Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
An embodiment of a first aspect of the invention provides a vehicle shift control method.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a vehicle shift control method according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s102, generating a target gear request signal according to the operation of a user on a gear shifting lock key or a gear shifting virtual key of a vehicle;
and S104, switching the vehicle to the target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal.
According to the vehicle gear shifting control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a gear shifting lock key or a gear shifting virtual key of a vehicle is triggered, a controller generates a corresponding target gear request signal. The current gear of the vehicle can be switched to the target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal according to the target gear request signal, so that a gear shifting request is sent to the vehicle by operating a gear shifting lock key or a gear shifting virtual key, the problem that the gear shifting request can only be sent by operating a gear shifting handle to cause the fact that the vehicle cannot shift gears after the gear shifting handle fails is solved, the vehicle can still be controlled to switch gears after the gear shifting handle fails, at the moment, a limp mode is entered, a user can drive the vehicle to a maintenance shop to repair the gear shifting handle, convenience is brought to the user, and the user satisfaction degree is improved.
Wherein, to the scheme that utilizes the lock button of shifting gears to realize the function of shifting gears, the technical staff in the art knows that, in order to prevent the maloperation handle of shifting gears (general function), there is a physical button (the lock button of shifting gears promptly) on some handle of shifting gears, just can remove the handle of shifting gears after pressing this button, accomplishes the operation of shifting gears, consequently, when the lock button of shifting gears is not pressed by the user, the handle of shifting gears is inoperable, the function of shifting gears of the handle of will shifting gears pins to realize preventing the function of the handle of shifting gears of maloperation. In the embodiment of the invention, the hard wire for collecting the key of the gear shift lock and the hard wire for collecting the position of the gear shift handle are not the same group of hard wires, when the position collection of the gear shift handle fails, the hard wire collection of the key of the gear shift lock can keep normal work, the key signal is used as a substitute signal after the position collection of the gear shift handle fails, and after the position collection of the gear shift handle fails, a user can express a gear shift request through the key of the gear shift lock, so that the aim of not increasing extra development cost and only carrying out strategic optimization is realized, the limping strategy is optimized by utilizing the existing physical signal, and the driving feeling of the user is improved.
For the scheme of utilizing the gear shifting virtual key to realize the gear shifting function, because the existing vehicles generally have display screens, such as liquid crystal screens, and are often touch display screens, the virtual key can be added on the screens, when the gear shifting handle fails, the virtual key expresses the gear shifting request of a driver, and the scheme does not utilize the physical signal of the gear shifting handle, so that the multi-point failure possibility is low.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the shift virtual keys 1102 of the vehicle include a parking shift key P, a reverse shift key R, a neutral shift key N, and a forward shift key D, and when the shift virtual key 1102 is operated, the step of generating the target gear request signal according to the operation of the shift virtual key 1102 of the vehicle by the user includes: generating a target gear request signal corresponding to a parking gear according to an operation of clicking a parking gear button P by a user; or generating a target gear request signal corresponding to the reverse gear according to the operation of clicking the reverse gear key R by the user; or generating a target gear request signal corresponding to the neutral gear according to the operation of clicking the neutral gear key N by the user; or generating a target gear request signal corresponding to the forward gear according to the operation of clicking the forward gear key D by the user.
In this embodiment, there are multiple shift virtual buttons 1102 of the vehicle, each shift virtual button 1102 corresponds to one shift position, for example, there are four shift virtual buttons 1102, which respectively correspond to a parking position, a reverse position, a neutral position, and a forward position, and the four shift virtual buttons 1102 may be arranged in a straight line or may be arranged in pairs. When any one of the shift virtual buttons 1102 is triggered, a target gear request signal corresponding to a gear is generated, and further, the vehicle can be controlled to be switched to the corresponding gear according to the implementation of the target gear request signal, for example, the target gear of the virtual button N is a neutral gear, when the virtual button N is clicked, a target gear request signal corresponding to the neutral gear is generated, and at this time, the vehicle can be controlled to be switched to the neutral gear according to the target gear request signal corresponding to the neutral gear.
The plurality of gear shifting virtual keys 1102 (namely, the virtual key P, R, N, D) can be arranged and displayed on a display screen 11 in a dashboard controlled by the vehicle, so that a user can perform gear shifting operation, and further when the gear shifting handle of the vehicle breaks down, the gear shifting operation of the vehicle is controlled by using the gear shifting virtual keys 1102, the user can drive the vehicle to a maintenance shop to repair the gear shifting handle by himself, convenience is brought to the user, and the user satisfaction is improved. It is worth pointing out that the user can also directly use the shift virtual key 1102 to perform the shift operation during the use of the vehicle, so as to provide more shift modes for the user, thereby facilitating the user to control the vehicle.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a vehicle shift control method according to a second embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s202, when the gear shift lock key is operated, recording the triggering duration of continuously pressing the gear shift lock key;
s204, when the triggering duration is longer than or equal to a first preset duration, generating a target gear request signal, and sequentially switching the target gears corresponding to the generated target gear request signal each time according to the following cyclic sequence: parking gear, reverse gear, neutral gear and forward gear;
and S206, switching the vehicle to the target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal.
