The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and thus are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It is noted that unless otherwise indicated, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention pertains.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 3.
An embodiment 1 provides a display convenient to assemble, which comprises a liquid crystal component 1, a flexible connector 2 and a back plate 3, wherein the liquid crystal component 1 is embedded into the back plate 3, one end of the flexible connector 2 is connected with the liquid crystal component 1, and the other end of the flexible connector 2 is tightly attached to the back plate 3 after being folded; the flexible connector 2 is provided with the pressing piece assembly 4, the length L of the pressing piece assembly 4 is longer than the width W of the flexible connector 2, and after the flexible connector 2 is folded, the middle section of the pressing piece assembly 4 is still attached to the flexible connector 2; the two ends of the tabletting assembly 4 are attached to the back plate.
The pressing assembly 4 includes a plate-shaped pressing plate 41 made of a hard material and a plate-shaped adhesive 42. The patch adhesive 42 comprises an A surface and a B surface, the A surface of the patch adhesive 42 and the pressurizing plate 41 are adsorbed together by electrostatic force, and the B surface of the patch adhesive is adhered to the back plate after the flexible connector is folded. As shown in fig. 1, in the assembly process, due to the arrangement of the pressing piece assembly 4, after the first worker turns over the flexible connector, the flexible connector can be turned over to compact the adhesive B surface of the patch on the back plate by using the impact force generated by the pressing plate 41 in the turning over process; and then the second worker only needs to take the tablet off the surface A of the patch adhesive. The two procedures of rubberizing and compacting are not needed, the original three procedures are combined into two procedures, so that the assembly is more convenient, and the assembly working efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the pressurizing plate 41 includes a substrate 411, an electrode 412, an insulating layer 413, and an aluminum foil 414, the substrate 411 being disposed on the insulating layer 413, the aluminum foil 414 being connected to both ends of the insulating layer 413, the electrode 412 being buried in the substrate; the length of the pressurizing plate 41 is longer than that of the patch adhesive 42; the electrodes are sequentially loaded with charges to form positive, zero and negative tripolar array electrodes; the positive, zero and negative tripolar array electrodes form an electrostatic field, the insulating layer 413 is adsorbed on the surface A of the patch adhesive through the electrostatic field, aluminum foils 414 at two ends of the flexible connector are not contacted with an object before the flexible connector is folded, and after the flexible connector is folded, the aluminum foils at two ends are contacted with the backboard due to the fact that the patch adhesive is thinner.
The surface layer of the A surface of the patch adhesive is a PVC electrostatic film layer. Before the flexible connection is folded and attached to the back plate, aluminum foils at the two ends of the pressurizing plate are not contacted with other objects, and loaded charges are stored in the electrodes. When the flexible connection is turned over and is attached to the backboard, the aluminum foils at the two ends of the pressurizing board are contacted with the backboard, and electric charge is released from the backboard. After the electrode discharges, the adsorption force of the pressurizing plate and the surface of the adhesive A is reduced, so that the pressurizing plate can be easily removed from the surface of the adhesive A, the tearing is convenient, and the surface layer of the surface of the adhesive A cannot be damaged. And the electrode in the pressurizing plate can be repeatedly charged and discharged for recycling. While the pressure plate
The adhesive is smeared on the surface layer of the surface B of the patch adhesive, the surface B of the patch adhesive is adhered to the back plate through the adhesive sticker, the adhesive is strong, and when the pressurizing plate is torn off from the surface A of the patch adhesive, the adhesive effect of the surface B of the patch adhesive and the back plate cannot be affected.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims and description.
