暖宫层含有姜辣素,姜辣素逐渐渗透挥发至人体生殖器部位,加速血液循环,防止血液凝结,促进***和子宫舒张,从而有效缓解痛经、并起到暖宫的效果;
细菌纤维素的制备方法是本领域已知的,其具有很强的持水能力,同时还具有较高的生物相容性、适应性和良好的生物可降解性,实验发现细菌纤维素颗粒可在短时间内吸收体积为其10倍以上的液体,通过其内部结构大量含有的氢键可将小分子、水等成分牢牢吸附,其自身的超精细网状结构对大分子具有良好的吸附作用,两者结合,使其对于富含有机成分的经血仍具有较好的吸收性;超吸水功能层含有细菌纤维素,卫生巾吸收速度快,从而实现经血的迅速锁定,保持外阴的干爽,防止侧漏;
除味功能层含有二氧化氯纳米颗粒,ClO2固体颗粒遇水即放出ClO2气体,ClO2具有很强的杀菌能力,可有效杀死微生物,当经血中的水分渗透至除味层并与二氧化氯纳米颗粒接触,ClO2随即释放到周围空间中,起到杀灭微生物、祛除异味的功能。
在经期,由于经血和卫生巾等产品的使用,使得女性的外阴环境温润潮湿,此时更适宜于微生物的生长,因而产生异味和增大患妇科疾病的风险;要祛除异味,一方面应提高卫生巾的抗菌能力,另一方面应保持女性外阴干爽,本发明的卫生巾中抗菌绵柔层壳聚糖、暖宫层中的姜辣素以及除味层中的二氧化氯都具有杀灭微生物的作用,这几种杀菌物质协同作用,有效杀灭多种微生物,另外超吸收层采用的细菌纤维素可快速锁定经血,保持女性外阴的干燥,从异味产生的两个方面解决经期异味的问题,同时还能预防和治疗女性妇科疾病。
女性痛经产生的原因多种多样,在经期缓解痛经常用的做法是喝红糖水或用暖水袋、暖贴给小腹取暖,这样虽然能起到一定的作用,但未从身体内部作用;本发明的卫生巾暖宫层有效物质姜辣素具有促进血液循环、活血行气的功效,使用卫生巾时姜辣素逐渐渗透挥发至女性外阴周围,加速血液循环,防止血液凝结,促进***和子宫舒张,从而有效缓解痛经、并起到暖宫的效果。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:按质量比通过水刺无纺布生产线将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制形成无纺布,即为抗菌绵柔层;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力20mPa,萃取温度30℃,萃取时间10-20min,分离压力8mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素按照质量比喷涂于无纺布基材表面;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层:将二氧化氯颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm-50μm的纳米颗粒,按照质量比使用固体颗粒喷洒装置将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得二氧化氯纳米除味层;
5)、制备细菌纤维素超吸收层:将细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm-50μm的纳米颗粒,按照质量比使用固体颗粒喷洒装置将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得细菌纤维素超吸收层;
6)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,100万级洁净度的环境中,温度为100℃的条件下,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
7)、包装:离型纸粘合,成型周切,折叠、包膜、包覆、分切成独立小包装,即得卫生巾成品。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
1、本发明所提供的卫生巾具有抗菌层、暖宫层、超吸收层和除味层,能实现抗菌、暖宫、防侧漏、祛除异味的功效,满足女性对卫生巾的多重需求;在使用时,卫生巾不仅可以吸收经血,还可以缓慢释放杀菌成分和姜辣素,抑制经期期间致病微生物的生长,加速血液循环,促进***和子宫舒张,可以缓解痛经、祛除异味,并可以很大程度上预防和治疗妇科疾病;
2、本发明的卫生巾采用的原材料均为天然物质,温和不刺激,对身体零伤害,适宜女性经期敏感部分使用;而且本发明卫生巾各层基材采用环保可降解材料,在自然环境中可自然生物分解,不会产生废弃物;
3、本发明提供的制备卫生巾的方法工艺简单、操作简便,适于工业生产。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,但是本发明并不局限于下述实施方式。
实施例1:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:通过水刺无纺布生产线将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制形成无纺布,其中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数范围为30%;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力20mPa,萃取温度30℃,分离压力8mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材表面,晾干,姜辣素的质量为无纺布基材的质量的0.5%;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层:将二氧化氯颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得二氧化氯纳米除味层,二氧化氯固体颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的0.5%;
5)、制备细菌纤维素超吸收层:将细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得细菌纤维素超吸收层,细菌纤维素颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的5.0%;