In this embodiment, a solution for implementing the shift function by using the shift lock button is specifically defined. The trigger duration that the setting is shifted gear lock button and is pressed in succession exceeds first predetermined duration, just generates target fender position request signal, and the general function of distinguishable shift lock button has avoided the maloperation of shift lock button function on the one hand, and on the other hand, because the vehicle often has got into fault condition when the function of shifting of shift lock button needs to be used, the affirmation time of target fender position request signal of extension shift lock button can be allowed to this scheme. The first preset time can be set according to the needs of a user and the like, preferably can be set to be 5s, so that the situation that the user spends a long time for operating a gear shifting request every time due to long setting time is avoided, and the situation that the gear shifting request function is mixed with the function of preventing misoperation of the gear shifting handle due to short setting time is avoided.
In addition, each time the triggering time length exceeds the first preset time length, the target gears corresponding to the generated target gear request signals are circularly switched according to the sequence of parking gears, reverse gears, neutral gears and forward gears, the vehicle is controlled to switch various gears through the gear shifting lock key, and therefore the vehicle can normally run.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic flowchart of a vehicle shift control method according to a third embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s302, when the gear shift lock key is operated, recording the triggering duration of continuously pressing the gear shift lock key;
s304, when the triggering time length is greater than or equal to a second preset time length and less than a third preset time length, generating a first target gear request signal, and sequentially switching the target gears corresponding to the first target gear request signal generated each time according to the following cycle sequence: reverse gear and forward gear;
and S306, switching the vehicle to a target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal.
In this embodiment, another solution for implementing the shift function with the shift lock button is specifically defined. On the basis of the former scheme, considering that when a driver waits for a red light, the requirement that the driver needs to exit the forward gear or the reverse gear exists, when the driver needs to switch to the forward gear or the reverse gear again when the driver starts again, the starting time can be influenced by long key time, therefore, the reverse gear or the forward gear can be switched by short pressing of the gear shifting lock key, namely the triggering time is more than or equal to the second preset time and less than the third preset time, and the actual driving requirement is better met.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic flowchart of a vehicle shift control method according to a fourth embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
s402, when the gear shift lock key is operated, recording the triggering duration of continuously pressing the gear shift lock key;
s404, when the triggering time length is greater than or equal to a second preset time length and less than a third preset time length, generating a first target gear request signal, and sequentially switching the target gears corresponding to the first target gear request signal generated each time according to the following cycle sequence: reverse gear and forward gear;
s406, when the triggering duration is greater than or equal to a third preset duration, generating a second target gear request signal, and sequentially switching the target gears corresponding to the second target gear request signal generated each time according to the following cyclic sequence: parking gear and neutral gear;
and S408, switching the vehicle to the target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the third embodiment, in order to distinguish from the reverse gear or the forward gear, the shift of the parking gear or the neutral gear can be performed by setting the long-press shift lock button, and it is ensured that the shift of the four gears is satisfied. Specifically, the short pressing of the shift lock button is performed when the triggering time is longer than or equal to a second preset time and shorter than a third preset time, the long pressing of the shift lock button is performed when the triggering time is longer than or equal to the third preset time, and both the second preset time and the third preset time can be calibrated, for example, 3s and 5s respectively.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic flowchart of a vehicle shift control method according to a fifth embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
s502, receiving a starting signal, and starting a gear shifting function of a gear shifting lock key according to the starting signal;
s504, generating a target gear request signal according to the operation of a user on a gear shifting lock key of a vehicle;
and S506, switching the vehicle to a target gear corresponding to the target gear request signal.
In this embodiment, because the probability that the shift lever of vehicle broke down is very low, and the lock button of shifting gears sets up on the vehicle as the physics button, the maloperation appears easily, and then the condition that lock button of shifting gears and shift lever worked simultaneously appears, can cause the vehicle to keep off the position sudden change. The shift function of the shift lock button is only started after the start signal of the shift function is received, that is, when the shift function is not started, even if the user performs the predetermined operation on the shift lock button of the vehicle, the target shift request signal is not generated, so that the influence of the misoperation on the control right of the shift handle is avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle is ensured.
It should be noted that, as for the shift virtual key, since the key does not have other functions, the above-mentioned problem of the misoperation of the shift lock key does not exist, and the shift virtual key is disposed in the display screen, such as a touch display screen, and can be activated by calling out a control menu, specifically, a shift control option can be disposed in a menu of the display screen, and a menu having a plurality of shift virtual keys 1102 as shown in fig. 2 can be called out.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the shift virtual key includes an activation key, and the activation signal is a signal generated when the activation key is clicked.
