本发明是一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:牛奶1‑5%,低聚半乳糖1‑5%,稳定剂2‑4%,牛初乳5‑13%,烟酰胺15‑20%,丁基羟基茴香醚8‑10%,增稠剂5‑7%,通过本方法制备的产品,成功解决了货架期稳定性问题,而且所提供的产品具有营养、安全、对肠道健康等特性。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品。
背景技术
目前,市场上有添加低聚半乳糖的奶粉等,另外,也有添加菊粉等膳食纤维的液态奶等等,但未见有添加低聚半乳糖和膳食纤维的液态乳汁,低聚半乳糖原料pH值为2.8至3.8,这个范围值容易让牛奶体系中牛奶蛋白质或其他原辅料变性,从而影响乳制品在货架期内的稳定体系,所以低聚半乳糖在乳制品中的应用受到限制。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,成功解决了货架期稳定性问题,而且所提供的产品具有营养、安全、对肠道健康等特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:牛奶1-5%,低聚半乳糖1-5%,稳定剂2-4%,牛初乳5-13%,烟酰胺15-20%,丁基羟基茴香醚8-10%,增稠剂5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,成功解决了货架期稳定性问题,而且所提供的产品具有营养、安全、对肠道健康等特性。

一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%牛奶,1%低聚半乳糖,2%稳定剂,5%牛初乳,15%烟酰胺,8%丁基羟基茴香醚,5%增稠剂,此时含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品稳定性较差。
实施例2
一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%牛奶,5%低聚半乳糖,4%稳定剂,13%牛初乳,20%烟酰胺,10%丁基羟基茴香醚,7%增稠剂,此时含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品对肠道健康提升不足。
实施例3
一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%牛奶,3%低聚半乳糖,3%稳定剂,9%牛初乳,17%烟酰胺,9%丁基羟基茴香醚,6%增稠剂,此时含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品成功解决了货架期稳定性问题,而且所提供的产品具有营养、安全、对肠道健康等特性。

1.一种含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:牛奶1-5%,低聚半乳糖1-5%,稳定剂2-4%,牛初乳5-13%,烟酰胺15-20%,丁基羟基茴香醚8-10%,增稠剂5-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%牛奶,1%低聚半乳糖,2%稳定剂,5%牛初乳,15%烟酰胺,8%丁基羟基茴香醚,5%增稠剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%牛奶,5%低聚半乳糖,4%稳定剂,13%牛初乳,20%烟酰胺,10%丁基羟基茴香醚,7%增稠剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含低聚半乳糖的液态乳制品,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%牛奶,3%低聚半乳糖,3%稳定剂,9%牛初乳,17%烟酰胺,9%丁基羟基茴香醚,6%增稠剂。