6)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,100万级洁净度的环境中,温度为100℃的条件下,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
7)、包装:离型纸粘合,成型周切,折叠、包膜、包覆、分切成独立小包装,即得卫生巾成品。
实施例2:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:通过水刺无纺布生产线将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制形成无纺布,其中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数范围为5%;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力20mPa,萃取温度30℃,分离压力8mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材表面,晾干,姜辣素的质量为无纺布基材的质量的0.05%;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层:将二氧化氯颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得二氧化氯纳米除味层,二氧化氯固体颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的0.2%;
5)、制备细菌纤维素超吸收层:将细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得细菌纤维素超吸收层,细菌纤维素颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的1.0%;
6)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,100万级洁净度的环境中,温度为100℃的条件下,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
7)、包装:离型纸粘合,成型周切,折叠、包膜、包覆、分切成独立小包装,即得卫生巾成品。
实施例3:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:通过水刺无纺布生产线将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制形成无纺布,其中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数范围为15%;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力20mPa,萃取温度30℃,分离压力8mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材表面,晾干,姜辣素的质量为无纺布基材的质量的1.0%;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层:将二氧化氯颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得二氧化氯纳米除味层,二氧化氯固体颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的0.3%;
5)、制备细菌纤维素超吸收层:将细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得细菌纤维素超吸收层,细菌纤维素颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的3.5%;
6)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,100万级洁净度的环境中,温度为100℃的条件下,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
7)、包装:离型纸粘合,成型周切,折叠、包膜、包覆、分切成独立小包装,即得卫生巾成品。
实施例4:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:通过水刺无纺布生产线将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制形成无纺布,其中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数范围为20%;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力20mPa,萃取温度30℃,分离压力8mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材表面,晾干,姜辣素的质量为无纺布基材的质量的0.2%;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层:将二氧化氯颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得二氧化氯纳米除味层,二氧化氯固体颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的1.0%;
5)、制备细菌纤维素超吸收层:将细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm的纳米颗粒,使用气动固体颗粒喷洒器将粉碎后的颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上,获得细菌纤维素超吸收层,细菌纤维素颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的2.0%;
6)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,100万级洁净度的环境中,温度为100℃的条件下,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