In the embodiment, a scheme for generating the starting signal is specifically defined, namely, a starting key is arranged in the gear shifting virtual key, and the virtual starting key is clicked to generate the starting signal, so that misoperation can be conveniently and reliably avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further, the activation signal is a signal generated when the shift lock button is operated in a specific manner, the specific manner including at least one of: the long-time pressing of the gear shifting lock key exceeds the fourth preset time, the continuous pressing of the gear shifting lock key exceeds the preset times, and the pressing of the gear shifting lock key is carried out again at the preset time interval.
In this embodiment, another scheme for generating the start signal is specifically defined. The shifting function starting signal of the shifting lock key can be generated by at least one of the following modes: the long-time pressing of the gear shifting lock key exceeds the fourth preset time, the continuous pressing of the gear shifting lock key exceeds the preset times, and the pressing of the gear shifting lock key is carried out again at the preset time interval. The false triggering of the shifting function starting signal can be avoided by setting the fourth preset time length, the preset times and the preset time interval, so that the influence of the starting of the shifting lock key on the control right of the shifting handle due to the misoperation is avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle is ensured. Optionally, the same vehicle may be provided with only one of the above three specific ways, or two or three of them, where the latter may enable the user to start the shift function of the shift lock button in different ways, for example, the user may be excited when the user is in an emergency to use the shift function, at this time, if only the first or third start way is provided, the emotion of the user may be deteriorated, the user experience and the sensitivity may be reduced, at this time, if the continuous pressing way is adopted, the emotional requirement of the user may be better met, and in a non-emergency situation, the shift function may be started in the first or third way, so that the start way is more flexible, which is helpful to improve the user experience.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further, in case of failure of the shift handle, the step of generating the target gear request signal according to the operation of the shift lock key or the shift virtual key of the vehicle by the user is performed.
In the embodiment, when the vehicle gear shifting handle is not failed, the gear shifting handle position signal is taken as a gear shifting request signal source to express a gear shifting request of a user, and the gear shifting lock key is not taken as the gear shifting request signal source; when the gear shifting handle fails, the gear shifting function of the gear shifting lock key is directly started, the gear shifting virtual key can be automatically popped up, user operation is simplified, the current gear is switched to the target gear corresponding to the target gear shifting request signal according to the received target gear shifting request signal, gear shifting is achieved, the vehicle can continuously run, the starting duration of the gear shifting function can be shortened, the situation that the gear shifting handle fails suddenly and the vehicle is out of control is avoided, and therefore safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the method further comprises: and when the exit signal is received, controlling the gear shifting lock key to exit the gear shifting function.
In this embodiment, during the process of controlling the vehicle to shift gears by the shift lock button, an exit signal for exiting the execution of the shift lock request is acquired and executed in real time, that is, when the exit signal is received, the target gear request signal triggered by the shift lock button is not generated any more. The realization is in time withdrawn when the user wants to withdraw from through gear shift lock button control vehicle and shift gears. For example, when the key of the gear shift lock is locked, the gear shift request may be expressed by mistake, and then the user sends the exit signal, so that the vehicle safety problem caused by gear shift which is not really intended by the user is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further, the exit signal may be generated by at least one of: a shift function exit key of the vehicle is triggered; triggering a brake pedal of the vehicle for more than a preset time; the brake pedal is continuously triggered for more than a preset number of times; an exit key in the shift virtual keys is triggered.
In this embodiment, the exit signal may be generated when a shift function exit key of the vehicle is triggered, or when a brake pedal of the vehicle is triggered for more than a preset time (e.g. 10s) or continuously triggered for more than a preset number of times, or when a virtual exit key in the vehicle is triggered, so that the user can exit in time when he wants to exit the shift of the vehicle controlled by the shift lock key. Similar to the generation of the starting signal, the exit signal of the same vehicle can be generated through one of the ways or multiple ways, so that the flexibility of the exit way is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further, after controlling the shift lock button to exit the operation of the shift function, the method further comprises: and after the vehicle is powered off and then powered on, generating a target gear request signal according to the operation of a user on a gear shift lock key or a gear shift virtual key. In this embodiment, after the step after receiving the exit signal, if the user wants to continue expressing the gear shift request by operating the shift lock button, the user's requirement is fulfilled by powering down the entire vehicle of the vehicle and powering up the entire vehicle again. The whole car is electrified once more after the power failure of the whole car, which is equivalent to the restart of the car, and the problem that the gear switching can not be controlled continuously through the gear shift lock key after the gear shift lock key is stuck is solved. Specifically, the whole vehicle can be powered on after the whole vehicle is powered off and then the jamming fault is eliminated.