7)、包装:离型纸粘合,成型周切,折叠、包膜、包覆、分切成独立小包装,即得卫生巾成品。
对比例1:
按实施例1方法制备抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:本对比例的卫生巾表层采用不含壳聚糖纤维的普通绵柔层。
对比例2:
按实施例1方法制备抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,区别仅仅在于:本对比例的卫生巾不含二氧化氯纳米除味层。
实施例5:使用效果
1、临床应用评价
在某医院妇科选取40例***疾病就诊的患者作为观察对象,观察对象无其他严重疾病,平均年龄30岁,随机平均分成2组,每组20人,分别使用实施例1所述方法制备的抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾和市面普通卫生巾。
实验前后,根据妇科评分标准(如表1),对每个观察对象进行评分,并计算每组平均分:

实验时停止服用任何药物和保健品,实验组在经期只使用本发明的实施例1所制备的卫生巾,对照组在经期只使用市面销售的普通卫生巾,在经期根据出血量每人平均2-3小时更换一次,一个生理周期为一个疗程,连续使用五个疗程。
从实验结果对照图可以看出,实验组*P<0.05,说明本发明中的卫生巾对缓解和治疗妇科***疾病具有显著性功效。
2、试验验证及分析:
根据不同年龄段每个年龄段选取女性24人,共72人,随机平均分成4组,分别使用上述实施例1-4所述方法制备的抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,在经期根据出血量每人平均2-3小时更换一次,跟踪半年,然后对使用效果进行反馈,总结如下表所示:

由上表可知,实施例1-4所制备的卫生巾对各个年龄段的使用者均具有抗菌、除味、缓解痛经、防侧漏的效果。
3、测试例
参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB15979-2002,一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》,检测实施例1-4和对比例1-2制得的卫生巾对下述三种微生物的抑菌性能。
所测试的微生物:金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538),大肠杆菌(ATCC25922);白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)。具体测试步骤如下:
1)称取卫生巾以及无菌对照样品0.75g并剪成1.0cm×1.0cm大小,分装包好。
2)将0.75g样片放入一个250mL的三角烧瓶中,分别加入70mLPBS和5mL菌悬液,使菌悬液在PBS中的浓度为1×104~9×104cfu/mL。
3)将三角烧瓶固定于振荡摇床上,以300r/min振摇1h。
4)取0.5mL振摇后的样液,以琼脂倾注法接种平皿,进行菌落计数并计算抑菌率。

比较实施例1与对比例1,实施例1抗菌棉柔层中添加壳聚糖纤维后抑菌效果明显高于对比例1;比较实施例1和对比例2,实施例1中卫生巾设有二氧化氯纳米除味层后抑菌效果明显高于对比例1,综合实施例1和对比例1-2的抑菌效果,可以得出,壳聚糖纤维的抗菌棉柔层和二氧化氯纳米除味层协同作用,是本发明制备的卫生巾在抑菌功效上取得意想不到的效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于,自上而下依次由抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述抗菌棉柔层由壳聚糖纤维和棉纤维压制而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述抗菌棉柔层中壳聚糖纤维占抗菌棉柔层的质量分数为5%-30%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述姜辣素暖宫层由姜辣素喷涂于无纺布基材上制得,所述姜辣素的质量为所述无纺布基材质量的0.05%-1.0%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述二氧化氯纳米除味层由二氧化氯纳米颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上制得,所述二氧化氯纳米颗粒的质量为无纺布基材质量的0.2%-1.0%。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述细菌纤维素超吸收层由细菌纤维素颗粒喷洒于无纺布基材上制得,所述细菌纤维素的质量为所述无纺布基材质量的1.0%-5.0%。
7.根据权利要求4-6任一项权利要求所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述无纺布基材为植物纤维无纺布。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾,其特征在于所述卫生巾还包括离型纸层。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种抗菌暖宫祛异味超吸收卫生巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备抗菌棉柔层:按质量比将壳聚糖纤维与棉纤维压制,得到抗菌绵柔层;
2)、提取姜辣素:采用二氧化碳超临界法提取姜辣素,提取条件为:萃取压力 20 mPa,萃取温度30℃,萃取时间10-20min,分离压力8 mPa,分离温度55℃;
3)、制备姜辣素暖宫层:将步骤(2)中提取的姜辣素按照质量比喷涂于无纺布基材表面;
4)、制备二氧化氯纳米除味层和细菌纤维素超吸收层:分别将二氧化氯颗粒和细菌纤维素颗粒粉碎成粒径为500nm-50μm的纳米颗粒,按照质量比将粉碎后的颗粒分别喷洒于无纺布基材上;
5)、成型:自上而下依次叠放抗菌棉柔层、姜辣素暖宫层、二氧化氯纳米除味层、细菌纤维素超吸收层、锁水防漏层和透气底膜层,经压辊热压、周封,得卫生巾初品;
6)、包装:离型纸粘合,包装,即得卫生巾成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中热压的温度为100℃。
